Never works
After the first few times I got locked out and have never been able to re enter. It just says system error and now I’m forced to pay the high interest rate as I can’t pay it all of. Avoid!
Annoyed initially, now fixed
Infuriating, set up fine and was all ready to leave a happy and decent review. However, since yesterday I have been unable to access the app and in an endless “loop” with error codes. Have deleted the app checked the laptop safari website and switched the phone on/off to no avail. Update: after two days of frustration with the app, everything works now perfectly. Very happy. Still not made my first payment, and not sure how the “overpayment” option will work, but so far so good. And nice to get a prompt email after my concerns were made to customer services.
Needs attention
Real problems with this app. It doesn’t remember passwords, Face ID doesn’t work requires full reset every time I want access.

Do not use
Terrible app, cannot log in, does not work for apple finance. From what I’m reading they only accept lower credit scores and prey on people that will default on their payments. AVOID at all costs
Very disorganised company
Got a BNPL from DFS from this company. Direct debits were failing all the time and they couldnt get them working. Then they charged me a late fee which was waived off but the next month, same thing happened. Failed direct debit. No sms notification, just a very vague email. Called them and they were so clueless. I have used many companies for BNPL but never have I seen incompetence at this level. Beware of this company, as you will end up with a scarred credit file due to these guys.

Constantly Logs Out
Every time I open the app I’ve been logged out. The sign in process is so painful - my password is always rejected despite changing and saving it multiple times. The website also has too many sign in options - how do I know what type of account I have? App gets 1 star as it’s unusable.

good service ,first time i open this apps ,And i gained a different experience.. when i called the apple store and spoke with a girl she was so friendly and she told me about the creations finance app.And then i create my account and i ordered a mobile phone...
Terrible trying to navigate
Too time consuming which I suspect is intentional so that customers who want 6 months interest free credit inadvertently end up owning after the 6 months!!!

Understandable that a financial app requires security. But please ask someone who understands 2FA to build and implement. Also don’t forget to test it. Also don’t forget to test unhappy path !!!
