Like the title says constantly wants access doesn’t sync.
In my opinion, better than the rest
There are many different apps on the store that do similar things. Obviously I haven’t tried ALL of them, but I have tried a good majority of all the other “popular” ones. I’ve tried 6 of them and this one by far is THE BEST out of those popular ones. It has pretty much EVERYTHING you need and want on it, and u like some of the other ones, it isn’t complicated whatsoever to understand and figure out how to use or check your stats. The main screen is put together very neatly, they offer a nice trial for if you’re unsure about paying. The only thing I kind of don’t like is it is a little pricey, 10 a month, or 40 a year. Obviously the 40 a year is cheaper but kind of expensive to just dish out suddenly for an app. I’m on the fence myself on whether I want to pay for it or not. It’s definitely worth it, but with low income it’s not really an easy purchase to decide on. Anyways, thanks for making this app less complicated than the others, but still more in depth for what you get !
Doesn’t read/write to Apple Health
App doesn’t read or write to AppleHealth. They don’t respond to questions sent thru contact form. If this was working, it would be a nice app
Great idea but falls short
I paid for a 30 day trial so I could really see if this would work for me. Most disappointing is the food scanner does not work at all. Taking a photo works partially so it is better than nothing but not completely accurate. Hopefully with some more time and development this app will be useful but I’m canceling my subscription.

Wonderful App
The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 Stars is the scanning of the barcode is not working for me. It’s not stopping me from using the app but would make it that much better… It’s still a must have.

Pretty good, one big pitfall
I appreciate that this app is streamlined, and easy to use. It would be great if it tracked fat as a macro. One thing to watch out for is the “Recent Meals” feature on food tracking. Understand that it is not just a list of foods in standard serving sizes, but macros for the food in the quantity you last recorded. For example, you search the database and find the information for one cup of whole milk. But you drink a half a cup of milk and so record .5 servings. Now the .5 servings is the nutritional information stored in “Recent Meals.” The next time you pull whole milk off “Recent Meals” for a new diary entry it will pull that half cup “meal” up and show it as one serving. If you assume, as I did, that was indicating the standard serving from the nutritional database (1 cup) you will be off by 50%. What would be more useful, in my opinion, is Quick access to “Recent FOODS,” with the macros corresponding to a standard serving size that is easy to see: “Whole Milk, 1c.” The way it is now you have to look up everything every time, which is a drag.

Nothing fancy. Keeps track of injections, but that’s about it. Tracks weight loss in total, but no averages or week to week comparisons, no visuals to help you identify changes in dosage or impacts on side effects, etc. Nothjng to capture pep purchases or inventory.

Updated the app on 7/6 and now does bit work. Opens then closed immediately. This is a paid app & I’ve apparently lost my 6 months of data on my journey as well as money

Good app
Want to love it, but not wowed yet
(I really wish that the Apple reviews function allowed us to create separate paragraphs to make reading these easier and more pleasant) I’ve just installed Pep on iPad, created an acct and launched the “free” 7-day trial. I was instantly charged $35.99 for the “free” trial, so I’m already annoyed. 🤨 I’ve created my account on my iPad (yes, I know that it’s only designated as compatible with the iPhone, but many similarly designated apps will work just fine on iPad, just not in full iPad format). I’ve also installed it on my phone, but I was unable to to successfully log in to my now existing account, and upon repeated attempts to do so, the facility to log in to that existing account are no longer presented. As I look through the apps functionality, there is no ability to choose which macros you prefer to track. As I follow a low-carb and fat to satiety approach, I don’t consistently my track calories or fiber, but would also greatly appreciate the ability to track fat in addition to the others, and I’m frankly surprised that it’s absent. It’s an app with lots of great tracking options with a couple of significant missing options and hiccups. I’d really like to find one good “all-in-one” GLP-1/Keto meal/weight tracker, and this one has come *so* close, less the detractors catalogued above. Make it so, and I’ll gladly change my tune/stars.
Has potential, but “unique” features don’t work right.
I do like the app and had high hopes, but… The name “pep” is the medical abbreviation for post-exposure prophylaxis, which is a treatment for someone who may have been exposed to HIV. The name has nothing to do with GLP-1. The name has caused some confusion in my GLP-1 community, as well as with my medical provider. One of the big differences from pep and one of its main competitors is that you can log meals/macros on pep in more detail. But the interface is wonky and the maths aren’t mathing. It took me over half an hour to enter a day’s worth of meals, and that was only because I gave up, deleted everything, and entered everything manually. Example: tried to use entry for tilapia filets, 1 is 90 calories, 20g protein. I had 2 filets so adjusted the quantity to 2, so it should read 180 / 40, but it said 360 / 80. If the app can’t do simple math multiplying calories x 2, then how can I trust it with my medical information like shot dosages, weight calculation, percentages, etc.? Also, if you enter your meal entries out of chronological order, it saves them in the order you entered them - it doesn’t arrange them by time. For $40 a year, not worth it. I can pay less to get features that don’t require all the manual work or just use a food logging app with an easier interface.

I’m happy to have found this app for my GLP-1 journey. It has some very helpful things. I’m hoping they continue to improve the food logging and it would be nice if they added fat to the macros. The food logging is a little clunky so I use a different app for that, but I love everything else this one does.
Rigid and no response
Not a fan. Put faith in this app for my weigh loss journey and just not happy. First and foremost…no response with issues. I am subscribed and when i got a new phone it dropped my sub. I tried to resubscribe just to get it running but errored. No response. Cannot save common meals..very inflexible in features

Nice app
This is a really nice app. You have to track medication timing, wait, hydration, foods eaten, etc. It has a lot of good features. The only thing that I wish is that the food tracking was a bit better because they don’t seem to have a lot foods on there. I even scanned barcodes of items and they did not have some of them. It wasn’t terrible, but hopefully they will upgrade eventually. Otherwise, the app is a great tool to manage everything and even enter notes to follow how you feel and to pay attention to side effects or symptoms so that you can better manage them week to week. I recommend this app!
App is unreliable
It gets stuck, and I have to close it out and start over to get the day to advance. Also, currently and for 2 days, I’m getting an error when trying to use the food scanner. If it were free, it’s nothing but I paid for it! Disappointing
Gets the job done
This app is simple. If you’re expecting a million bells and whistles, go somewhere else. If you want a simple way to track your shots and weight, this one’s for you. Hopefully they will roll out some updated features one day. Connecting with smart watch to teach activity would be awesome.
Best User Friendly & Complete App!
I tried several of the top apps for GLP1 users. I was hoping for an app that allowed me to track both my dosages and my food intake while charting the fiber and protein that is so necessary. I deleted them all before my full free week was up because this one hit the mark straight on. Now that I’m using it the only thing that I would like to see is an at-a-glance look of what I still need to intake through the day for my protein and fiber totals. Maybe they’ll add this in an update to the app. I highly recommend this app.

Offered a month trial for $4.99 at sign up but same day was immediately charged for the full year membership at $43.29. This app is very deceptive!!! DO NOT TRUST IT if you’re looking to do a “trial”.

Awful Customer Service
Downloaded. Realized it didn’t fit what i was looking for. Cancelled and still got charged. Now not getting answers back nor a refund. If i could leave 0 stars i would.
This is a great app for glp1 users!
I love this app! It tracks shots, weight, measurements, progress. You can log a note (took me a week to find lol just press the + button it's at the bottom). It's so easy to log your meals. Just take a photo, and it's pretty accurate. I love the + button, it brings up a menu and you can just click on what you want to do. Highly recommend this to anyone on a glp journey!
The worst
This app use to be helpful but now it's the absolute worst one, I got charged $40 for their service when just a day before that it was free and I did the free trial but apparently I got charged instead of a 7 day free trial. Can't email anyone because they don't answer anything and it's a total rip off. Definitely don't recommend.
