Love this App!
Shotsy is super helpful with tracking my medicine. It tracks injection sight, side effects, dosage and has an optional notes area! I also love the widget reminders of how many days until the next dose. Definitely recommend this app!

Tracker is helpful
I have been on Zepbound at 2.5 for a month. I was told about the Shotsy app from a friend who has lost 50 pounds in the last year. I have appreciated the tracking help and organized reminders about shot location, weight loss, and side effects. My side effects have improved each week and my weight loss has been steady which show up whenever I track.
Downloaded but not really free
There really is not a free option. To get through initial setup you either pick a plan with ONE WEEK free and then you are charged either monthly at an exorbitant rate or annual for $60. You really haven’t had a chance to figure out what it is about, how to use it or what it offers in 7 days.
Free app but pay to use
So it says it is a free app but reality is you have to pay a monthly subscription in order to use the app correctly.

There is no free trial, so I signed up and paid $60. It has a terrible food tracking application and I asked for a refund from the app makers and from Apple, never heard back from either of them. Terrible experience, terrible Customer Service. We keep fighting to get my money back.

Dyr för att skriva vikt, men ok om man är i början av sin resa. 400kr när man är klar bara för att spara data, nej kommer inte ha kvar denna enkla app för det priset. Den har inte heller funkat alla gånger som den ska.
Want to give it 5…
… but the way it graphs weight loss is just inaccurate. When you look at the graph, the distance between 295, 290, 288 and 285 is all the same!!! can’t even give it a 4 . inaccurate, sorry.
So easy to read and see trends
This app takes seconds to utilize, but provides all the data about shots and results that you could want to notice trends and track your side effects. Essential.
Disaster, data disappeared but payments still taking
The information disappears from the app after a few months of use. I can’t see anything older than one month, and since it’s a paid service, it’s really disappointing. Definitely not recommended
Works for what I need
Wish the add ons were free but the free stuff is helpful to keep track of weekly shot locations and reminders.

Constant review nagging
The app nags you to write a review almost every time you open it. You close the nag but it keeps coming back over and over and over again. Incredibly annoying. There is poor visibility into why your weight data is not updating from Apple Health. And there’s a graphing bug that causes two lines to appear on the chart.

Good app, could be great
Been using Shotsy since Oct 2025. I find it indispensable - log into it most days. I like the ability to track details of each injection. I don’t mind paying for the annual subscription. What would make it an “amazing” application is the ability to track my medication inventory along with lot and expiration dates, and ability to connect a dose to a lot/expiration date info. I have to keep a spreadsheet right now for that info. I also have to manually synch with Apple Health since this latest update which is annoying. It always did the synch automatically before. Hopefully that will be fixed in a future release.
Not what I thought
I was looking for something that would help with meal planning. I can keep track of my shots and weight but I can do that with a pencil and paper.

Lately the app as a lot of bugs and doesn’t automatically pull data. Good app. Easy to navigate. Helps me remember when I took my injection. Room for improvement.

This app is a mess
I don't know where the 30k reviews came from. I logged my second shot on the app and it lost all my prior data and gave me some weird grey mg curve and asked me to upgrade to plus. The free experience is worthless I wouldn't pay for worthless+
Worth the Purchase!
I have used a few different apps for tracking my GLP. I did the trial and I realized right away this was worth it. It’s super easy to add your medication, see trends and progress, and set reminders. My favorite aspect are the widgets! My request to app makers, please allowed to go back and change weight manually on previous weeks. I didn’t have the app when I first started and it would’ve been really nice to go back and add my weigh ins as I went. I also had a time where the weight was off and it was hard to change.
Basic features blocked off by paywalls
No point I’m getting this app if you don’t plan to pay. With out payment, all of the features are available on Apple Health anyway.
No longer pulls in health data
When it works? It’s great. But it has stopped syncing with Apple health since the last update. It also will double track calories from Apple Health if there was any adjustment to tracking made. It’s fine? But the cost doesn’t exactly support manual push and knowing part is just bad data
Great app!
Love this app. It helps me keep track of my shots, the dose, and where placement was for shot. I track weight. It also shows how much medicine I have left in me on certain days. You can also add any side effects you may have on certain days. You can look back for patterns. It's a great and useful app, even the free side.
Great app IF you want to pay for it
Would like to use this app as a free version. You have to pay to see daily medication levels in your body. I don’t want another app to pay for.
Very helpful
Easy to see trends, good shot locations and track when the shot is most successful. Take the shot at night and sleep through most of your side effects.

Doesn't consistently send shot notification
Sometimes I get the weekly notification when it is time for the shot. Sometimes I don't. No settings have changed. No one else uses my phone. Otherwise, it is a fine app.
Tracking shots
Works well. I don’t have the premium version but I do track my shots and it estimates blood level.
Price is a joke
Nothing this app does is complex at all. These kind of apps can be developed over a weekend. Absolutely not worth £30 annually, get real.
Really great app
I find this really useful to use with GLP-1s with useful to track info. A BMI tracker built in would be useful and make it a 5 star.

Great way to keep track of your shots, sites, side effects, and weight loss weekly’s and monthly.
Do Not Recommend
I download this app and compelled all the steps. I was given for options at the end. A yearly option @ 49.99 and a monthly option @ 14.99 if I chose to pay right away, without a free trial. If I wanted a free trial, then the yearly option jumped to 59.99, a 10 dollar difference. To me, this is an unacceptable business practice and show that the business is not confident in their product.

It’s great and the graphs are useful. Just wish it did support for other peptides too, not just GLP1s.

Tracking levels
I love this app for everything but the level tracking of how much is in your system has stopped working. I add my shot like I usually do. I have my dosage in and it still won’t track the level that’s in my body. Very frustrated.

Good basic tracking app
This is a good basic tracking app, but a bit pricey for what it offers. I’m coming to the end of my first year and although it’s been a useful tracker, I’m debating whether to renew.
Errors
Currently shows missed injections when they are clearly showing in app calendar. Lately not as good as it once was.
