Can't switch back and forth to copy numbers and keeps giving me wrong token password I can't make any transfers to other people because of that

The works fine however one downside is that I can’t login with Face ID after upgrading my phone while I was able to log in with Touch ID on my old phone and it’s something that you should consider adding as it eases and speeds up our experience while using your app
Face ID Login
You have updated the CIB banking app with a fresh new UI, why not update this app to at least support Face ID Login instead of inputting the password every time.

Please help it has been 3 days now and the token app is not working They write the app is going maintenance

Horrible application
the app is basically useless if all the tokens generated are basically rejected. What’s even the point of this piece of junk? Everytime I try to generate an OTP it gets rejected and claims that my phone isn’t updating time and date correctly? It’s AUTOMATIC. Not to mention that you can’t switch between apps to copy paste the info and serial numbers needed. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible experience.
Biometric authentication
Why is there no finger print or face recognition authentication for iOS?

Good job but...
This update is great specially for the new iphones but the color of status bar (time, signal and battery icon) should to be white to make it visible.

The update removed face ID
After the update I have to inter the pin manually every time I want to generate a code. Face ID is not working anymore

عندي مشكله مع النظام الجديد OTP من أكتر من شهرين نزلت الابليكشن وكل ما يكون عندي تحويل بالأخص للجهات الخيريه احاول أخط الرقم اللي بيظهر علي الموبايل ولكن بيترفض ولما اعمل أكتر من محلوله يحصل لوك للأكونت علما اني مقيمه في الخارج والاتصال بخدمه العملاء مكلف حاليا تم فتح للأكونت وحاولت اتبرع تاني اداني نفس الرساله بجد انا مش عارفه المشكلة فين

Stupid
This is by far the stupidest token app I’ve ever had to deal with. I had it activated and suddenly it’s requesting reactivation and it won’t even let me. It’s glitching and every time I have to contact the call center, delete the app and re-download because it won’t let me finish the activation. It’s a complete waste of time. This bank is stupid and is of the worst service.
Frustrating
After recent update for iPad iOS 13.1, facial recognition is no longer working.
After last update, it’s useless
Using iPhone X, it no longer saves my details. If I activate the app then close it, it requires reactivation again. Too sad the last update just broke it. PLEASE FIX IT.
New Version issue
The biometric security is not available in the new version like the old one. I should enter password instead of using fingerprint or FaceID.
