Update with bugs
I love this game. Keeps me occupied and interested for a long time. However, there is a puzzle with rings and the rings are frozen won’t move. Which is prohibiting me from finishing the level. Please fix as soon as possible, this is deterring me from playing the game.

Game Glitches/Issues
Not sure if the game has a ton of glitches or if this is normal, but I’ve tried so many different games now and cannot get past certain scenes. The game seems to either glitch and not allow you to click or things or there is complete lack of instruction on what you’re supposed to do. It’s very annoying and a waste of time.
Game glitches & very touchy
I really like these games. And they’re not all about $ like most of them are. I would love to have given this 5 stars but there are a few things that really frustrate me. 1 - BE CAREFUL about where you touch - I accidentally selected hints at least 4 times :( I wish there was an “are you sure?” Or some kind of second step. Also, instructions weren’t clear - what are these icons on the sides - you don’t know unless you touch them. :/ Thirdly and most frustrating - I’ve had at least 3-4 mini games not work properly so I HAD to use hints to get past them. Buttons not working or things not turning etc. please fix these things. And just personally, I’m not into the supernatural and fantasy and a majority of the games tend toward that. I wish they’d stick more to detective & crime stories. Real-ish stuff.

Sadly, I didn’t get past the first few screens before giving up. The program is slow and remarkably unresponsive, but the worst part is the dialogue. The script is very poorly written to the point it is often difficult to comprehend who or what is the subject or object of the passage. I simply don’t have the patience to be faced with such questionable content.
Buena recopilación pero muchas fallas
Es una excelente recopilación de juegos, y puede jugarse con internet a intervalos, es decir bajas el episodio y puedes desconectarte, lamentablemente hay muchos fallos y los rompecabezas no pueden resolverse. No parecen piezas y la única forma de continuar es saltarlos si eres f2p es imposible. Muchas imágenes son microscópicas y es difícil encontrar los objetos. Ya he jugado al menos 5 juegos de los cuales no he podido completar 3

I used to play these games years ago. This does not give you what it is supposed to offer. Right at the beginning you are supposed to be able to contact the character there for hints. Can’t find that. The hints never worked. Then it wanted me to spend money for more crystals. In good games you can earn theses items vs only being able to buy. It said you can skip game how? Nothing was there to allow a skip. I watched an ad to get more crystals. I could not get out of it without downloading the app. It still did not give me my crystals. This isn’t worth the bother. I’ll never get one of their games again.

Very sad game it doesn’t work very well
The game doesn’t work very well. Once you get past a certain point the game wants to turn itself off. You have to buy coins and everything just to get through certain parts of the game because it doesn’t let work very well not only that it doesn’t save any of your progress if the app gets deleted even if you login I was very sad I lost all the progress in the game and had to restart over again. I would like to see how the game story plays out but now I gotta start all over again. Plus some of the game parts don’t work where it won’t let you do any of the touch and you have to use clues to get back to where you were even though you knew where it was. and sometimes the game is just blurry. I think after I refinish the storyline, I will delete the app cause I am very upset.
top game in the mobile industry to me
i love this game and find it to be so interactive for only a mobile game, i think it’s also a pretty good level of challenging, most mobile games are honestly way too easy for an average gamer but i find this one to actually be a bit challenging but in the perfect amount. it’s not enough to make you rage quit but enough to challenge you and make you think outside of the box. I would give it a 5 star… but i got stuck on the snowy peak hotel game in a mini game where you’re supposed to put an outfit on a mannequin, but the outfit literally won’t spawn in for me, and i’ve even refreshed my game multiple times, still nothing… even wasted my coins on a hint hoping it would help and it still didn’t work… so now i just haven’t been able to move past where i am in that game, or therefore complete it. but overall besides the fact i can’t finish to see the storyline, it’s been a very enjoyable experience.

Issues
Nice to have the apps all in one place but each game has all the problems of the individual apps. The biggest problem is that objects may be off the screen and zooming can fix it… sometimes. The puzzles often have multiple solutions but only one is accepted so hope you can get in the mind of the programmer. Additionally, some of the puzzles don’t work at all. In one game, pop up windows just said something like text_to_display instead of the actual text we need to respond to so just guess! I would happily catalogue the numerous bugs for you to fix but there are just too many to report each separately.

July event is stuck on second level. 2 springs, a lighter, magnet. Hint says nothing available. Walkthrough says select wooden stand in side the tent. Nothing happens.
Glitches
Have got nearly half way through one game curse of the full moon and I cannot go any further as when opening a pouch I cannot retrieve the three objects needed to carry on , I even looked at the walkthrough and I have done everything correct , I also restarted the game and it still stops at the same place . Other than that , they are good story lines .
I’d love to keep playing the game but
It seems like once you get sort of further along in the stories, things stop working. I literally can’t complete any of the 3 games I started and have been working on. You know how when you need to attach things to one main part and you click on it and it shows you the part then you drag the other parts to the area and then it assembles. Yeah, can’t see the case part on anything so I can’t complete those sections in order to move forward in the same. Like I’d love to keep playing it because I really like it but at this point, I can’t even start a new story because I can’t finish the 3 I’m on and you only get so many slots. I think it’s lowkey ridiculous that you’re only allowed to play 3 stories at a time yet seems like they all glitch out before you can finish the stories.
Glitch in event story
I love this app but I’ve run into an issue with the event story (Phantom Memories) chapter 2. Once clearing all the rooms and goal is to turn the lights on and go to the Ferris wheel, the game gets stuck. None of the items work with the two playable bits and when you hit hint it says “there’s nothing to do here at this time” in every room. I’ve deleted and started it over a couple of times now and nothing will work to continue past this point. Loving the series so if this glitch could be fixed so I can finish 3 and 4 when they’re available, it would be great!

Lost all my progress
I had to delete and reinstall the app and I lost all my progress. The app was backing up to icloud. When I reinstalled there was no option to restore, just to sign-in the apple which I never used for personal reasons. I have a second phone, the app on my second phone has some of my coins and stuff on there, but still no option to backup other than icloud. Also, I had a previous version of the app on my second phone so no sign with apple option either. I updated the app, thinking I can update on my second phone, sign-in with apple and I should be all good. Nope! After updating, all my saved progress was gone. What a bummer. Don’t spend any money on this game or you will lose it unless you sign-in with apple, which I don’t recommend that anyone do.

Addictive game, great puzzles
Good stories and puzzles but bugged to high hell
I love these point and click puzzle games but I’ve got three games now that I can’t finish because of a bug. The worst bit is I tried to contact support (which is not easy to find) and no one replied. They really need to add a report function in the game so you can report when a puzzle is bugged. Sadly I won’t be spending any money on this game until it’s fixed. I’ve already wasted too many gems and coins having to skip bugged puzzles. Additionally, some of the hints don’t make any sense. I’ve found out that the pc versions have hints that make much more sense tbh. Like the passcode to the security computer in the Bloody Mary story, the post it note clue makes no sense at all and doesn’t actually explain how to decode the password. I hope they can fix all of these bugs but I don’t hold out much hope after a no response from their team :(

I’ve played this game for many months not. The most recent update the game keeps crashing. I can’t hardly finish a level anymore. Hope it’s fixed.
No Energy Meter!!
Great game, challenging puzzles. No energy to replenish, but the keys remind you that you can take a break.
Subpar game
This game has the potential to be great, but currently it’s confusing. I’m in a room and have no way to progress. No rag to clean the ink off the thumb drive needed for the computer to get the code for the safe nor a way to open the car as there’s no keys.

Like this game. Most puzzles are good, some hard as they don’t cooperate when trying to drag things. But mainly enjoying it.

Good, just a few in-game hitches
Enjoyable puzzles set in a variety of adventures (some rather similar and dated but you are given a choice). I’ve knocked off one star because some of the puzzles did not work correctly on my iPad; I checked on videos, and they obviously work on other platforms.
Too many bugs
I have 3 different games that I can’t go any further on bc the game seems to glitch out. One of them, I can’t go thru the door to the next location, despite opening the door and doing everything else I can do in the previous areas. Another game, it didn’t give me the mask I needed to give to someone. I cut the glass to get it and I never “got” the mask in my inventory. I can’t remember what happened in the other game but it’s the same thing. Not able to progress any further due to a glitch or bug
Has wasted my purchases
I’ve been kicked out of the game 3 times when I have used the jewels I bought to which I do not receive the skip a game so I have to do it again. No capability to watch ads to earn jewels or coins

Only lets you get so far
Once I completed one storyline, I started another then the game glitched I saved to my iCloud logged out, so then I logged back in completely made me restart whole game and all the money I spent on the game could not be reloaded back and support with no help
Pretty good
Stories are good, puzzles fit well. Only problem is some puzzles are impossible to complete because they don’t function right and some functions don’t work at all. Wish I could have continued but ended up deleting the app out of frustration. The developer has made a good effort just need the odd glitch fixing

Most of the levels are broken and items disappear/can’t be interacted with properly so you can’t progress
Programming error on office key
Caused zoom where i could peep through the keyhole but could not put key in. Wasted several hints. Eventually the glitch went away zooming back to the view of the door where I was finally able to enter the key. Pretty disappointing end to first phase of game. Please fix.
