التطبيق دايما فيه مشاكل وكل مره يكون في خطأ لازم ارجع اكتب الباسوورد في كل بنوك العالم حاليا في التعرف عالوجه والدخول ببساطه واختصار الوقت

I have been 2 month trying to enter soft token code to the app and it gives me incorrect!!!!!!

Just Terrible!
I’m beyond frustrated with this bank’s app. Not only do they charge us ridiculous fees every couple of months, but you’d think they would at least make sure their software works properly! The app is constantly crashing, lagging, and full of bugs. Simple tasks take forever, and every update seems to break something new. For the amount of money we’re being charged, the least they could do is ensure the app works as expected. It’s completely rubbish and a waste of time.

متى يتم الانتهاء مّـــِ♡̨ــــنْ التحديث الجديد حتى نتمكن مّـــِ♡̨ــــنْ استكمال معاملاتنا البنكية عبر التطبيق ؟؟؟لان جميع المعاملات متوقفة بسبب عطل البرنامج وفي كل مرة يتم كتابة رقم ال otp يكتب رقم خطأ وغير صحيح
نرجو حل المشاكل
مؤسف وجود مشاكل الكترونية قي تطبيقات بنك عريق كهذا ، اضاعة وقت وجهد لابد من الاهتمام بالاعطال
