Outstanding Service and Reliability
They are absolutely the best! Consistently excellent, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Simple
Got second loan from them had amount in my account one day paid it straight back which cose a few quid more was fine with that paid it and then added another £187.36 to pay even tho settlement valence was paid in full ! No one getting back to me or helping me ! Not impressed
Bit of a wait
I applied on Saturday and although it does say funds will arrive within 5 days I thought it would be in my account after a couple of days especially with faster payment methods. All said it was easy to apply and explained well. Just want the funds to arrive so I can consolidate other payments.

Have sent 20+ messages without response and made multiple calls which aren’t answered. They’ve setup a direct debit and taken my money without paying my loan. Having to go down legal route.
Great and easy!
I weren’t accepted initially but was happy to receive an email out of the blue saying I’m not approved. None of the falseness I was approved. I expected it to have to pay off my debts by sending funds direct to the debtors from updraft however they also send you funds to your account which made it easier to choose which ones to pay off! Easy and efficient service.
Really helpful and easy to use
I’ve just started using the app and it’s really easy to use and helpful. I’ve already figured out how to save almost £100 a month and the credit information is much clearer and more detailed than the app I was using before.
Opening issues
Downloaded the app onto my iPad o and verified my email but when trying to open up it crashes closed.
Really helped clear down some other debt
This was a quick, understanding process and is really going to help clear some larger APR debts and save me money by quite some. Thank you

Been 6 days now and still not received funds, can’t speak to anyone via the app, email or phone. Just feel like I’m being ignored.

It was such an easy and smooth-sailing process when applying for a loan with Updraft. Ashley and team were efficient and diligent with their support.
Not bad
Getting the loan was easy however it was for a car deposit, the money took longer than 5 days it says and it’s now been 8 now and still nothing and the car has now gone… and trying to get in touch with them Is near enough impossible!

Don’t fall for it.
Borrowed 15k 3k interest then they added 450 loan fee so if you work it out the fancy Apr rate they give you isn’t what it is. I’ve over paid and nearly paid it off I don’t intend on anymore loans but if I did I wouldn’t use these lot.

WORST SUPPORT EVER
I had a loan with them and paid the full amount early and they charged me a direct debit after which shouldn’t have been charged. I tried to contact support via phone and support chat and nothing. Horrible support, I still don’t have my money back. I don’t recommend using this unless you want to suffer with this support service
