كنت فاكر انه بنك ممتاز واحسن من بنوك تانيه بس للاسف بنك سيء من ناحيه خدمة العملاء مافيش مشاكل انما طريقه الموظفين في الفروع سيئه جداً صراحه كنت ناوي اصفي حسابي في البنك الاهلي واحول بنك قطر بس رجعت في كلامي بعد زيارتي لفرع البنك
Asking for Dark Mode addition
The app is generally stable and fine, but it lacks a few features many users including me find essential. I wish this app’s interface improves and the UI takes some attention from the technical team.

الخدمة ممتازة لكن التطبيق يفتقر لأبسط أشكال الجمالية، بالمقارنة مع تطبيق انستاباي او سهل مثلا ترتيب القوائم بدائي وعشوائي، الوان باهته ما تعطي طابع التطبيق البنكي النشط، الانتقالات سيئة، تشعر وكأنه تطبيق من 2012 مثلا ارجو النظر فالأمر واعاده التصميم
System update of System Failure? A Concerning Bank Experience
I had a very concerning experience with QNB. I opened the banking application and discovered that my balance was lower than expected due to a large transaction labeled “Card Purchase” that I did not recognize. I attempted to contact customer service three times. On the third attempt, I finally received a response — after waiting 29 minutes. When I explained the issue, I was told that “it might be due to a system update.” This explanation is not reassuring. A large amount of money appeared deducted from my account. What if I had not checked my account at that moment? What if I had not noticed the discrepancy? I hope the bank improves both its system reliability and customer support responsiveness to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Suggestion
It would be better to improve the user interface so that it remains modern and easy to use, because the current one is soo basic and difficult to use

The app keeps crashing and telling me wrong signing info even though i was just signed in and keeps lagging and loading while doing any operation, please fix urgently

You need to hire an UX/UI designer ASAP. the app functionality is working but it looks terrible.

If there was a zero I would’ve done it no hesitation The app keeps telling me wrong credentials but I am sure it is right and every single time I have to sign in even though I enabled the face ID option The app has disgusting user interface
Bad App Experience (Slow, Not Smooth, Keeps Logging Me Out)
* App is too slow. Every time I click on anything (button, send request for info, settings, etc…), it keeps downloading for a couple of seconds. * App keeps logging me out, even if I’m not idle. * App doesn’t accept my support messages. It crashes when I try to send support request. * It doesn’t allow pasting my login credentials (username & password). However, autofill for this info works fine.

When i choose cairo the app crashes and restarts the process
Bad service
U logged me out and when I try to relog, u keep asking for a new password, I set it and u keep logging me out, saying it’s expired. The worst service ever, phone and application.
Poor design and operation
The options are so basic,the interface is so primitive, this app is not suitable for something with the importance of internet banking. The app is not smooth , doesn’t have animations and transitions. Use cases and options are badly written. The most annoying thing is the signing in process every time, disgusting to be honest. Similar internet banking applications are so much better and sophisticated so I can’t think of a reason why it is what it is. I hope you take this into consideration

البرنامج ممتاز وفيه كل حاجة ناقص بس تزوده الدخول بالFace ID لان الموضوع بيكون مستفز احياناً مش بيرضى يدخل ورسالة الOTP مش بتيجي ف يكون فيه دخول بالFace ID مع Psscode او رسالة تنبيه انه تم الدخول للانترنت البنكي

A Good App with a bug & missing feature
I’ve got my account two weeks ago since then every time I sign in and use the app I suffer from its delay, It’s a half minute maybe more to fetch the data for any page I click on to enter. The missing feature is sign in with FaceID since it’s not convenient to enter the user name and password every time I sign on, it’s not allowed me to paste them in the fields. One last feature, The Apple Pay support to add the card to it. Otherwise, the banking experience is new in Egypt and promising.

What a joke of a BaNkInG app
Let’s not talk about the really bad design and colors and how in 2025 and app does not have dark mode support, but the response time of the app is hilarious on many levels like navigating between pages takes a healthy 10 seconds at least. If I had the API documentation for this app for sure I’d have made a much better looking app in a matter of days. Try something like the design of the CIB app or your own QNB app or at least if you want this card to be like telda or instapay try taking a look at their apps.
