Stupid idea
This is the dumbest idea I’ve seen. I just want to use my treadmill in peace whenever I want to. Instead, I have to download the dumb app to be able to use my treadmill and for whatever reason, PitPat automatically connects me to someone else’s microphone so I can hear them working out. Why on earth would I ever want to hear that. The app doesn’t even work well either, my treadmill won’t even start even though it says it’s connected. What a frustrating experience and a waste of time.
Bluetooth drop out
Bluetooth constantly dropping out before goal move can be met. The developer is working to resolve which I am very grateful for, thank you. My app is up to date.
Needs major improvement!
I want to live this app. You cannot pause a walk/run. When you pause it, the app resets your workout so you lose your ranking and your time/distance/calories reset. You also cannot toggle away from the app to use another app while working out. When you try to go back to the app it stops your workout. Please fix this bug!!!
Good product, weird app
The walking treadmill works well but I’m using this while I work. I don’t need all these weird options in the app. And I certainly don’t need it to speak to me. I’m not sure the app is relevant for the average customer using it. It has to be fast and simple to use and understand.
Better than expected
Better than I was expecting it to be honestly. Makes using this stationary bike way more engaging and makes me push myself when I see other players catching up. Getting way better sessions in with this app than when I was just using the bike alone
This App is an AI Mess
I installed the app in order to get the treadmill to begin working. The app design is terrible and you cannot opt out of the AI. The app is too busy and oh-so-unnecessary. I deleted it as soon as I could after connecting Bluetooth. Do better, yall. This looks like an app designed to entertain children.

Recent update
Recent update has made my walking pad very frustrating to use. Changing the speed of the pad is now clunky due to app redesign, forcing game like features instead of acting like a simple remote control for walking pad.

Courses (Trainings)
I’m using PitPat version 4.20.0 on iPhone. I love the guided Course library (Running, Walking, Stretch, Muscle, etc.), but I can only access it after starting and ending a workout, then tapping “Go to stretch.” Could you please add a Courses or Training button on the Home screen so users can browse workouts without starting a run? Thank you!
Mmmh
I work in digital marketing and let me tell you, this app is all over the place. The walking pad in itself is great and I would give it 5 stars, but with an app that is this unfriendly to use, I honestly cannot do that. We just want to walk, track our stats, and share our progress with other users. We do not need all the extra stuff. Why so many features are scattered across multiple different pages is beyond me. It feels confusing and unnecessary. You need an expert, a small team, to rethink the app properly. It needs a clear structure and a coherent flow. Right now, it feels like a random collection of ideas thrown together, and it makes the user experience genuinely annoying.

Ich finde, die App ist ein GameChanger. Es ist nicht wichtig, ob die Grafik schön oder nicht schön ist. Hauptsache man kann einen schönen Strand lang laufen.
Nobody asked for a WiFi connected treadmill
Why in gods name did you make me download this app to walk at my home office? It assaults you with nonsense features, unnecessary tutorials, and some gimmick about an extended warranty if you input information they already have. Just make the warranty the warranty. I would pay MORE money for a walking pad that had no association with this overengineered piece of garbage app.
Gut außer die Einheit!
An sich ist die PitPat App gut aufgebaut. Man kann alleine ein Rennen machen oder an Turnieren teilnehmen oder einfach so laufen allerdings bei mir ist es, dass, obwohl ich in den Einstellungen die metrische Einheit also KMH aktiviert habe, während ich laufe es die Einheit in Meilen anzeigt. Wenn das geändert werden könnte, wäre die App fünf Sterne wert.
Awful behavior on PC
There was no way to turn off the notifications while my phone was charging on my laptop. I deleted the app. Dumb behavior. Have a good day and good luck to all of you with your workout goals. This wasn’t for me.
It’s okay… just okay
This app works well for motivation, but I don’t see the need for fake engagement or the Temu styled layout. The point system is great, but it’s a shame British users can’t spend points on physical products. Overall the app is good for motivation, but needs a lot of improvement as it’s pretty crummy when workout sessions aren’t logged due to app glitches. This app has a lot of potential, just needs stability and less of the Temu feel. Would also be nice to see some walking races or challenges for those of us who don’t run.
Love PitPat App
Takes a while to get used to navigating around the app when you first start using it but after a week of intermittent use you get the hang of it. I love the concept, literally getting paid to exercise even small amounts is enough to keep me active. I’ve fed back that I’d like to see the points shop available for UK users too but I guess they haven’t fully expanded yet as it’s currently restricted to United States.
Absolutely NO JUST NO
Come on guys! I know there are ppl around the world at all hours but some how, though I’m in zero groups or have connections to ANYONE on the app, I was getting a mass group chat bombardment about running and who needed recovery and their vitamin intake IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Over n over n OVER until I, half awake, scrambled to uninstall just to get some damn sleep! There is ZERO reason those conversations should be pushed to me. Least of all in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!!!!

Full of ads doesn’t sync with Apple health & fitness apps
It gets two stars because it is able to control the speed of my treadmill. However, it’s full of so many ads and competitions that I almost don’t want to use the app. Also, I can’t find a way to cleanly sync with Apple health.
Ok
I like that app when you can get on it, lots of different map options and I like how it changes difficulty depending on the map options. The main problem is I can never use the app as every time I open it ready to use the bike it needs a half hour update! By which time I’m done with the workout.
Addicted to this App!
I’ve always been a bit of a homebody and not exactly the outdoorsy type, but I knew I needed to stay active for my health. That’s why I bought this treadmill. When I downloaded the app, I realized it was more than just a running machine — I could actually run and compete with people from all over the world. I ended up joining one of the clubs and started taking part in team challenges. About two months ago, I even tried my hand at pro races on the platform and managed to earn quite a bit of cash. So far, I’ve already made back half of what I spent on the treadmill just by joining competitions. Oh, and not to mention — I’ve been getting in better shape too.
JUST WANT TO USE MY TREADMILL
I don’t want to sign ip for an app. I don’t want to connect my treadmill to wifi. I don’t want an AI assistant, or a monthly subscription, or any of this other junk. I just want to use the Treadmill I already paid for. What BS.
AI ridden and hard to navigate
This app came with a treadmill i bought off of amazon, and while I like the actual functions of activity tracking and projecting an avatar alongside other users, it has random games, tons of Ai-generated images, and gambling for some reason. Additionally, it’s difficult to navigate and every page feels crowded with text or designs.
Super Gerät, aber
Warum muss man 1.000 auf + klicken, damit es schneller wird?? Kann man das nicht direkt manuell auf 4 klicken. Das nervt leider total.!

Bought walking pad which needed the app. App reports warranty still active yet they refuse to help. Terrible customer service!

Lots of junk in the app. It also has so much going on and constantly plays music and/or sounds that sometimes shutoff and sometimes don’t.
Good but could be improved
You cannot play your own music in the background. And the app stops the timer if you leave the app running in the background too long. Although all workouts are logged , You have to start a new workout when that happens.
Fitness app
Pit Pat connects to Deer Run treadmills, spin bike and rowing machine to offer an interactive running, cycling or rowing experience, offering cash rewards for races and events and an online social community of other users. It allows you to get fit, earn some cash and make new friends online. It does have its issues and bugs etc, but customer service are good at fixing these. Overall, recommended for anyone looking to get fit.
dumbest AI ever
How complicated and unhelpful. first review ever just to say they insist on taking over control of the speed. Update: btw if you turn off bluetooth youll get a notice every minute that pitpat needs bluetooth. completely not using the app and getting hundreds of alerts.

The App need to be more simple and less distracting.
im still confused with all these clubs joining,a lot of challenges,a lot of things is going on .. i figured my way finally,but its more like a game interface first page.. while its mix of add of others games and services,, i don’t think this look like by many who are not gamers and more job/serious people style.. especially this brand famous with their slim style under desk treadmills, i don’t think gamers will use it ,they usually want to hit the gym or (touch the grass), so this app looks don’t fit woth most users who want more simple,clear,practical interface app to deal with.. as i told i figured my way in the app ,but its still give me the vibe that im opening one of my games console ,not an app for sports.. so i think they can make it more simpler with keeping that youth look they want to do .. not so rigid not so flashy .. something in the middle met most ppl expectations.

So dumb
Don’t use this app- it’s so dumb. Every time I walk on it during work (I purchased to put her my desk) after I’m done the app says it detects cheating and invalidates my session. I’m certainly not cheating and walking on the treadmill the whole time.
Ehh it’s okay
The app has good intentions. It can be good motivation however, when I sign up for a race with a prize I’m constantly disqualified. The support team is of no help. When walking freely, I have no issues with connection or walking so it’s only when in a race. The app is fine but don’t expect assistance if your DQ from a race. You also don’t know you’re disqualified until after you finish it too which is frustrating.
Hoher Akku Verbrauch
Ansicht eine motivierende App. Allerdings ploppt dauernd irgendwas auf. Ich möchte nicht dauernd gefragt werden ob ich Member vom Club sein will. Nein! Ich will nur walken. Einmal fragen reicht. Und der Verbrauch des Akku ist enorm. 1Std. walken nimmt 10% bei IPhone 15 Max.
I like this app so far
I was really scared by the bad reviews, but I decided to try PitPat anyway and I'm glad I did! This app has lots of features and a cute little world where you can run. 😃 It would be even better if you could run in real cities or places, but the animated world is still great!
Login no longer works
The app is telling me to Agee to a terms and policy but there is no link for this terms and policy. The app is therefore a dead app and I can’t use it. I am deleting the app.
Chronic Tech Bugs
I’ve never written a review on the App Store before but that’s how frustrated I am with the chronic tech bugs in this app. It’s gotten to the point where it’s hard to trust that it will count my running stats. I’m about to delete the app. Why keep wasting my time and energy on running events that error out on the regular? They’re a great motivation when they work but there is CHRONIC tech issues that render the app less useful. There seems to be only one point of contact person for troubleshooting these problems which delays things significantly (to be fair, he’s a very nice person but does not make up for slow to fix issues). I’m going to stick with them for about a month to see if things get better. There’s only so much I can rage quit this app before it starts affecting my mental health istg
Overloaded
Overloaded with 1000 flashing features I neither want nor need. All I want is some statistics on how often and for how long I use my walking pad. There are so so many settings and outfit changes and challenges whatnot, yet you cannot even tell the app your height and weight, which would be essential to calculate somewhat realistic calorie estimations! :(
