عدم وجود تفعيل للتوكين
التطبيق سئ جدا و فيه اعمال كتيرة ناقصة به و خصوصا تفعيل خدمة التوكين ليس لها ايقون للتفعيل
لقطات الشاشة محجوبة
لقد حجبتم لقطات الشاشة مؤخرًا من التطبيق مما يعيق عمليات التوثيق للعمليات عند الحاجة. برجاء اعادة دعم لقطات الشاشة.
Sign in Issue
I always get an error message whenever I sign in the app it is very ambiguous and unclear it just says Title: “Something seems to have gone wrong” Body: “This could be due to the reasons out of our control or yOUrS Try Again”

Mobile banking is perfect but customer support through chat not working nice we need good customer service through chat or call it is hard to reach

ظهرت مشكله مع التحديث الجديد ، ادخال الباس وورد اختلف ، بعد ماكنت بدخل علي password من الكي بورد واختار من التخزين ، اصبح لازم اكتب اليوزر والباس وورد كاملين

Could you please add a shortcut to the token app in the page for transfer authentication Also it would be nice to add a way to contact app support

احقر بنك في الوجود خدمة عملاء هيطلع ميتين اهلك عشان توصلهم او تتكلم معاهم تشات بووت عنده تخلف عقلي هيجيب لك الضغط وانفجار في المخ من كتر الغباء مافيش فروع وهيطلع عينك عشان تعرف تعمل شكوي او معاملة أوفلاين البنك الوحيد اللي إنستا باي هيذلك حرفيا عشان يسمح لك تربط حسابك باكونت إنستا القرار اللي هتفضل تندم عليه فترة طويلة انك تختار البنك المتخلف ده بلاش اختار اي بنك تاني.

حاولت الاتصال بخدمة العملاء لا يوجد استجابه حاولت اتكلم من على التطبيق لا يوجد استجابه مبلغ مالي انسحب مني وغير قادر على معرفه انسحب ليه وامتى لا انصح اطلاقا عن تجربتي الشخصيه
Excellent App with notifications Issue
Great app overall and very easy to use. However, there is a strange issue: I never receive notifications for incoming international transfers or bank messages confirming that funds have been credited to my account. This is a very important banking feature and should work reliably. Please investigate and fix this issue. Thank you.

خدمه العملاء سيئه
مماطلة وتأخير: غياب تام للمرونة والسرعة في التعامل مع الطلبات، وكأن وقت العميل ليس له أي قيمة. وعود دون تنفيذ: التواصل مع الدعم ينتهي دائماً بوعود "سنتواصل معك" أو "المشكلة قيد الحل"، وتمر الأيام دون أي رد فعل حقيقي أو متابعة جادة. ردود آلية وغير مفيدة: غياب الكفاءة في فهم المشكلة وتقديم حلول جذرية، والاعتماد فقط على مسكنات كلامية لا تقدم ولا تؤخر.

عمالين يقولو فالاعلانات افتح حساب وانت فالبيت وانا عندي حساب في بنك تاني اصلا ومش محتاج قلت وماله افتح في ده كمان مش خسران حاجه بعد ما عملت كل الخطوات وصورت بطاقتي وش وضهر وسالني اساله عنصريه جدا زي لو كان انا او قرايبي في الجيش او الشرطه او القضاء او السلك الدبلوماسي او محافظ او حتي معانا جنسيه او اقامه امريكيه!!!!!! المهم بعد ماخلصت مش سامحلي اسجل دخول حتي الا ما اروح فرع اتصالات بالبطاقه 😂😂 والله كنت حاسس انكم لسه اغبياء😂😂 فرقت ايه دلوقت بينك وبين اي بنك تاني منا هنا هتعطل نص ساعه وهنا هتعطل نص ساعه… بجد صاحب الفكره هفضل اشتمه هو واهله كل مافتكر الموضوع ده😄 تعديل: كل يوم ايميلات ورسايل sma بضان روح فعل حسابك ياخي انتو بضان والله بضان
