Unable to reconnect
After a good week of using the feeder and the app things stopped working. The feeder drains the D batteries like nobody’s business and so I tried connecting with plug and lost connection to my app. The feeder stopped working. This would be bad if you’d gone away for a day. Now I cannot reconnect it and boring is working.
Decent app
I’m unsure why this app has gotten such bad reviews — it’s really not bad. It’s functional for what you need it to be, which is to feed your pet. The military time can easily be worked around with the help of Google. The one thing I found confusing was the portions. Just know that there is only ONE portion size, but you can give it 10 times or more (I figured out that two portions is roughly 1/4 of a cup which is what my dog eats every meal). You will just have to play with it to figure out how much you need.
The feeder wouldn’t connect
When I got home from vacation I found out my mom unplugged the feeder so when I plugged it back and tried to look at the schedule it said error and then I tried adding the device back but it wouldn’t show and the hot drop would never appear in wiFI when I tried to do it manually!!!
Problème historique repas
Problème sur l’historique des repas ne se met plus à jour depuis quelque jour. Les repas sont bien distribués ( enfin j’espère ) mais aucun enregistrement n’apparaît dans le journal. Dommage pour une fonction essentielle de l’application. Une correction serait vraiment appréciée.
Easy to program the feeder with this app
It’s easy to set and change the feeding schedule with this app.
Trash
Horrible. Worked for a few months and now my feeder cannot connect and my feeding schedule kept disappearing before then. Horrible trash. Don’t even dare use a product that has this app, you’re gonna cry out of stress.
Confused
My one disappointment was that I did not see where I needed “D” batteries. I wasn’t prepared for that. I’ve see some negative reviews and they have confused me. Once I got the batteries, and downloaded the app, I was good to go. I didn’t have any problems setting it up. If you know military time it’s much easier to set a feeding schedule for each day at each time. I have not had a problem revising my schedule. As a matter of fact, I waited to see what happened at 6:30 PM, aka, 18:30 and realized I had programmed too much food. I revised each feeding time, no problem. So far I’m very happy and I think anyone who buys this and downloads the app needs to just have patience. There is nothing wrong with this feeder/app. I will update in a few days.

Very good when you are not at home for the food. No notification when we are out of food. So the distribution continue but without the food….
Great quality feeder
Very good quality feeder. Easy to program and change if the amounts are not correct as I originally programmed them. Their customer service was prompt and easy to work with.
This app is not good
I got my automatic feeder today, downloaded the app and got it to finally accept my feeder. Then I set up a schedule, but needed to change it. The app wouldn’t delete the lines of schedules so I had to remove the feeder off of the app and start over. Then I wanted to manually add some more food right before bed and the app wouldn’t work at all. I closed it out a few times and retried but it still wouldn’t work. I googled these things and apparently there are tons of people who have the same issues and some say they contacted the help and no one ever got back to them.
I like it
It works great on my iPad. I even used it when I went to Florida for my sister’s birthday.
Once set, don’t expect to make changes
The initial setup wasn’t the easiest but once set, it was reliable and the camera works well. Recently, I noticed the time was off and wanted to adjust the clock. I have the location configured but finding the clock is impossible. The help section isn’t very helpful even when using the search.
What could be better?
It is 2025 and applications should be able to detect the difference between 2G and 5G and should connect seamlessly without no error every single time

The UI is inexcusably bad
This company needs to stop whatever it is doing right now and fire the person responsible for the unlabeled and unexplained toggle switch in the upper right of the device page. Hire an English translator for one hour to give a tip on how to do UX.
It’s great but needs some customization options
I like the design of the app. It’s easy to navigate. But I would love to customize the time for the pet feeder schedule. It would be nice to choose AM or PM. Also, if I could change the time and date format. Then, an aesthetic option would be to change the color of the feeder main page instead of the standard blue. But I love that I can use this with my feeder! I will change my rating to a 5 if I see some modifications
It worked for about 2 months
We loved it when we first got it but now it doesn’t work anymore. So for 2 months we have had to manually get up to feed the cats. So what’s the point? We can’t go on vacation with this (which is why we bought it) would not recommend unless the app gets updated…

Perfect
I bought this unit from Amazon, looked great, then I had to download the app, and see the 1 star and my heart sank… I nearly didn’t even try, but thought I’d give it a go! Not sure what the other reviewers have tried to do but it was perfect, so easy to setup, honestly I have had a harder job setting up Bluetooth speakers than this feeder, app is clean and clear, and setup is a breeze, I bet given half a chance my toddler could do it! Very pleased!

No Portion Setting
The app does not match the directions. According to the directions when I go into meal plan, I should be able to select portions. Instead, I can only select feed number, which only does one SMALL portion.
It’s bad
The app has a lot of things but they are all over the place. Even finding something i set before is hard. I created automation for the water fountain when you go in the device you see it there but there is no add or edit button, you have to back out all the way to main screen where all the devices are and then go to scenes tab to do it. The push notifications stopped working, i see them in the log but not getting any. When i try to setup a new scene that sends notifications, the send notification option is grayed out and pressing shows some gibberish alert. Unfortunately these companies push out products with half working hardware and app, collect the money and disappear, happened with led strips, happened with plugs etc.. pay a little more and buy from a known reputable company so at least when you have a problem you’ll get an answer.

Can’t close app
Feeder seems to work well. App is functional, although a little clunky. Only real problem is that closing out of the app entirely removes the feeding schedule I set up. I shouldn’t have to leave the app constantly running to be able to feed my cat
Awesome
I love the app and the feeder! The app is easy to navigate and I can chose how much I want to feed my cat and at what time. So far there have been no problems with it.
Terrible app
I cannot get this to pair to the feeder. I have a great Wi-Fi and a good phone and it will not pair no matter what I am going to send it back. It’s not worth it if I can’t use the app.
Can’t feed remotely
Can feed through wifi when I’m home but the purpose of the app is to help me feed my pet when i am away from home. This app doesn’t work on data after a while. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it repaired itself
Nice!
So far so good. Used auto discover to setup. After a couple of attempts I managed to get it up and running. The camera is crisp, night vision is perfect and the voice option is loud and clear. My cat quickly learned to use the feeder. I like the device design and the App works fine. Excellent value.
Functions Conflict with iPhone layout
The brilliant programmers put the app function keys at the very top where they overlap with all necessary iphone functions. It's so hard to save a feeding program.
Works well until the wifi goes out
Feeder works so long as the wifi doesn’t go out thankfully my internet company notifies me so I can figure something out

Sensor is pretty much useless
If the feeder isn’t absolutely full it notifies me every feeeing that it’s low (it’s not low, it’s just not full to the brim) And then it doesn’t notify you when it’s actually out. I may as well have the cat tell me when to refill it:
