Bigger energy levels
This game is quite good but you only get to play 10 times before you have no credits. I know other seekers send energy but when you are competition mode it just goes nowhere.it’s a good game, but just do frustrating at the same time.

Ruining Ravenhill AGAIN - WHY ? Please return our boosters and also allow us to win passes wherever we play and NOT just in Wonderstudio. This new update is making everyone unhappy. Reverse your decision, before you lose all your players. Ok they’ve returned passes but still haven’t returned Boosters

I started playing this game in February. This is by far the best seeker game much better than seekers notes. Although sometimes glitches have happened, the support has been always quick and positive. The energy was frustrating but usually recovers swift enough to continue playing. The guild is inspirational! Always great to chat with players from all around the world. So sad Ravenhill is ending. Please let us have our guilds!
Great Game, Ad Bombardment
I would rate this game a lot higher because the graphics and overall storyline are good. However, the constant bombardment of ads, like I had 4 in about 5 seconds, then I finished a game, and another 4 - it's an absolute joke and very off-putting. I also find that rewards aren't great, and filling a guild is impossible unless you're all on and active constantly - hardly a fair way to help people get members. I think just like Seekers Notes, it's all about Mytona making money and I just can't get past the Ad bombardment - there's not much enjoyment when you can't play in peace without getting badgered. If I was interested in half the ads they shove in your face, I wouldn't mind! It's such a shame that Mytona don't take feedback into account - I see the same complaints over and over, yet the updates or 'improvements' only seem to benefit Mytona and not the player. Trying to also understand why Mytona dumped this game, and then suddenly decided to reintroduce the game out of the blue, very odd!

Trop déçue de l’annonce que vous avez fait à la dernière mise à jour .. pourquoi arrêter un jeu ou autant de monde s’amuse et profite d’un chat convivial au travers de ces guildes Des challenge variés et nombreux ..même si les bugs pouvaient être déroutants parfois ... absence du chat souvent ou éjection dés scène , malgré tout on pouvait s’amuser et échanger Quel est votre but Vraiment c’est trop bête
Brilliant game
I have been playing this game for coming up to a year now. It’s a part of my daily routine! Fabulous game, the locations and designs are very beautiful. I love that along with exploring locations, you can also play other games, a bit of everything to keep you interested. The team challenge is great fun. I even got my mother to download and join my guild. Highly recommend!
Ruined in latest update
I was so pleased that Ravenhill was back & have really enjoyed getting back into it, BUT the latest update is truly terrible. Apart from the awful new event location, and the over bright dashboard with numbers, the whole game is changed. Why all the extra steps when you complete a quest? It’s so annoying & time-wasting. It was great just the way it was - we don’t need extra fancy stuff. Leave things alone and go back to how we all enjoyed it before.

What a pity that this game is ending. Other than the constant begging me to buy something, it’s a better game than Seekers Notes.
Me disappointed
Finding the game really tedious especially how long it is taking to find 150 items in The Inn. I much prefer the old version and definitely wished I hadn’t downloaded the new version 😒😏
Unresolved issues
Really liked the game earlier but after the update encountered lots of glitches like not able to banish the monsters in multiple attempts. Requesting developers to look into it as no concrete solution provided when contacted the help and support section

Was a brilliant game till the last update and they swapped lives for coins meaning they want you to spend money. You had a chance with lives not the update everything has you spending am thinking about deleting unless it goes back to lives not the only one

Frustrated
I have been playing this game a long while and loved it. I have dropped this down to two for the simple reason I have had numerous problems with this game it freezes, it leaves a glowing sparkling orb when you have found an object when I make the screen bigger the game shoots all over the place. I have spent money on this but I am coming to the point of leaving, sorry.

Problem!
Love this game - however since the last update I appear to be locked out of helping fellow players and cannot banish monsters. Know the guys will sort the problem, but please hurry!!
Liked it to start with but now unplayable
On launch you are bombarded with spam trying to get you to buy stuff, and now stuck on levels that I can’t pass as just too much to find and keep repeating the same thing. Also was leading one of the firework events but couldn’t get back in to play it even when two days were left. Have just run out of steam with this, especially where the lives were changed to energy.

I loved this game the first time round, I was so happy when I heard it was coming back. Unfortunately it’s not really the great game I remember! I’ve still given 5 stars due to it still being new, but I will re-review it in a few months. NEGATIVES- 150 energy limit - is a sad/low amount to play with, the amount needs upping to a higher amount. 15 energy per play, means you can only play 10 games before it’s gone, then it takes ages to refill. Special quest location - Again this is an issue, am not using/wasting energy on this when energy is so hard to come by. 40 friend limit - if your lucky enough to have 40 players in your guild, you can’t add any one outside your guild, I have just hit 40 friend and am at the limit! Gifting friends - I do hope this will go up from 25 gifts to higher reasonable amount, 40 friends is the limit, but can only gift 25 players! Pick your favourite players wisely!! Gifts from friend - Mainly 1 coin, this is the worst gift ever, will take forever to build up a reasonable amount of coins. 300 coins to pay for a good amount (300) of energy, hum….. 1 coin gift from a friend, or 25 coins a day when you reach day 7 of login on, so it would take 10 to 12 days to get enough coins to buy 300 energy???? Really, that’s too long!! Or you can buy coins with real cash. POSITIVES - Story, puzzles and graphics are still great. Mytona have an amazing customer service team, I am glad the game has made a comeback and I will continue to play despite the negatives above, I live in hope that the higher I progress the more the positives will outweigh the negatives.

Absolutely Gutted
This game has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I cannot believe that you are shutting it down. I play Seekers Notes as well but the Lily quests that encourage Guilds to work together and assist each other has allowed our Guild to get to know each other and form a support network. This feature is unique to Ravenhill and I know the other members feel the same as me. We are all absolutely gutted that you are stopping this game and, I understand from one of our members, that you are no longer going to give us the replacement game? Please reconsider. Thank you
Game closure
What are you doing? Closing down this game is upsetting a lot of people. What about the purchases they’ve made - do they get refunds? What about the friendships that have been built in the guilds? And as for trying to convince us to move over to Seekers Notes - forget it! This game is antiquated and full of adverts and ‘special deals’ to try to make us spend money. Ravens is a much better game - modern, better graphics, chat, puzzles - everything about this game is far more superior than SN. Please reconsider!!!

Shame About the GREED
I’ve played this game for more than a year and was totally hooked from day one! 🙂 Support were always courteous and responsive. I was Leader of a FANTASTIC Guild and we all enjoyed playing, chatting and helping each other.🥰 Unfortunately they have changed from “lives” to “energy” and done away with a couple of options to watch ads to gain advantage in the game.😡 Several long term guild members left immediately as this has happened in other games and they didn’t want to play anymore.🥺 I stuck it out for several weeks but it isn’t ANY fun anymore!😒 I left the guild and deleted the game and I recommend that you don’t bother starting unless you have MEGABUCKS at your disposal 🤨

Addictive game
Enjoying it so far only been playing for two days...so not bored yet..love the graphics and yes a well thought out imaginative game and not too easy which keeps me hooked
Latest update
This latest update has removed lives and replaced with lightning bolts, it’s horrid! Can only play for half as long as before. No idea how that’s going to work in Order of the Lily, not happy and nobody that I have spoken to is either. I love this game, but now, I’m thinking of removing it, and so are others.
Great game but endless glitches and support staff are useless
This game is heaps of fun. Good graphics, interesting puzzles. I have been playing for the last 7 months and mostly enjoy it. There are endless glitches though and the support staff are basically useless every time. I have been locked out of the game for over 4 days. It took a full 4 days for the support team to respond to my problem and their response didn’t solve the problem at all. They also implied it was my fault because I don’t have a Facebook account. Awful response and has put me right off the game. Feels like I wasted 7 months playing all for nothing.
WHY?
Why quit a game that is SO popular? This game is absolutely fantastic & why the hell are Mytona giving up on it? It really is awesome, I have gained so many fabulous friends from playing this game, I am in a super Guild and it’s a valid community that helps each other out all the time & works together in competitions too gain rewards etc. On announcing the game will end on 31st Dec. is really sad, a lot have simply stopped playing, which is sad, but I will continue until the very end. I value this game, it has become part of my daily life, and I know I am not alone. The least you could have done is just stop making new levels, let everyone get too the same level and complete the game up until a certain point, but NO, you just want too take it away! What about those who have actually spent money on boosters etc. too try for better things, or those of us who watch videos for little extras in the game? We are simply not valuable enough for Mytona! There is talk of a new game, or suggesting we try “Seekers Notes” which is total crap. Well let me tell you this “New” game will be launched but I for one will not be playing! What’s the point if exactly the same thing happens in this new game? My view of Mytona is as low as it possibly could get, I am disgusted by the way us Ravenhill Seekers have been treated, we do not matter at all. I would like a Mytona “Goody Bag” of promotional items of which I collect, but I cannot see this happening, at all!
Glitchy update
Since the latest update I have found it impossible to banish a mountain troll, in chapter 45, despite gaining the necessary items to progress. No Progress, No Game!!!!!!!

Not a bad game but...
It’s a good game but occasionally it crashes as you are about to win a puzzle causing loss of life, and also any booster that you are meant to win. It happens quite often that it’s very annoying . Fix your damn bugs please

This is a fantastic game. I have played it every day for the past 9 months. It’s totally addictive and the special events and contests always give me extra fun and challenges. It’s easy to learn and the graphics are stunning. I’ve tried Seekers Notes as suggested and find it antiquated, confusing and complicated. The graphics are awful. I simply can’t understand why you would keep this game instead of Ravenhill.
Waste of time
Really disappointed. The energy bit doesn't bother but oh, the game is soooo slow. Far too much "padding" and waffle: essentially time wasters. Then, when you actually get to a game, there aren't many objects to find and it is very easy to spot them. The games in between the scenes are dreadful boring (variations on Candy Crush I think it's called.) at the beginning of the game it is basically two rooms and mostly the same objects which hardly ever move when you are returned to that scene. Don't bother.

Hi, I find this game very relaxing
Frustrating
I thought this was a hidden object game but I have to play more puzzles than seeking. The puzzles get ridiculously hard too quickly. I’ve been trying to win wonderstudio and lights for three days now. Lots of bugs need fixing like not receiving items when you’ve clearly won them in the cinema and the rainbow gem in lights appears outside of the game frame and you can’t activate it.
Change it back to the way it was before the last update.
Please change it back, you’ve ruined the game!!!
