Excellent app and bank
App wont open
After i did the update, the app is showing a black sceen and its not opening at all Tried several times and even restarted and still no fix
Recent updates are very welcome
The app is a lot more functional and usable now, Transactions page still need some work

مش بيحدث التطبيق مع الاصدارات القديمه للايفون و طبعا التطبيق بيقف على كده يعني لازم اشتري الموبايل الاحدث علشان اشغل التطبيق لازم يكون التطبيق متوافق مع كل الموبيلات
Wrong amount number in homepage vs accounts
When i send/receive from instapay => new total amount doesn’t sync when viewed from the home page. I have to open the account page to see the correct amount. Pretty annoying.

The app was working perfectly in the beginning then it logged me out and won’t let me log back in. Can’t reset my password can’t create a new account, eventually i just chose to delete it.

Many times i try to open it but it gives black screen and nothing happens after, so i close it and try again and it remains the same

Literally the worst middleware and password system of all time you can’t reset your password by any way possible, Doesn’t let you know if your username is valid or not and even if it is won’t let you reset
Can’t take PDF for the previous transactions

Upon changing the password and biometrics keep logging me out very bad experience you can’t count on this app
iPhone 13 Black Screen
I couldn’t reach out through the in-app help center as the app returns a black screen. I’m not able to use the app in iPhone 13. Please, fix asap, it’s holding back my workflow. Thanks

Improvement suggestion
New application is great, however some additional improvements would be helpful to inhance client experience like the issue of inability to download a transfer receipt if we missed this step directly after transaction. It would be appreciated if developers could solve this issue to allow customers to download a transfer receipt copy anytime after transfer at any time.
changing password nightmare
Application needs some updates as it is not accept password changes due to biometric error even after resting it . Now i need to call the call center and have long time waiting

The app doesn’t want to open , I did not forget my password , and I tried making a new one yet it does not want to open . I tried to delete and reinstall it but it didn’t work.

لا يمكن استخراج إيصال تحويل سابق فيه تفاصيل التحويل، إذا قفلت صفحة الإيصال بعد التحويل مش باقدر استخرجه مرة تانية مشكلة كبيرة جدا يا ريت تتحل في اقرب وقت

New app
The app is a revolution in the egyptian banking apps. It is to some degree to other banks apps outside. Apple pay is not working yet! Tried adding it to my wallet but didn’t work

Well done guys, the app is much much better than the old version, I hope it keeps improving in the future. It would be great to view accounts statements in the app instead of navigating away to the web portal which is obsolete in 2024.

I was just about to close all my accounts because of how backwards and unbelievably stupid the old app was. This version is a much-needed improvement, fit for a 21st century bank

الجهاز ايفون 7 بلس سوفت وير 15.8.7 من بعد آخر تحديث للتطبيق و لا استطيع فتحه من الموبايل و لا من الويب . حتى بعد حذف التطبيق و اعادة تحميله مازالت المشكله قائمه . المشكله قائمه الى الان ١٧|٥|٢٠٢٦

After last update 30 May 2025, the app keep crashing on splash screen! iPhone 16 Pro Max, you have to run full UAT before rolling out

App is not working says something went wrong the title when it opens says CIB Wealth. It was working before this happened today as I was about to check my accounts as I usually do every few days
