Original Agreement Changed
I was offered a 0% balance transfer from Marbles in the Experian search results page. After signing for the application and activating my credit card the offer was no longer valid. The staff casually said oh that happens it’s not our fault the system does it. I felt like saying your right the system is setup that way. I’m not a mug thanks but keep your card.
Card closed without informing
No issues with the app. My account opened on 9 th June, for past few weeks i tried logging into the app and couldn’t. Today i called customer care, they told me on 11th august my card was closed. Interesting thing is, no notification was issued to me on why it was closed.
App terrible
Marbles please sort the app out as this is the easiest option for people, tried multiple times and says something went wrong but does not change from 5 attempts remaining ! By the looks of things this has been going on for over 2 weeks with multiple customers commenting. Get your web team on it ASAP !! even the online site says i cant use as i have not registered for online account the only was for me to pay was calling which was inconvenient. I have never had this problem before previous to this a happy customer
Excellent service
I find marbles credit company to be excellent. They are easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Their customer support team are very helpful and polite.
Needs work
Not as easy to use contacting them ain’t easy can’t change direct debit and the chat bot is no help
High Interest Rate
This credit card offers you a lot of credit at first and gradually increases your credit , eventually plunges you in a swamp of credit card debt.
Can’t login
Unable to login atall, says that password is wrong although it isn’t and won’t allow me to use Face ID either, the only way to login is on the website the app needs fixed

Poor service
Poor service not worth setting up better cards with better customer service. Email says 7-10 days for card. Called up meant 7-10 working days. It has now been 14 working days and they have no idea where the card is 1000 better card to get then this avoid at all cost and thank me later
Interest rate and bank
Not all banks on for quick payments The interest rates are way too high I review this not for affordability however for the fact that interest rates are extortionate
Takes long to recognise payment
I love the card the app the everything, wish they would do more increases though like aqua do but hey, good card. Just that when I repay it takes a few days to show on account which is frustrating .

Updates cause havoc!
I mean seriously who the hell do they have working for them, when all your login details vanish and cannot even login, Face ID, oh forget it! The most pathetic “financial” company known to humanity…. That also love to screw over customers by hacking their APR’s up…. Best bet avoid this bunch of jokers, and app developers that clearly have zero clue sadly!

Got this card to start to build my credit score started with £100 then increased and kept increasing allowing me to get a higher credit score now the limit is £10’000
Charges
I have paid off my balance but you still keep charging me interest? Last month £3, and today 6p … only small amounts but why?
