The forex calculator isn’t working anymore. If you’re logged in, yeah it’ll work. But if you just want to use it without logging in it hasn’t been working for a while.

New foreign currency conversion feature mentioned in update, but I can’t find it anywhere in the app
Excited about the new currency conversion to EGP feature in AAIB’s latest update, but I can’t find it anywhere in the app. Checked FAQs and settings with no luck. Disappointing that the release notes mention a feature that’s either missing or hard to locate. Hoping AAIB can clarify its location.

Encountered Error
Its been over a 3 months cannot login to the app on iPhone, tried to reinstall the app multiple times and no success..on another android phone i was able to login normally..you have a problem with your app

Technical issues malfunction
The app is stopped working normally science 6 months ago I followed all trails to solve or reset by deleting app and reinstalling No response ,,,, error encountered 😠😠
To much errors!
The app is full of errors, and most functions are broken. Every update makes it even more faulty instead of improving it.

The transfer journey is just perfect, and the experience is getting improved more by every update, and the app has a very good understanding about the different user personas.

Miserable App
This app with its very few options makes problems ever now and then❗️ Wanted to change my password, which I do every 3 months, and I get an error message that I have used the password before, which I have definitely not❗️Tried it another 5 times with always the same error message❗️Why can’t you create a well and easy functioning app for your clients❓I am once again absolutely disappointed❗️Please fix this issue ❗️Thank you in advance ❗️
Suggestions
I prefer not to login every time. Maybe just use a finger print. Also need to be able to update my info easily like my email.

Do NOT join AAIB!! It will cost you your money. Have lots of money in my AAIB current account. Can’t withdraw it, cannot access any of through any ATM. My money has been stolen from me by the bank.
Was working
it has always worked perfectly but now it has not working from 10 days, I can not access it outside of Egypt and this is causing serious problems for my work and my deadlines, I contacted the bank who was unable to respond on the matter, please resolve this problem

The most late app on the bank market, but worth waiting.. it’s great simple to the point app . Like it Edit … Urgent to grant login with biometric sensors face or fingerprint ,, really super urgent .

Needs log in every single time
Every single time I open the app I need to write the username and password again! Just save the login info and enable log in with FACE/TOUTCH ID!

I can’t create an account because every time I type in the OTP the apps shows “encountered error”.
