يافندم لو سمحت عندنا طلب فى تطوير طرق الشحن وهو لما نيجى نشحن رصيد للموبايل من التطبيق بيدى قيمه لحد 200 جنيه عاوزين البرنامج يدينا حرية اننا نكتب المبلغ المطلوب بنفسنا ، ثانيا لما نيجى نشحن باقة الانترنت بباقات اضافيه اخر التطبيق 100جيجا طب ليه مش مزودين باقى الباقات الاضافيه ( شركة وى ) ولما نحب نشحن رصيد لخط الانترنت الارضى مش متاح شحن رصيد المتاح فقط تجديد الباقه عاوزين امكانية اننا نشحن الخط فلوس من غير تجديد الباقه ، ثالثا عاوزين اضافه فى البرنامج لشحن كروت العدادات كهرباء وغاز ومياه رجاء العمل على الاقتراحات ارسلنا الطلب منذ فتره ووعدتونا بالتنفيذ ولم يتم اى شئ للآن

Invalid Input parameters error
After the latest update the transfers are not working… I get invalid input parameters error when I make an IPN transfer and enter the correct OTP

حدوث اخطاء أثناء التحويلات تمنع وصول المبالغ الي الطرف الاخر في الوقت المناسب. انتظار ٥ ايام عمل
البرنامج غير متاح
البرنامج به مشكلة كبيرة لا يفتح نهائياً ويعطيك رسالةانه يوجد تحديثات باسم برنامج جديد وبعد ساعات يستقر البرنامج ويفتح !!!!؟

I love the BM app. Very user friendly. Easy to follow. In comparison to other apps I find quite good

اوقات كتيره الابلكيشن مش بيفتح، الكرت مبيشتغلشي ويرجع يشتغل علي مزاجهم، عادي تيجي تشتري حاجه وانت بتحاسب تلاقيه مش شغال، ويقولولك بنحدث السيستم (معناها انه عطلان كالعاده) عادي ابعتب فلوس الصبح الاقي اسعار الخصم واصلني باليل، يعني لو فيه مشكله زمانها انتهت وراحت الفلوس، وطبعا ده سببه موبيلي الكخه مش السيستم بتاعهم اللي بيتحدث (يعني خربان) وكمان التحويلات مش بتسمع، وبيحطوا ايديهم علي الفلوس ومش بيردوها الا بعد شكاوي وخمسين مكالمه، شفت ازمات ومواقف ملهاش عد مع البنك ده(اغنيتهم اللي بيتريقوا بيها علي نفسهم)

Editing my original review to say FaceID is now available for login into the application. However, the application should allow password managers to enter saved passwords into the login fields. This feature is still missing!

Worst banking app ever
I have to log in every a few mins just to do one thing. It keeps logging me out. When I try to set up face ID log ing it says service is not available weirdo! I have no idea why if it os linked to my number n email what is the point of asking it for an OTP from another app? To set up the OPT app is a different story. They don’t consider that people change their phone n travel. This needs to be rebuilt. This app lives in the past like 100 yrs ago. They need to copy an international app. They don’t need to add their touches.
Good but….
The app is good, though when I compare with instapay, I would use Instalpay except when I’mtransferring between my accounts or checking my balances ( for free) I have 2 main issues against the app: 1- most important is the very short timeout limit (it’s one minute only). This is frustrating when I’m making transfer, especially for a new beneficiary, where I need to enter the account number, then I’m out, and need to login and repeat everything. [Instapay will log me in and take me back to the point where it left me, then I’d continue] Either to extend the timeout limit, or to remember where I was when I was logged out) 2- this is a minor issue: when I’m making a transfer, the app tells me to choose instant or regular transfer, and shows the fees for both. However, this fee changes after doing the transfer, eg., it tells me that it will deduct LE2 for instant and 2 for regular, but I will find that I paid LE 10 (after making the transfer) Regards

Certificates Renew or Redeem drop-down list
I have a suggestion that is really helpful for the certificates customers, could you please add a drop-down list button on each certificate detail to choose if the customer needs to “Renew” the certificate after expires or “Redeem” and add another drop-down list to choose one of his local accounts to redeem it like saving or checking, that will reduce the load on the customer service branch and give us a customer some flexibility to use our internet mobile app

The app is ok but it’s missing very important tool which is transferring between my accounts (from USD account to EGP account) which is available in all other applications , like CIB app or NBK app or AAIB app, all of the have the option of transferring money from foreign currency to local currency, need to be improved urgently
Face ID for BM Token
The App is perfect. I just hate to enter a manual password to get OTP on the BM Token. Please enable Face ID like with the BM Corporate Token. Thank you for making my life easier with this amazing app

كل كام يوم عايزينك تغير باسورد وتجيب باسورد عمرك مستخدمته قبل كدا حتي لو كنت مفعل بصمك الوجه بردو عايزين باسورد جديد كل شوية، انصح بحذفه وتغير البنك الي بنك محترم بتطبيق محترم
Please consider the following to make the app much better in UX.
I’ve dealt with many bank apps abroad and you can do some things like them: 1. Use phone authentication (face ID or fingerprint) instead of logging in manually every single time. Also require it when the app enter from the foreground status. 2. Elongate password change period, it’s not practical to keep changing them every 3 months. 3. Elongate the session itself. It makes an awful experience when you are checking some sections in app and a sudden popup says session expired. 4. Sending money should be much more simple. 5. Add section where you can see and copy paste: card number, card cvv, expiry date and PIN. 6. Make transactions clickable and have an explanation of it instead of some generic titles.

أنا سافرت الي الخارج و جربت الفيزا في الماكينة و اشتغلت لكن البرنامج لا يعمل و عمل بلوك علي دخول العضوية بالرغم ان برنامج البنك الأهلي يعمل جيدا بدون مشاكل

We need face id for login
You made it very hard to log in securely
It is standard practice for anyone to use long and random passwords for all your accounts, especially online banking accounts. But the only way to do that is by using a password manager because there is no way you can remember your random passwords. In one of the more recent updates, you removed the ability to fill the login info using the phone’s built in password manager and you disabled pasting the password in the password field. Now I can’t log in because it’s very hard to type in my password. I should also be able to save my password and log in with FaceID or TouchID, as is standard with other banking apps.

I never expect this exceptional service from BM Esmail Ramzy branch. All employee are amazing and very friendly and helpful especially the branch manager Mrs Marian and Mr Abdala

The application works well about 20% of the time. lousy arbitrary session expiry very delayed response and even transaction get reversed without any reason

Face ID biometric loggin !!
I wonder why till now no Face ID biometric loggin for an advanced app like this. NBE has the Face ID. And despite that BM app is more enhanced in some areas. It lacks the Face ID option for logging. Please consider

It’s completely rubbish
**Terrible Experience with this Bank App** I’m beyond frustrated with this bank’s app. Not only do they charge us ridiculous fees every couple of months, but you’d think they would at least make sure their software works properly! The app is constantly crashing, lagging, and full of bugs. Simple tasks take forever, and every update seems to break something new. For the amount of money we’re being charged, the least they could do is ensure the app works as expected. It’s completely rubbish and a waste of time.
