I’d give this app no stars because it’s worthless.
Not bad
I don’t take GLP-1 but i use the app to track things less harshly or of im curious about how many calories something is when I don’t know. So far it’s been great, until recently the app started giving me issues. The app will now crash at least once as soon as I open it and it’s much slower for some odd reason. It could have something to do with the most recent update a week ago but now this makes me find a new app that doesn’t do this because I find it frustrating that I have to wait for a app to respond or cross my fingers and hope it doesn’t crash.
Helpful But Not the Greatest
I’ve been a loyal Vivy user, but my experience has been ruined by repeated log issues, ignored escalations, and zero accountability. I’ve demanded a free lifetime subscription as compensation for these failures, but the team has never responded—just empty promises and silence. I want a direct, written acknowledgment from a real person, the name of the person responsible for customer experience, and a public log of every escalation and response. I’m done being ignored. If you care about your users, prove it—right now.

Love the app but I wish on the home page it also showed calories. One day I only had 720 calories. Not good.

I have lost my love for this app
For the past 4-5 weeks I have been bumped out of my logging activity! Up to about 6x per meal that I want to track. I could either take a picture or explain what I’ve eaten & I have to keep doing it over & over again . This is extremely frustrating! I have been told just about every day that the issue has been flagged yet nothing is being done about it. I’m paying for this APP & don’t feel like this should be happening.

Solely for paid now
I used to love this app but I used it for free as I didn’t need the paid features. Now I can’t use it at all without paying and all my historical data is lost. It pops up with the “pay now” screen, and when I close out it offers me a discount screen where the only option is to pay. I’ll be uninstalling and finding a new free app today.
Something different - and great!
Not just a meal and weight tracker - I've tried those with minimal success. Targeted advice for GLP-1 is so much more helpful. Oh, and the tracking is better, too!
The “coach” isn’t accurate. It logs shot dates wrong!
Logs the shot but the “coach” gets dates wrong if you ask when your next shot is. It also double and triple logs protein you add. It’s not accurate and you can’t upload photos like other apps to simplify adding food.
No log out button if choose wrong single sign in
Gosh this is annoying. I LOVE the app EXCEPT for when it makes you log back in. I just had to sign up for a new account with a new subscription just so I could log out of a google account to log into my already paid for Apple account sign on. Please for the love of god fix this.
All in one tracker!
I started GLP1 a few months ago and have already noticed a difference! This app reminds me to consume protein and vegetables and drink water, which is always needed for me. It also helped me come up with an exercise routine and gives good advice when it comes to side effect and fatigue. I’d recommend this to anyone who is taking GLP1!
Ad won’t close
The entire screen is covered by the ad asking you to buy a subscription. When you press “X” it just says “want a discount?” And you can’t get out of that either. The app is completely unusable
Really good but could be great
Super simple and I LOVE the built in AI. That’s the best feature - I hate manually inputting data so that’s huge and it can help you figure out portions, etc. That’s been the thing that has made me stick with using the app instead of falling off tracking like usual. That being said, the AI makes a lot of mistakes so I’m always checking it and correcting it. It’ll do math wrong, log lunch as dinner, etc. but I still find it’s worth the corrections for the benefits. It doesn’t track most macros (but it does give you the numbers if you ask) so you’ll have to keep a record of that elsewhere but that’s not the #1 most important thing to me as long as I can keep an eye on them. An update to AI would go a long way, otherwise, pretty good!

I really wish there was a one week trial with this app. It would give me a feel for if I like it or not. I have 2 other apps on my phone, and I don’t like either one as much as I had hoped. One of them lets me log my water and food intake, but won’t tell me what the goals are, which is pertinent info you need to plan your day! Does your app do that? I feel like I need that kind of info daily, but I have to pay to know it? You should be so proud of your app that you would offer a free trial. It would help so many of us on this journey out. Please consider this.

Loved until I couldn't use it.
This app constantly shuts down! I try to log anything and it shuts off. I've been using it since the beginning of my journey and it's honestly gotten worse every day I've used it. I've updated it, I've updated my phone. I'm just thankful I didn't spend money on it because then I'd be really upset.
Looks good but needs free trial
The app layout and design look good, but almost everything appears to be paid version only; because of this a trial period is needed to see if it’s worth the $50 you’re charging. I also don’t see a bar code scanner for foods or a way to manually enter food nutrition that you already know. These are key for me.

This is a great way to be where I need to be, in the community of GLP1 users and people who just want to get healthier.
I want a refund
I got this app in April paid 50 for and it updated and crashed, it logged me out so all of my hard work and data is gone! Getting a hold of customer service seems incredibly impossible though I’m still trying. I tried starting over and wants to charge me again even with the same info I’m deleting it and wanting my money back!
Good try but did not deliver
Very likable bot, responsive to questions and had good suggestions. Food logging was useless. Duplicate entries, when correcting these I ended up with four and five replicates. I’ll use another app for logging food.
Game changer
I’ve been using a GLP-1 for almost 4 months. It’s been going great but I haven’t been really doing anything except watching my proteins and processed foods and monitoring shots. I wanted to level up. I took 3 of the highest rated apps and used them all, but Wivy blew them all away. From being able to log by communicating with the “coach” to asking for tips to getting GLP-1 news, there is no comparison. It’s conversational, motivational and educational. Great job!! I love this app! The coach tells me every day “you got this” and I love that!!
Want my first app back deleted this morning but I should not have

Needs Improvement
I’m actually angry that I paid $50 for this. It doesn’t let you edit past entries easily. When I input my meal, I have to close the app and re-open it to see that it’s logged. The AI just flat out gets things wrong in terms of the amount of protein or servings of fruit and veg. I like that it doesn’t require me to count calories and allows me to track protein. I wish there was a way to track fiber instead of just fruit and vegetables. The app could be great but needs a lot of refinement.

This app is perfect for those who hate logging food. The chat feature is amazing for any questions you have, provides reassurance and even makes restaurant guidance. I do wish the calories and sugar were on my dashboard. I can still ask my chat buddy but sometimes I just wanna glance wink😉

I have to delete because it won't let me continue past the second page.
It’s not the best
I like some features in the app, but when you log your meals the app gets it wrong sometimes and there’s not really a way to log how many servings you had for a meal. I use another app to log my meals with a barcode that is free to use. This app doesn’t have a barcode scanner and it doesn’t calculate calories, so you have to ask the coach how many calories you ate and it gets it wrong all the time. It also doesn’t have a way to cancel your subscription in the app so I had to contact support through their website and I’m waiting for a response.
Love this app!
This app has a chat community to ask questions, give and receive support to others who are on the GLP1 journey. A Chat GPT like section to ask questions and get ideas. Helps keep track of injections dosage, injection sites, food, veggie, water, proteins and activities. This app is very hands on, it makes you want to interact daily. It’s the “Chat GPT” of the GLP1 community!!

Doesn’t offer much and it’s not simple to cancel.
Disappointed in bait and switch
Site asked a bunch of questions, but I never got to see the full extent. Ads all say “free” app, the. You get in and it offers 7 days free, then you have to pay. Went to sign up and it only offered 3 days free, then an automatic billing. No thanks.
AMAZING!! 😩😍
I could cry. This App literally has it ALL! When I mean, all I mean everything to help you achieve those goals it has motivation you’re able to chat with someone that literally responds to you like a live person that gives you tips that will correspond and work for your day-to-day life. You’re also able to send pictures of your food, not having to track or weigh my food live so much weight off my shoulders weighing and tracking. My Mac has been the most stressful. Thing up on my weight loss journey so I love that this does it for me. It makes you feel so much motivated even when you mess up. I love how easy it is too. I am so excited to start this journey with Vivy 🫶🏽 Thank you !
