Good
The new UI sucks
I can’t access my balance or transactions details because you hide everything.. I changed it in the settings but still nothing show up ..
Face ID
as an iphone 11 user idk why face id doesn’t work even when i try to enable it, it says “something went wrong!” . please fix that issue for the iphone 11 users. thank you
Disappointed
I really wanted to like this app, they are known as the Revolut of Egypt, but no, they are not. The app is responsive, but it’s the customer support and the service representatives, still light years behind what true digital finance means.
Transfer back to bank
The app experience is great for a regular prepaid card, but since you added investment options you should really add any option to transfer the money back to banks, limiting withdrawals to cash is very inconvenient to any adult.
Best visa app ever
Thank you
لازم توفر طريقه سهله للمغتربين
You need to make the card virtual i don’t need a physical card also I don’t need to go to any of your branch , this is supposed to be all digital service Not sure if you aware if the business you run

معقولة التطبيق مفيش فيه اي تواصل مع خدمات العملاء؟؟؟ عايز اسأل سؤال اكلم مين طيب …
Ah
Very bad and laggy and ebn mtnaka and it just doesn't wwork from no reason
stupid glitch
i’ve been a telda user for 3 years now, today i had a stupid glitch that made me notice some faults with the service, first my app was up to date cuz you don’t let the user launch the app unless it’s updated yeah? i enter the passcode it’s wrong. hello it’s not cuz it’s my phone’s too okay . & now the app forced me into some kind of pc reset . all i can think of is to reach your help but ooh right it’s within the app cuz the bank doesn’t support your services. not so smart you need to establish a hotline or smth something outside of the app . for situations like this cuz it’s not my problem that you’re glitching!
The best app

What you should add
You should be able to track the card at all times and add Apple Pay
Locations to pick up card are all closed
Everytime I go to a suggested location/booth for card pick up. It doesn’t exist. Delivery doesn’t exist. False information.
