عمولة الايداع عاليه جدا جدا جدا و شراء في سندوق بياخد وقت كتير جداً علشان يتم يعني حاجه زي كدا مهم فيها السرعه
Great but Slow
Great app, but couldn’t keep up with competition
Not user friendly
Needs lots of tweaking and improvements to make it more intuitive and user friendly. It’s not.
Lack of transparency
1. They should be more transparent on how they calculate interest for the clouds. The rates they announce are not true and they are not transparent on cut off times. 2. Return analytics is a joke. it’s impossible to track how your stocks performed today or your performance in any given time period, eg last month, YTD, etc.. Thndr could learn a lot of IBKR. 3. Customer support is nonexistent 4. You need to subscribe to ThndrX to just reach sub par service/ features.. and the subscription amount would only make little sense if you’re investing millions. Anything less than that, it doesn’t make any sense.. it’s really not worth it

Night mode
I am enjoying this app but I always use night mode on my phone. Could you please add this feature in a future update? Thanks

Dark mode
Please add dark mode, some eyes sensitive to white light at night, dark mode increases app usage time for some people, like me.

New UI
The new UI sucks and is really complex, thndr just changed the UI for the sake of making the change, they didn’t add any extra functionality but only made the UI look worse 👎
Cant top up
I am an Egyptian american and I can’t top up while i m in USA. I have to put cash into the account, or use Egyptian issued credit cards or bank accounts. I cant use my US ones. It is frustrating.

Its a scam
I deposited money a week ago and it says it takes 1 working day. Also no customer service for any one that dont have min 500,000 egp value in stock market, what a joke of a app

Remove Net worth from the homepage
It is very inconvenient to have to switch privacy on and off. please make the Networth figure somewhere inside the app, not visible to bypassers. hiding the numbers is not a solution because it makes the app useless.

Bid Price v.s Ask Price
I’ve been enjoying this app for the past 4 months and I’ve been making steady profits until I started noticing that when it comes to selling, the current price as well as the glamours profit that you see having risen 4-8 percent will not always be the actual. It’s tricky and misleading to show the ask price on the main dashboard and not the actual/bidding price. Hope the team behind this amazing app fix this or raise some awareness about it
iPad support
The app interface is broken on iPad the pin screen is cut off and the number 0 doesn’t appear making it impossible to access I tried changing display settings rotating the screen and updating iOS but the issue still exists only on iPad
App responsiveness and no customer support
The App responsiveness is very slow and the latency is a bit high. Also needed customer support, sent them message and they didn't not get back for an entire day.
Great app but..
It would much better if the user could see the bid and ask prices and the spread.

ابلكيشن ثاندر يا جماعه خدمه سيئه جدا مشترك في الباقه علشان اعرف كميه العروض والطلبات والسعر اللحظي بدايه اليوم الشاشه دي اتقفلت في بدايه نزول الاسهم وطبعا لو جيت تبيع مش هتعرف ليه علشان الاسهم بتبقي تحت التسويه لمده يومين لو مش مشترك ف الباقه انما لو مشترك ليك حريه البيع خلال الجلسه او تاني يوم عادي بس كل دا ملوش لازمه علشان عادي تبقي مشترك ويقفلو عليك الشاشه علشان تقعد تتفرج علي الاسهم بتاعتك وهي نازله تشرب من البحر
good app to invest in Eg economy
good app however initial transfer took a long time to show up in the account, it did eventually show up after calling customer service a few times
Avoid deep registration process by uploading ID
I think in this stage when the application is still new for us as users it is quite risky to upload the ID

I am happy using Thndr app, and grateful for their efforts to provide us with needed information, my only couple of concerns are the chat service respond should be within few minutes not hours and the price movement should be more live to determine when to buy or sell more accurately. Thanks

Hello,Great work guys keep it up ! Very simple and efficent to use. One suggested improvement is that the themes created are really good. But after creating the list of stocks, would be great to be able to “ sort “ this list ascendingly or decendingly according to marketcap, p/e ratio , top gainers etcc that would be extremely helpful. Thank you !

Liars and scammers
I spoke to one of there customer support on chat and he ensured me that the money I will transfer will show up in my thndr wallet in 24 hrs I did the transfer and the next day the money didn’t show up I contacted them again and they said it will take 3 days . I did the recharge on Monday and still no money in my thndr wallet. They scammers and liars and I highly don’t recommend.
Live connection
Actually i like the app. absolutely perfect idea to acheive with thundr if we can lively match our investment moves or make a delegation button for our securities to thndr team so i can choose when i want to invest and when i want thndr to be my investor.
Trust issues
Great application , but still they didn’t catch my trust . You guys need to show for people that they can trust you !
