TyPro auto litter box
I saw complaints about the app and the WiFi connection before purchasing the litter box and decided to do so anyway. It’s been about a week and I haven’t had any trouble with the app or WiFi connection to the box-everything has worked perfectly. I haven’t been obsessively checking the app to monitor cats’ transition to new box and it has always updated properly. Good news is, even if app/wifi is bad, box still functions fully although some features may be less customizable.
Junk
I bought two of these brand new off ebay and both junk. You cant get hold of the chat and customer service sucks. Im out $200
Works well, but!
The app itself is awesome, however, when I add all three of my cats to the app and then go back to check the toilet tracking, only one picture of my cat shows up, the others show up as a question mark. I made sure to add all three cats and link all three to the litter box. I already checked the app for an update, restarted the litter box, and restarted the app and nothing seems to work. A little help?

Great company
I love the machine and the app is great as well. Have had zero problems in about 8 months. Customer service is top notch!
Update
By updating the app they force you to buynew device and deactivate all your feeding schedule and you can not use any of future of the app until buy new version of device.
My Daily Routine Essential

Super appli
Confidence to Leave Cat Home
This app has given me the confidence to leave my cat at home for longer periods.
Push notification broken
The app doesn’t ask for push permission. Under system setting for the app, you cannot find notification tab.
Not good if you need to unplug the machine
I used this around 6 months, every time I unplug the electricity will be trouble. Machine cannot connect properly after disconnect with electricity. Keep saying no network in the app. Finally I unbind the device, but I cannot add my pet to start my feeding plan. This is not good if you need to unplug your feeding machine. I still waiting for customer service feedback to make my machine work!!!
Pet Owner Joy
It has made being a pet owner a joy, not a chore.
Cat Safety Check-In
I love that I can check in and make sure my cat is safe and sound.
Cọmprehensive Pet Care System
It’s so much more than just a feeder. It's a cọmprehensive pet care system.
Game-Changer for Frequent Travelers
The app is a game-changer for anyone who has to travel frequently.
User comments
1. Can your company don’t put sound button in the video. It is also tough the button when I enlarge the picture 2. The cam can’t tracked my cat very well pls improve 3. Calculating the portions of food eaten is not very accurate
Life-Saving App for Cat Lovers
This app has made my life so much easier and my cat so much happier.
Superb Camera Quality
The camera quality is superb. I can see my cat's expressions clearly.
