Needs an in-app reset button
I need to be able to power cycle/reset my litter boxes from the app. Every other smart litter box my cats have had in the past had this feature. This app doesn’t.

Great improvements
One of the best feeders on the market and very nice improvements to the app. Some favorite features: snooze next feeding (when extra treats given), child lock on the button, low food alert, 1/12 cup portions. Daylight Saving Time change isn’t automatic, but the cat doesn’t notice.
Horrendous app
Absolutely terrible app. It won't keep me logged in. I have to somehow sign out then log in but not really in order to view my robot litter box.

購入して1年経過しています。 ここの評価はとてつもなく低いですが…(笑) 使い方さえ慣れれば問題なく使えます。 ネットワーク未接続と表示された時もショップの対応が早くすぐ改善されて大変助かりました。 あとは、家族間で共有できたら良かったんだけどなぁ〜

App can’t find feeder.
You need the app, wifi, and Bluetooth to connect and set up the feeder. You have to share your phone number to set up an account. I have an iPhone and the app can’t ‘see’ the feeder on the network or via Bluetooth. I’m dead in the water. Tried resetting, tried manually connecting, nothing. I have an expensive feeder and no way to program it to dispense food. If I could give it zero stars I would. Why not have buttons on the dispenser so a person can set it up manually if they don’t need all the features?

WiFi設定について
パスワードについて、 大文字、小文字、数字、記号の8文字以上と有りますが、 上限に付いて書かれていません。 当初18文字で入力して何度もエラーになり、 12文字の記号無しすると登録出来ました。 パスワードの入力について、コピペ出来ないのは不便です。出来る様にして下さい。
Works for Litter Box
I’m not sure what problems other people have had with the app but it works well with my litter box.
Great product TERRIBLE APP
The app does not guide you if there’s an error. Does not give you a full manual to operate it only an install guide. Problems getting it up after it disconnected from my WiFi. I really do not like the app. It’s pretty bad when you need it to guide you through notifications of any issues. You would think a $900 piece of equipment would come with full instructions with a complete manual.

ここ1週間ほどで突然デバイスがオフラインもしくはネットワークに接続されていない とのエラーメッセージが多発しております。 半年以上問題なく使用できていたのにも関わらず 突然上記の状態が頻発するようになりました。 Wi-Fiの設定変更や 本体の電源オフなどは実施していない為何故突然そのような状態になったのか不明です。 あまりにも不便です。 製品自体は素晴らしいのですがアプリケーションに問題が多いと感じます。

This is a flawless app. No setup issues, no WIFI issues. The app tells me everything that is happening.
Can’t login after app upgrade
I wish I could give it 0 star. The feeder worked very well but the app is a pain. There were many bugs with very simple menu. I lost account login after the app upgrade(Need to manually search the app in order to upgrade it). I couldn’t login after the app is upgraded. Had to reset the feeder but it always failed to connect the device. The feeder can’t work now after the reset cause the app can’t connect to it. I am stuck here!
Product is great when app works
I have the feeder and very happy with it when the app is working. It’s very glitchy. Have had to contact support several times, only via WhatsApp. Have gotten dropped from Wi-Fi, lost feeding record history feature, and had to reinstall a few times in the month I’ve owned it. The only semi-positive in this respect is that an established feeding schedule will still work while dropped from Wi-Fi. But of course you won’t be able to adjust the schedule. Please fix the bugs. The feeder itself is great.
Solid App
I’ve seen a few different apps, and this one is pretty good. It gives you a lot of information a few controls to use and lets you keep track of multiple pets. I have not had any issues with anything disconnecting and it has been working great

前の方が書いているように、登録ができません。 これでは本体の利用価値もありません。 と、思っていましたが、、、 サポートの助けにより、ようやくアカウント登録が完了しました。が、アプリは使い勝手が今ひとつです。評価は星2にします。

Litter machine functions missing
Recently received my order for the litter machine and was required to download this app to use. The production model of the litter machine had the “entrance up” button removed from the display options on the physical machine, so you would think the developers would replace this function with an “in-app” button to use instead. But nope! There is no button to make the litter machine go into the upright position to fill with litter. I reached out to customer support and they’ve been pretty useless. Don’t know what to do with an expensive litter machine with a non functional app.

App no longer work after update
The feeder has lost its connection with the app. I can no longer change any of the feeding schedules. The feeder cannot connect with WiFi reset, etc.
