Change payment date
I have tried to make a change to the payment date from 16th of month to the 1st. Tried this last month but it did not do it or explain why not. Not a great app
Pay issue
You can make one payment straight away with no problems but if you make another one on a different agreement it will freeze and not do anything.
Change DD
So easy to change the DD collection date download app and it takes 2mins.
Good payment but slow

Took ages to work out you could make payments on account in the app, it’s hidden away on a tab that doesn’t look like a tab.

Simple to use and secure
Onboarding
Signed up offline and was emailed a link to app. Signup requires them sending an SMS that just doesn’t happen. Changed it to call and entered the code just to have a permanent blue circle.
Payments
Really like the the layout of v12 finance. It’s easy to pay any time and check statements.
Regularly Crashes on open
Loses log in and face id. Makes it a real pain to track loans

Very useful 0% finance, I bought a lovely 21st birthday present for my son, would be happy to use their services again, this time a present for myself!
Shocking app!
It’s a good job the finance is interest free! Tried previously to register my account that I’ve held for around 18 months just for it t to constantly say my details are incorrect…. Errr I think I know my email address and DOB! Very frustrating and given up with it!

When i first downloaded the app it was working perfectly now it wont let me sign in but can on line with same details i dont get why this is such an issue for many people other than my self

Terrible
App does let me in but is constantly buffering (despite having wifi and sat next to the route with everything else working) so ca’t see my account! Then throws an error message with an email on - which I have used (no response) 👎

I’ve had a few different items on finance from V12 and it’s all ways been hassle free applying and making payments!

Can’t get past sign up page, add details and dob and the blue button to sign up is greyed out

Signing up to the app, once it says use Face ID it just goes back to the initial screen of enter email and date of birth.
