Bunch of liars
They purposely hide your credit report until you pay. The “free” credit report links just send you in an endless loop to sign up. Infuriating time wasting money gremlins

This App has taught me so much about my credit rating and the importance of my credit file, it also updates me once a month for free. I would highly recommend using this App and taking any information given on board in order to improve your overall score and credit worthiness.
Very big scam!
This app is a complete scam! Doesn’t matter what you do right or not your score will go down a lot before going up a few points. Keep your money cash and don’t waste your time and money with them.
Money making scheme
All Experian does is try to extract money from you . Even if I have subscribed it’s impossible to actually talk to a member of staff. The reality is you’ve gathered a lot of data and you’re milking the general public for every penny you can.

Updates to slow
While the issue may lie with my bank sending updates, Experian is too slow to follow up and amend accordingly or even respond in a reasonable time to me. 5 days to respond to my email, and the response is asking me to provide security checks which then takes more time. Very slow customer response time
A Clear Picture
A useful tool to get a clear picture of personal finances and where one stands on the financial management assessment. It has given me a clearer and wider picture of this and boosted my confidence as I was more in control than I thought.
Overall good
Overall ok but keep finding it paradoxical that an agency is actively gathering (credit) information about an individual and then advertising the option to pay a subscription to view set information.
