I reviewed a lot of apps until I found the one that worked the best for me, and it’s just gotten better since.
Almost Perfect
Some of the food entries allow entering for ounces and some only in grams and some allow entries in both depending on the food. I find this frustrating. I have to constantly enter the food, go to serving size and discover which it is and then calculate grams to ounces or ounces to grams. Or hope it has ounces. I should be able to choose one consistently for all entries. Could be something I'm missing, but I spent an hour searching for a work around and found nothing. Other than that, everything works as I would expect.

Not great for keeping track of meals
The options for documenting meals include scanning, barcode, and food label. Sometimes the meals are things you put together or like a fast food sandwich and the scanning of the meal itself is very inaccurate. A piece of salami… They think it’s baloney a tuna fish… it thought it was lunch meat I even made a peanut butter sandwich and when it read the label, it came up with something other than peanut butter. Why can’t you type what the meal is especially if you bought it at someplace like Subway®. And why isn’t your scanning of meals on a plate? More accurate? Even more of a problem is it if you don’t have your phone with you, right then while you’re eating, you can’t type what you ate You just can’t document that meal This app needs way more flexibility with documenting meals, and make more accuracy with their scanning
Great App But …..
I have been using this App for my weight loss journey and enjoy seeing my progress. I log my weight every day but find it so frustrating that the App believes that there are 9lbs in a Stone. There are 14 lbs in a stone! Please change it. At the moment I have to select 0.3 to represent a quarter pound, 0.6 for half a pound and 0.9 for three quarters of a pound and it’s just not accurate! Update: I have emailed you as requested. I have attached a screenshot from the Update Your Weight Section where lbs 10-13 are missing!

Wish there was an option of Other for the medications. But still great to track.
It worked fine…
But no longer refreshing weight from Apple Health since the last update. Shame, it was nice to see the graph with the medication dates marked (the only other reason I have the app is that it reminds me to take the medication…which, thinking about it, a plain reminder would do as well)

This app is great, I have a place to keep track of my weight loss journey. It reminds me when the shot is due, it allows me to add photos and track my weight loss.
Don’t bother
This app does not provide what is required for the program especially if you reside in Australia. Emailed them straight away when purchased still no reply months later

This is a great app but today the ability to log meals has disappeared and as I rely on this to maintain my calorie deficit, it makes the app no longer fit for purpose

Keeps me accountable!
This app really works to keep me on track with my protein and water intake while loosing weight. Some of the meal logging is a little clunky - you have to save things you eat often, but it charts and reinforces your weight loss.
Don’t be fooled
This has all the same features as a lot of the free apps, don’t pay subscription for them, look around or use Apple Health app.
Not quite there yet
The food tracker needs option for favorited you use everyday.

I use it to check and update my weight. It’s a good reminder for shot day. Would find it better if I could see the graphs easier
Export Data Update
I was excited to see that I could now export and share data, and eagerly created a CSV file. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it did not include the shots taken information. It included only the weight. The shots are the most important part. It’s the basis of the app!! Please fix this.

Easy enough to enter details but backdating usage not easy and only has basic charts to show Weight loss. Could be improved with being able to add a target weight, and easier features to track symptoms and food

I really like using this app to track my GLP-1 journey. It makes it easy to keep everything in one place, including my weight, meals, injection shots, and shot locations. Being able to look back and see my progress over time helps me stay accountable and motivated. It’s simple, convenient, and gives me an easy way to document my journey and see my progress along the way. I’m really happy to have this as a tool to help me stay on track! 💕

Carries It’s Weight
I like the app. Great for monitoring the common side effects associated with Zepbound by showing protein, and fiber. The ability to also scan your plate and get these results is perfect!

Great app to track progress. Very simple to use.

You get all the way through the information entry and then the app tells you you need to pay a large amount to continue. This is not a free app, and they don't make that clear in the description.
Easy tracker for GLP 1 users
This app is easy to use and very helpful. I been using the app for five weeks now it helps me stay on track with calories, protein, and fiber intake which is very useful during my weight loss journey.
Journey
Could be Better, not easy to write notes, add journal, hints & tips to help you on your journey. What sites are better than other on injection day, what works, what doesn’t work. I’m tech savvy and navigating around this App has its frustrations to say the least.
