Bug issue
My ClearScore has not been displaying for couple of days now. It keep showing “something went wrong. Looks like we can’t display that page right now. You can try to load the page again or come back later” I have tried to delete the app several times and download another one but still same issue. Please advise.
Report Delay
App notifies me my report is ready, I check the app and it says not for another day. I check the next day and it still says 1 day, check the day after that and then my report has updated with next update available in 6 days
Please introduce a dark mode icon
The app is easy to use and functional however it is missing a dark icon for dark mode on iPhone
Very annoying app
I have tried to log in to my account with you and every single password is incorrect so I am locked out of it I have asked you to please 🙏 stop 🛑 sending me emails and I will not keep uploading drivers license details and proof of my identity because this is extremely frustrating and very annoying to anyone Design it so we can have a passkey on iPhone 📱 or delete my account once and for all and this two step is outrageous because some of us have changed our telephone ☎️ numbers and why do people like you ask do you have access to your old telephone ☎️ number For crying out loud if I did then I would have done it that way as well But my email address is exactly the same one ☝️ isn’t that good enough for you people 🤷 Asking for photo evidence like a driving licence is not good enough for you either I had to take a screenshot of me and my license holding it infront of my face What a joke Use passkeys from apple 🍎 it’s far more advanced than you guys probably are anyway By god what a hassle to get into your own account
Good - but could be brilliant
It’s good. Drags all your offers into one place and is slicker than dealing with Experian etc direct. Down side - never updates on time, gets stuck at ‘updates in 1 day’ for days on end before you see a change.

Landscape mode still not fixed!
When are you going to acknowledge this? It used to work fine....😖 Still no landscape mode...there used to be! All requests ignored by this useless development team! Log out option
What happened to the logout section? You can no longer logout, it’s not good.
Cluttered
As time goes on the app is getting filled with pointless animations and financial offers.
Are you ever going to bring back the timeline?
Honestly, that’s what made you guys better than the rest. You could track how you were doing money wise all the way back in 2022,2023 etc. and compare it to now. why did you get rid of that? It’s such a downgrade
Best Financial Tool
One of the best apps to use to get a better understanding on where you stand financially, what options are available to you for lending and solving debt issues and more. As someone who wasn’t financially literate, this has helped me beyond measure.
False offers
Stay away! They’ll provide “Pre-Approved” finance, at a “Guaranteed rate”, but when you navigate to their site, before entering any details, there is an error! When click to try again, you’re not eligible! Total scam!
Terrible app Dont download
DONT even download, I made account put details and kicked from app and couldnt get back on it
Offers mostly fake
App keeps spamming with notifications regarding non existent offers that are supposedly available. Got maybe 1-2 offers that were somewhat legit
Inferior than using the web
When I login I am given less information compared to logging in on the web. So why bother having a mobile app?

It’s free and that’s absolutely crazy. Most lenders use this product and it has really helped me stay on track.

i get a notification every couple of hours reminding me i have credit card offers. i know I do, i don’t care! if i wanted one id have applied already
Free but not amazing
It’s nice to have an app that you can access your credit report for free (should be for all credit agencies) however lately the functionality isn’t as good at used to be. The emails show there is an update but you need to hunt for it in the app if they have put it in. Now my credit score is down, no credit cards are showing and the address is incorrect. A bit of a mess but that’s probably on Experian sharing data with ClearScore. Would I recommend? Yes because it’s free and good to have access to what people say about you. But I wouldn’t rely on realtime information being pushed through and therefore using it as part of a suite to monitor for fraud is recommended.

Annoying sales app.
This app is just a vehicle to sell you financial products. I get constant spam emails with disgusting titles like “your debt repayment update is ready” I’m not even in debt. They tell my me score matches car finance and loans. I’ve never looked at loans with them. I have zero interest in car finance or loans. Just a really scummy company.
New Update
Good Day I have been using this app for years now and the latest update actually through everything off. It is difficult to navigate, I cant see where it says new report due in x amount of days. It is difficult to see progress on previous month and new month or upcoming changes. The old layout was better.

Addition trend too was not needed, helpful or wanted (results may not be accurate)

Terrible bot
I’ve tried to change my address through all the means in the FAQ section. Other credit score providers have recognised the equifax update but this system seems incapable

I tried this app to see what it’s like. It seems to work well but every time you go on it, it robs you from your credit score that is not fair.

forever telling me my score will update in 1 day, to then never update. Always 1 day away then resets to 4 days away. Useless.

Worst Credit Score Agency
ClearScore keeps saying they rely on credit agencies, but that excuse doesn’t make sense. All other agencies have already updated my information — Experian, Banks, and even my lenders show the correct data. The problem is clearly inside ClearScore, because they still show outdated details even after a full year. My score is 1020 in Experian, but ClearScore still shows 586 with missing accounts. Some credit cards haven’t updated for over a year, and even my address is still wrong. This proves the issue is not with the agencies — it’s ClearScore’s own system failing to update.
Crisp and clean UI
I would give you guys five stars, but I resent the fact I’m having to use another app to view Equifax data. I’d much prefer to have all three within a centralised location. Would be great if you stopped flooding me with credit card and loan offers though… seems counter-intuitive since I’m trying to build my credit rating and report, not nuke it into the red. I appreciate that CCR reporting can assist with building your credit score, but having unsecured credit is a red flag for most brokers and I honestly don’t see the value in having a credit card unless you’re a frequent flyer. That said, I’m very happy with the design and user-friendly navigation. I’m curious to see where your team takes the app moving forward. Best wishes.
Please Stop Spamming Me!
Please STOP spamming me with app pop ups. My marketing etc is disabled. That should include invasive pop ups. I already have 2 credit cards and a PCP Car Finance. That is more than enough for my needs. You know I have car finance, why ask me to think about a loan for a car?? I do not need continuous spam of how many more credit cards and loans I can apply for with pre-approved acceptance. You are supposed to help people build their credit score, not put them into debt over their head with offers.

Was ok but now not
Was a good app to keep track of credit score and debts but suddenly all my accounts and credit cards bar one have now been “removed” from the app with no explanation.
Cannot log on
The app is great and all, but one day I was checking my score and it kicked me out. When I tried to log on again it stated that my password is wrong which is weird, so I went on the ‘forgot password’ option to reset my password. Entered my email that I use for everything, waited for instructions but no email was sent whatsoever and it’s been weeks now. Tested on the website with my unchanged password and it allowed me to access, the app alone is giving me an issue and still haven’t received any email with instructions even when I tried again today.

Gone rubbish in last few months, constantly says updating in 1 or 3 days and never does - gave me totally wrong and misleading credit info saying my credit was about to be significantly affected, stayed that like for days - was utter nonsense and could be quite stressful for someone if they 100% believed the app

Used to have very detailed timeline graphs of credit score, loans, credit limits and much more. And the graphs used to go back for a much longer period. Now the data is very basic. Used to adore this app.
This new update is a UX regression.
This new update is a UX regression. Now, I am aware this may seem like a simple case of resisting change, but I assure you it is not. With the new update, one has to navigate to a different page in order to see the previous months’ report updates. This is a pain point. On the new “report updates” page, one has to scroll vertically to see the previous months’ reports, instead of being able to just click on a specific month to see updates for that month. Also, on the same page, it appears updates for previous months have disappeared and only updates for the latest month are shown; for the other months, it is just the credit score even thought these months had updates shown on the previous version of the app. Rounding off, it is my understanding that these updates shown on this page are general report items and not activity related to that month. This is far less informative/helpful than being able to see activity from a specific month. I cannot seem to find a page where I can see activity such as, but not limited to: new account added, account updated credit limit, new enquiries for a specific month like it was previously possible. These are not all the issues, only the most pressing ones that heavily affect the user experience. Please reconsider.

When you select ‘credit health’ sine the latest update app keeps crashing pls fix it and not tell us to uninstall reinstall

Does a credit check app REALLY need an Ai to tell me about my credit score? Give us the option to opt out of the use of Ai and don’t shoehorn it when it’s not needed.
