Investments Transaction History Inaccessible on Smaller Screen Phones
On an iPhone SE, when switching to the Investments tab, the transaction slider is hidden behind the buttons at the bottom (Home - Wallet - Offers - etc) and therefore no previous transactions can be viewed. Also a much more serious problem, if sending money from your bank account using ACH online transfer (not instapay) to fund investment purchases, the money goes to an account at CIB and doesn’t show up in Fawry and isn’t returned back to your bank account. This is a very troubling situation which will need to be escalated to regulators if not resolved.

Very problematic app
Always problems in paying especially with credit cards. Many times it fails to update the Electricity bills values. I need to refresh all the time. I cannot recognize if the electricity bills have been paid or not. The app is ready well designed but very badly functioning.
Nice but need improvement

The application is not accessible for blind users. This is not in line with the Egypt government to be more inclusive. It is a surprise, especially that it used to be accessible. I think they went for form over accessibility.

Violation of my privacy
I noticed every time I run the app it automatically pastes what was stored in the clipboard without any previous or requested permission. This is a compleye violation to the customer privacy. Please correct or Apple will definately stop the app which I find good. I will give it only one stare but promise to revise my evaluation after correcting the issue
