Just getting started
So far it’s very well done, great graphics, relaxing and fun. I look forward to continuing on! Update - I played for a few weeks now and enjoy the hidden objects and getting enough stars to reach 100% and more. I definitely like no timer! When I get to the jigsaw puzzles, it just keeps repeating the puzzles with no apparent reason that I can see. I seem to be in a jigsaw puzzle loop that has nowhere to go. I don’t care for that part of it and don’t understand the idea behind that. Otherwise, the graphics are very good and again, no timer is great!

I really enjoyed the soft , sometimes sad background music . The hidden objects are a nice blend of difficult to find ,and easy to spot . However , I was disappointed to realize that getting higher and higher scores on each level wasn't enough , to progress in the story ,so to be continued left me wanting ... I was looking forward to exploring the woman's mansion after finding her tiara ... If Crisp App ,develops any more games with an engaging plot , please follow through on finishing the game , so that players don't get bored ,and angry .

What is the point of doing a game 10 times with the exact same solution each time?
TERRIFIC GAME!
I just began playing this game about 10 minutes ago & was asked to leave a review. I have very little experience with this game, but can tell now that I'll be enjoying it for a good while. The best part of this game is there is no timer. I hate playing against a timer. Just knowing there's a timer is enough to freeze my brain! This game is very enjoyable & is challenging at the same time. I had d/l'd this game awhile ago but never played it until today. Revision: It has now been months and I’ve been playing this game for a while. I still enjoy it. More than before! If you like hidden object games, I recommend d/l’ing this game.

I just don't get it
Well....the puzzles are good but I just don't understand the game. I just play the puzzles over and over and it never ends. Is there an ending to this game? I want to like it but geting tired of the same thing over and over and over.

Really? Not fun to play and no good explanation of the protocol. Can’t tell what I’m supposed to be doing!
Mostly fun.
Developers need to refine touch. Quite often I will find an object but my touch doesn’t select it until I tap or swipe several times . Only happens in this game.

I love this game. The clues are not too easy, but some are. I always find the objects although may take me a little bit. I like the way they are hidden!
Nuisance ad for Cuban food supplier
An ad for Cuban food supplier locked onto my screen while I was playing Hotel. It seems the only way to remove it is to delete the game app and reinstall it which would mean starting the game over and losing what I have achieved so far. I can’t be bothered. These ads should be blocked.

There should be. Place where general questions can be asked . I love hidden objects the app is beautiful. I enjoy the several games to advance. What after paying 12.99 today for no ads . I have to do the puzzles.. like puzzles . I’m a pretty cleaver woman but I dislike puzzles since childhood. I do get them done, with clues. Keeps bring me back to these stupid puzzles. I have no info on how to reach them. The game was so relaxing , great graphics. I feel we should have a choice in the puzzle part. Can not find email for company. I’ll play and keep jumping around them , but really all that does is takes me back to the levels I’ve mastered. So there you have it. Also be very careful. They say they are free but they are not. ( not complaining about this game, most of G5. Do not bother .. alas I’ll keep looking.

Review of Mystery Hotel
I liked the game when I first started. I like hidden picture games and the ones with a story line. However, now that I’ve completed the part of the game that I was in, there’s no way to move on or go back to the original murder story. It’s the same games over and over again. Now it’s very boring.

The reviews I read don’t match the game probably they were paid . Having to redo a scenario for more stars is ridiculous. The loud advertisements are horrible and can’t be closed or skipt . every 5 minutes or something like that , spend more time trying to close them than playing. If I could would give a - 5 minus 5 review.
Game ads repeating freeze my tablet
I enjoy Crisp games, they are lovely to look at and progressively get a bit more difficult. I have several that I play repeatedly but the ads are long, repetitive, difficult to close and frequently freeze my tablet. It gets so bad, I’ll just stop playing and move onto any other firms games. I return hoping that they fixed the issue but here I am again after not being able to un freeze my tablet for 2 days, until the battery died and the whole thing had to reboot.
What’s the point.

Each level takes under a minute so that means….more ads. Ads are longer than game play for the level. I uninstalled it.

Began well but has descended into endless number of searches for the same objects in the same rooms with no progression or variety. Still no offer or urge to purchase anything. Grandmother will see me no longer ....
No ending?
Enjoyed the game but why is there no ending? I have mastered all the rooms but it just keeps going back to the same rooms for more searching of hidden items. What happened to the investigation and the killer?

This game is very addictive, music great and the story is good but the game do not have an ending.... I bought full pack at 3.99$ to continue the investigation but I am just doing the same level again and again... I am very disapointed because of that. After the beginning of the game there is no more reference to solving the murder of the grandmother. There is a great deal of repetitive hidden object scenes, not leading anywhere to solving the mystery. Still fun though just finding the same hidden objects over and over.
