Fantastic
I’ve been using this app for a little over 2 years and it is truly amazing how it’s allowed to accurately measure my progress on my weight loss journey. The measurements are precise and only requires 2 pictures to complete your body scan. Recently, there was an update that led to me having issues opening the app - I reached out to support and received a response within an hour along with follow up once the glitch was fixed that same day. Truly a fantastic app!
Not useful
Have the premium and it doesn’t work. Used it twice. Then there was a software update and it no longer works. It keeps telling me to update software which I did. App won’t load. Waste of money.
Buffering
Had a problem with buffering, emailed and offered advice straight away and problem fixed. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I guess cause you developed an app you would be able to develop your own large language model and input all the necessary data sets for that that's interesting. I wonder how you did that set up to answer every single review. That's so cool. I'd love to know how to do that.

I’ve been using this app for a while and I love that it focuses on the overall fitness picture instead of just numbers on the scale. Helps to keep me motivated!! Recently I upgraded my iPhone, and lost access to the premium subscription(due to my error). I reached out to the support team and the problem was resolved within 24 hours! Definitely a worthwhile tool for those who are looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Won’t open
worked great initially, now when opening the app, it displays an error message saying that the version is no longer supported and needs to be updated…which would be fine if the app weren’t already completely up to date. Most recently updated today.
Inaccurate
I took my measurements on methreesixty. Then, I used a measuring tape. The average discrepancy is ~1.47” per measurement
Needs improvements
This app is super bipolar. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t then it doesn’t really get the measurements accurate honestly it’s just aggravating and annoying.

Love it!
This app is fantastic! It’s crazy how accurately it can measure you from the scan, and helps you accurately track progress. It also helps look at what you will look like when you reach your goals!

The new update won’t update. I’ve turned my phone off and back on, still telling me to update.

Easy to use. Provides feedback a scale can’t. Allows for area targeting and goal resetting as needed! Acceptable estimation replacement of a naturopathic body scan in between visits! Love, love, love it!
Cool app, but all my scans disappeared
I only use this app once in a while just to see how my body has changed, the comparison feature is really useful. However I opened it today to be logged out, expected. Except it was acting like I just made an account when logged back in with the same email. And because of that, the scans from the last couple years. It doesn’t matter that much, but how can this app be trusted if something like this can even happen? Never deleted the app ever.

This app has been a huge help throughout my weight loss journey. The 3D body scans made it easy to see changes that the scale didn’t always show, which kept me motivated. It’s simple to use, accurate, and a great way to track your progress. Highly recommend!

Used one time and then it said I needed to update it in order to continue using it. But there is no way to update.

Very difficult to get the scanning pose correct. Not a lot of useful information. I find results highly questionable (measurements it provides are wildly different than tape measurements).

Lost my data
The Customer Service is so disappointing. They would rather lose my business than help me retrieve my data. If it worked, it would be good, but it doesn’t so cannot recommend.
Not optimized for women or people past 40
I have used this for years. But after hitting 50+ the app assumes any weight loss is muscle loss. It disregards my increased protein intake, my 3 days a week of weightlifting with a personal trainer, and my daily cardio. It is very disheartening to be training so diligently, lifting heavier consistently, and then having the scan tell me I’m losing muscle and gaining fat.
Was better last year
Something changed & it’s impossible to get the correct position for a scan. I’m using the exact same setup as last year but now it can’t see my feet. 🤷♀️ worthless.

I doubt the accuracy of this app
I have been enjoying using this app for a few weeks to track my progress, but am increasingly noticing that the results are not internally consistent. For example, this week my waist and stomach are both 0.5cm smaller than last week, but the app is saying that I am gaining body fat. This is very unlikely to be happening unless I am storing more fat in my arms or legs or behind which also are smaller but less so. Also, at the thickest point of my waist at the navel when I use a measuring tape it comes out at about 91cm. The app measures me as 98cm at this point. If I pull out a measuring tape to 98 cm there is no way I can tilt it to fit in that no matter the angle I put it. I use the app once a week to check-in on progress. Putting the phone at exactly the same place and use the exact same lighting. If the results are too non-sensical I do the scan again and weirdly get different results on the second scan. I round up my body weight to the nearest kilo when inputting my weight. I am losing weight at about 0.5 kilos a week, so on the weeks I input a lower weight it annoyingly bumps up my body fat percentage for some reason. Am sure it needs your body weight to do the calculations, but it would be good if we could enter it as decimals to do away with this slightly annoying quirk.
I don’t understand
I did my initial scan on March 15th. I’m taking a supplement that everyone is raving about and sharing their successful loss of inches. I did another scan today, April 26th. All my numbers are up. For example my stomach and waist each increased 3”! Body fat 32.5 to 35.7. I haven’t changed my eating and I weigh a pound less than my initial scan. Is there something I don’t know about doing the scans? Is my phone supposed to be the exact same distance away or something?

I wish I could say I loved this app. When I first got it, it was very helpful. But after a few months, it has stopped accepting my scans. I’ve tried everything on the FAQ page, nothing works. I’ve tried reaching out to Support, it goes to a blank page. So much for the “premium” account.
New Avatar is rubbish
I’ve been very satisfied with this app for over 6 months. Since the latest update, it’s suddenly increased my measurements despite losing weight and the avatar is not in proportion with the measurements. My hips are wider than my waist but the avatar shows narrower hips. I’m also suddenly shorter in the avatar. Really frustrating and annoying after such a great experience for months.

Amazing!! Sometimes you lose weight, sometimes you lose size….this helps you to not feel defeated because you are losing size instead of weight, and it proves it! Also like that you can compare scans as you go!! I am amazingly different than my first scan! As of today, I am 119 lbs down!! Woot woot!!!!!
Weight+height+age+frustrating scan
=disappointment. I expected something more interactive and educational for $30+tax. That’s a lesson for me, I guess.
Inaccurate
I read good things about this app, but it’s really inaccurate on measurements. I’ve been regularly taking my own measurements, and some of these are off by a few inches. I suppose it will show accurate progress for those just starting measurements (inches lost, versus accurate inches), but if you have data already, it’s going to make it seem like you’ve gained a bunch of inches since your last measurement. The body fat percentage is waaaaay off for me though.

Brilliant
This app helped me focus as part of a weight loss program. It was a great visual aid that showed your shape change especially on weeks you weren’t feeling it. It was a great motivation tool. I’m 4.5 stone down and I recommend this to everyone I know.
Wonky
This app is crazy when measuring. The green and red stick figure lines bounce everywhere and even though I stand against a bare white wall with no visible clutter~ app keeps saying there’s clutter? Weird.
