Useless
I applied for a top up paid the £7 and still awaiting funds. Their support service is useless, nobody bothers to respond. Waste of time

Confusing app not working
Said I’d been accepted for £100 and credit agreement had been sent to email (no received) then as me to set up continuous payment method and when I click enter card details it shows a loading symbol goes away then doesn’t proceed. Not sure if it’s a technical error or what.
Not the best anymore
It used to be fantastic with time, now when you payback and take a new one out, it takes over a week to credit in your account so that means you enjoy for three weeks before paying again. I don't know what changed but I really do hope old customers like me would like the same old quick and fair service.

I have downloaded the app and signed up, I’m eligible for the £100, but when I press to ‘enter bank details’ it just simply does absolutely nothing. 2025 and we can’t even get apps to work, lord help us

Trapped into a subscription
Basically the app is a trap, you try to cancel the subscription it will come up with an error and they are no help as well

Automatically signs me out when I check the boxes during the first step of taking out a loan. Please fix these glitches

Wow that was smooth!
That barely took five minutes and I can see the money in my account already. Instant loan indeed! And even though I was offered a 50, when I got to the drawdown screen I saw they even offered a 100, which was perfect. Thanks for sorting me out and for being transparent about everything.
Doesn’t work
The app downloaded but every time I press on it it comes on then goes straight bk off!!!!
App Crash
I get the same as a previous review, qualified and then agreements page and then the app either resets to login page or crashes completely. Again with the most recent version of the app. Have emailed support so looking forward to them resolving this issue for me (fingers crossed!)

Tried to sign in I get to The qualified page and sometimes to the agreements page and then it just crashes and sends me back to login page. App is latest version as is my IOS.

App doesn’t work, it says I’m eligible for a cash wave but as I go to accept the terms, the app logs me out and says error. I have tried this for the past 2 days and still not able to get on

It is not a loan expect you to pay money into it for no loan expect you to keep paying £7 I will be cancelling this! PLEASE DONT FOOL FOR IT

Glitchy app
I can’t comment on wether or not good service as app is so glitchy can’t even verify my email to get next stage keeps kicking me out! So definitely needs to be fixed soon in next update
