Vacation setting
I’ve been using the app with the automated pet feeder and really appreciate the functionality, especially the ability to schedule specific feeding times and amounts for each day. However, I wanted to suggest a potential improvement: a Vacation Mode feature. It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature where I can pre-schedule a temporary pause in feeding while I’m away. This way, I wouldn’t need to remember to turn off the schedule on the day my dog is already fed. It would allow for easier planning in advance when going on vacation or trips, eliminating one last thing to worry about. Thank you for considering this suggestion! It would make the app even more user-friendly and convenient.
No notifications
Do not get notifications even though everything is correctly turned on. Also not sure if works while I am abroad?!
Doesn’t give push notifications
The biggest issue is even with notifications on you don’t get notified for feedings or low food in the machine. Biggest flaw. You need to manually check the record in the app itself. Please fix this.

I need to submit feedback for a technical issue, and the app requires photo submission before I can even type a description. The app crashes as soon as I select a photo.

De app werkt niet zoals het hoort. Mijn kat is geopereerd en ik moet de tijden en hoeveelheid aanpassen. Echter veranderden alle aanpassingen weer terug naar oude instellingen.

If you were ever looking for an app to starve your animals this is the one. The on and off sliders for scheduled portions are purely for show as your feeder can be connected to the wifi, app updated, etc. and they will decide for themselves if they want to be off or on however, spoiler alert, it very very rarely chooses to be on. The one star is for the manual feeding feature which does work. If you’re looking for an app that will reliably feed your animals on time, this isn’t it. You’ll be better off buying their feeder and putting in your own electronics so you can avoid using this app.
Great App, but needs delay option
Hi, I love this product. I have four cats and one feeder for each cat. Two of my cats are pretty food crazy and even after attempting the train them for weeks, they still don’t go to the correct bowl, as I have some on specific diets for weight loss. What I typically have to do is feed them individually as fast as possible from the app so that they go to the correct bowls (the food crazy ones). Please add a delay option for feeding, up to 59 seconds. That would allow me to put a five second delay on the second feeder, a 10 second delay on the third feeder, and a 15 second delay on the fourth feeder. Would definitely be 5 stars then.
Good concept but has BIG issues
I have two feeders and automatically want to feed my cats 3x a day with them. IF it works, it’s great - however, the app keeps resetting certain feeding moments, resulting in one of my cats missing a meal for the last couple of days. That is unacceptable - users need to be able to rely on the animals being fed. I now lost trust in the system so I need to check daily if the setting is still enabled and I worry about my cats getting food. I had to install an extra camera to be able to check on them. Besides that, it’d be a lot better to set the amount of food on an estimate of the amount of grams rather than ‘portions’. Lastly, I have the issue that one of my cats is waiting by the feeder - so she is always the first to eat, but she gets a little less food due to her size. If I could set the timer for the second feeder 5 sec later, I know the other bigger cat goes there to get the food. However, timers can only be set per minute not seconds.
Needs work
While the app is convenient for setting auto-feed, the errors for blocked feeding are ridiculous. It should simply apply canceling the feeding that was blocked. Instead, it keeps trying to dispense and never stops unless you manually move the food. Please fix it!
Lifesaver!
Recently upgraded my car setup. Got an automatic pet feeder and an automatic litter box! Welcome to the year 3000 for me! Lol. I’ve got a 6 year old orange cat and when I go out of town, I always felt bad and set up a friend/neighbor to help out once a day. But now I can monitor my food levels with my new camera and if he needs food, I can use the app here to deliver more food. I am still working out how much to put out at what time (so it automatically dispenses for me), but this app has been wonderful! Best feeder ever and the app syncs with it flawlessly!

I really needed a Wi-Fi pet feeder that actually works. At first the set up confused me. But overall it works great & my dog is always fed. I DONT receive notifications but that’s okay, I check to make sure there’s food left 2x a week (just to be sure). It’s definitely more intended for smaller dogs since it doesn’t hold enough food for the big boys long term but I don’t mind refilling it. There’s a lot I think the app is missing however I don’t care for apps that much anyways- it feeds my dog & that’s what I bought it for. So 4 stars total!
Automatische tijden doen het niet meer
Sindskort doen de automatisch ingestelde voer tijden het niet meer. Moet alsnog handmatig, het hele idee van de voerbak is dat hij automatisch af gaat. Ook na reboot en fabrieksinstellingen blijft ie het niet doen. Help!

Manual feed improvement
Could we please get bigger buttons for the “Cancel” and “Confirm” on the manual feed page? I have three cats and three feeders and after I feed one cat, time is of the essence because they all run to the feeder with the food in the bowl. The “confirm” button/word is rather small and shoved to the bottom of the screen so it takes several pushes to get it just right. I would use the auto feed, but one of them is on a special food (uncertain for how long).
SCAM!
We bought two brand new feeders off of Amazon. The app wants access to all your privacy and will not connect to StarLink. Grok says they only can use 2.4ghz. We have wasted 4 hours and tried iPhone and Droid. The app will not allow use on an old phone with no subscription (suspicious). Apple has not verified this app. GET YOUR MONEY BACK ASAP.
Almost perfect
My only complaints are that (a) I don’t get notifications when the food is low/out and (b) I have to turn on my location services to use this. Ignoring these items, I’m very happy with this - it’s reliable, easy to use (once I figured out the setup with my balky Wi-Fi), and resets quickly when power comes back on after a shortage. Great app!
Basic application
Keeps deleting my saved feeding times everytime I kill the app. Feeder works but app contains a lot of bugs.
MacOS support
It used to work on MacOS before version 26.0.1 It crashes on start up with 26.0.1 The app itself is really good so I would like the issue to be resolved.
Review
Love this machine! We feed a feral cat that runs wild in the neighborhood & this little gem has not failed us yet. We had some problems setting it up but after that the pet feeder has done it’s job day in & day out. Our feral cat Diva loves it too, even when we are gone for the day we don’t have to worry about Diva eating.
Causes missed feedings
Feeding settings change/reset on their own and cause missed feedings. This has happened several times and we started monitoring our cat when we noticed unexpected weight loss.
Overall great but need some UI fix
I'm using iPhone 13 pro max, I can't press on the confirm btn when changing the setting, please raise it up a little .

AM PM is annoying
Most of the world does not use AM PM time notification but 24:00 clock. It’s confusing. The power feeder is okay. Although talking to the cats does not work.

Can’t log in
Haven’t been able to log in for weeks. After typing my username and password, the ‘login’ button remains unresponsive.
Great Machines
I love the ease of these machines and how I can feed my cats when I’m away. I just wish the portions were a little smaller so I could dispense a “snack” instead of a full meal every time.
Not a great app
Not sure why this app has such good reviews. It’s incredibly clunky. Doesn’t always give notifications when food is dispensed, manual dispense button in the app doesn’t consistently work, and setting up a schedule is very buggy. I got this feeder so I could be confident that my cat is fed if I’m away a day or 2 but this setup doesn’t give me much confidence.
Limited Control
You can just schedule up to 10 times only. Didnt get notification of lack of Food as per mention in app description. Other than that apps working fine. There is a lot of room to improve.
Reliable Peace of Mind
The app does what it promises; to reliably feed my furry captive pals. The new update that continually warn you if the hopper is low is great. Now if only they could warn you if ants have gotten into the food; A risk when you leave for a week at a time.
I got logged and the login button isn’t working
I need assistance in logging back in. It’s not letting me after I type my account name and password. How am I supposed to the product if I can’t log in. The login button is not registering when I click on it.

Not Receiving Notifications
I have reset my settings and uninstalled/reinstalled this app so many times, but no matter what I try I cannot get the push notifications to work. What’s the point of having notifications turned on if you don’t even receive them?! It would be great to actually get notified when the food supply is running low instead of having to find out the hard way once the food is actually gone… I can see the message in the app when I check it, but I haven’t once ever gotten a notification about it. That was a big selling point for me on the feeder as a notification like that works great for my ADHD brain and it’s sad that this app can’t even do the bare minimum it advertises to do.

Zero is the right name for this app
Zero support. Feeder connection failed, so now the cat doesn’t eat. No peace of mind when I have to check it every day. Contacted company and got zero support about the battery not powering the unit. Still waiting for help or just a reply.

Well, for now feeding schedule is ok, but the problem is I can not access the camera if I’m not at home. The whole purpose of a pet feeder with a camera is to have an opportunity to check on your pets and home when you’re away, right now this doesn’t work and I’m really unhappy about it.
No “Everyday” Option
The manual says there is an option to set feedings to ‘everyday’ but this is not an option in the app. After trying a few things, I discovered, by accident, I can select more than one day for each feeding to get it to ‘everyday’. Not intuitive. The app asks for a lot of personal data. Wifi set up required a lot of guessing what to do next to finally connect.
Best pet feeder for guilt ridden parent leaving their fur babies!
In all honesty we had a high maintenance cat that we loved and adored but that meant having to have someone at the house twice a day, if not more while we were away for medicine and wet food feedings. We don’t have our hm girl anymore which is beyond heartbreaking but we still have our Scoots and she loves a dry feeding so with the wi-fi pet feeder, it has allowed us to travel a bit more without the guilt. We set up our Arlo cameras to watch her and set up multiple feedings and sometimes manual feedings. We love it and hope you do too!!
False Sense of Security
The device says it will give you push notifications when the feeder is running low and then when it runs out of food. No matter how many times you update the app, this is apparently NEVER fixed. Our feeder is in the basement. Turns out my cat has been without food for a week! I thought our old cat wasn’t responding well to the new baby and was mad at me for leaving for a few days, turns out she has been starving! I’m sure there are better products on the market.
