’ve found the Vanquis app surprisingly easy to use compared to a lot of banking and credit card apps. The layout is clear, payments are straightforward, and it’s useful being able to see balances, available credit, pending transactions and payment dates all in one place. What I particularly like is how simple it is to make extra payments without needing to call customer services. The app also makes it easier to stay on top of spending and manage repayments, especially if you are trying to rebuild your credit score.

Not easy to get to messages and pretty confusing. Ok for balances tho, thats about it

The App has taken a massive step forward. Gives you a better view and there now some nice incentives to use the App more
Payment Verification Never Works!
Payment Verification has completely stopped working with this app! I’m at the point of leaving Vanquis it’s driving me up the wall so much! Used to work perfectly fine. Even when I follow the instructions to close the app and re open it, nothing!

Wrong balances shared in opening banking
Wrong balances shared in open banking. No way to manage card limits. Basic app functions do not even come close to other banking apps. It’s 2026 no one wants to contact you by telephone to do anything, so try providing better support options that isn’t an AI chatbot either.
