I used to love this but had the new updates. I used to love playing gem match but now I can rarely do it within the time frame. Once I’ve used up all my crystals etc. I won’t be playing any of the games anymore. Disappointed.

I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro Max. It keeps freezing up. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game numerous times. It looks like a fun game….. if it would work.

Absolutely love this game! I have been playing for many years now! Got many people hooked, but some of them deleted it because they often suggest to buy things. It’s the only game that I refuse to delete when my storage is full on my phone
Not happy
I have enjoyed this game for some years but I am now fed up that I am regularly being told that I have missed days when I know I haven’t .
Getting Frustrated
I overall like this game. However, when you have to spend about 200 turns in the same setting to achieve an object, it gets tiresome. The whole point of the game for me is to explore multiple settings. I think this part of the game needs to be fixed.
Suggestion for Explorer’s Competition
I’d like to suggest displaying the Player’s progress towards the goals of 24, 56 and 90 total wins, in addition to the remaining time. I generally have no idea how close I might be to the various levels, and would like to know.

Ads/ Combining Collections
I have been playing this game for a few years now. The only thing that I don’t like at all is when you win collection items at the end of your game, you cannot see exactly what collection the item goes to because when you finish the game, an ad pops up and covers the entire screen for 10 seconds and by the time the ad is finished counting down and ends, the collection item has already been added to it’s particular collection and you cannot see exactly where the item went or even the name of the collection that the item went to. I think that that part of the game is ridiculous because building the collections is the important part of this game, not the stupid ad that covers your entire screen while each item that you won during the game goes to its particular collection. It would make sense if the ad came after the item goes to its collection so that you can see where the items you won goes. Thank you.
Downward trend with recent updates
Update 2026 I have enjoyed this game for years but I will be quitting as soon as my purchased game resources run out. It seems the developers are implementing a strategy where in order to win a monthly puzzle you must purchase additional tokens. No longer can you finish simply by playing the game. This is basically a subscription. Expect to spend over an hour playing every single day, and even if you do that expect to have to buy extra resources to complete the challenge. The developers have changed the odds of collecting tokens over time, and although you can collect some tokens for “free” in the special gem match, that gets more difficult to play over time. All alternative locations to collect tokens needed for the monthly challenge are now restricted. In short, there are now so many restrictions and low odds of completing the monthly objective you almost always have to pay. I understand the devs need to make some money but I’m not participating in what has become a de facto subscription. It has been fun for quite awhile but I’m done. Update: 2024 Game has improved since I wrote the last review. They have added some features and corrected some mistakes of the past so I now have upgraded the rating to 4 stars . March 2019-I’ve played this game for at least 2 years and the major updates lately have been bad. Useful talismans have been removed from several scenes, several scenes have been redesigned to make the objects unrecognizable, and the rewards upon completion have been reduced. In short, the company is clearly looking for more $ to play to the point that it is now ridiculous. DON’T FALL FOR IT. Let’s send a message by not paying another cent. 2016:I've paid money more than once for this game so I find it very irritating that both a uTube and regular splash ad launches each time I play the game. Paying customers shouldn't be interrupted by intrusive ads. Both ads need to be cancelled to return to the game. The game play itself is fine and I will raise the rating if ads are removed. Update 7/18: the ad splash problem described above was fixed but the latest update has created a new problem. Zoom has been restricted so you now can’t zoom in closely to find hidden objects. Talisman rewards are hard to get. I enjoy the game overall but dislike how updates constantly seem to push users to spend more money. I have spent enough.
IPAD doesn’t update with new game info on time
My husband plays the game on a Kindle and I play on my IPAD every time there is a new game, his game updates but I can’t get mine to update on my IPad until much later, usually the same day. This is annoying and holds me up from starting the new game.
Find 500 badges of the order
I enjoy this challenge very much. Especially the way it takes me to all the different magic pictures - not just the ones involved in the current challenge. Do you have plans to have a similar challenge in the future?
Unfun game
G5 tech support SUCKS!!!! When players reach a certain level the levels then go CRAZY!!! Then the player is deleted from the Best Players List. They are doing very little to fix the glitch !
Let us control timing!
I would give you five stars, if only you would allow us players to choose the time when we can use boosters instead of always making the timers start right away when we get an award or prize. Some of us have busy lives and I often don’t get to use a prize because I’ve launched the game to check in but don’t have time to play through a time with free energy.
Scenes with less Clutter
Please create your next scene with less distracting items, allowing beautifully designed image to be enjoyed. Your most recents have far too many items totally distracting from what could have been a thoughtfully designed scene. Busy cluttered scenes are not fun to play!

You did not fix the problem and I lost a good talisman. I have just started another talisman and it is not working! You did nothing to fix the last problem! Thank you for the deer! 😊 This game cheats! Also, the 30 seconds are not 30 seconds! It is more like 15 seconds. It moves to fast to bec30 seconds. May 8, 2026- the game did not give me a hat which was a gift!

I love this game! It is challenging but fun. I love the new scenes to explore. I really liked the medallion hunt. Recommend it to my friends all the time.
I used to love this game…
I’ve been playing this game for years now and out of all those years I have been playing I’ve only been able to finish the monthly challenges maybe a handful of times at best! But not for lack of trying. Every level of the monthly challenges requires a certain amount of “elements” to gain access to the next level. In order to get these elements you have to either play the Special Gem Match or a certain specific search and find photo. This is nothing new in the world of these type of games but I am finding it literally impossible to get all the elements needed to complete the entire monthly challenge! It’s EXTREMELY frustrating when you play for hours at a time going after one single element and you are given all the elements but the one you need! I don’t know if it’s just me or maybe this game hates me but I’m just over working so hard and having nothing to show for it!

It used to be that this game would give you other people that play this game as options to invite. I have been left with the same people who never accept the friend request to play the game together. This is stupid and frustrating. I should not have to invite personal friends to play this game.

This is by far the BEST hidden objects game out there. And the most challenging. Every other hidden object game pales in comparison to this one.

Content won’t download
It’s been several months since I’ve turned the game back on and now it keeps saying “content waiting to download” and so now I can’t play anything. And all I see is boxes and it just will not load. More stars when I can get this fixed.

The woman avatar is one of the ugliest women I have ever seen. I won it but I wouldn’t even CONSIDER putting it on my page. What is matter with you people. FIRE THATDESIGNER!
Confusing
Although I’ve been playing this game for quite a long time, I have no idea what it’s all about because the story is so complicated. I enjoy doing the puzzles and looking for hidden objects, but I have no idea what is the point of the game. I wish there were some clear story as to what’s going on, and I don’t have the patience to go figure it out.
Nice game
Note, I sound like I’m complaining, I’m not, just stating observations. I play the game every day so obviously the nuances aren’t annoying enough to quit. NAVIGATION. Paging right paging left paging all the way to the left all the way to the right. Would be nice if you could sort / filter on complete an incomplete tasks. REALLY wish we didn’t lose energy in your balance when you hit a next level. I understand you want to make money, but c’mon. Difficult to earn crystals.

So Boring Now
I’ve been playing this game practically since the beginning. The special events used to be a treat. Now they are on all the time, and it is ALWAYS the same thing. How many gazillion times do I have to play Gem Match? I lost 20 seconds off of Memory Match and I cannot do it anymore. The game is huge and because of the special events, you have to play the same picture over and over and over. I never get to play some of the old pictures. I would rather have a much smaller game with different challenges instead of the constant repetitive activities.
Stop the ads !
I love the game but now you have installed ads in it..that is what I loved about this game. I had continuous game play until I ran out of energy but now I have ads coming in between the games..not cool..not worth playing now .

Want to gift more options but limited to a few categories, have other inventory items that I do t need that I’d like to give away.

Hidden Object Game
It is fun finding all of the hidden objects in the various pictures. The creators are very clever how they hide the objects. It certainly keeps my brain hopping.
New Rooms
I am having to pass so many levels to get to the next room. I have passed several levels and still have to pass another 9 levels before the next room opens. I am only on level 219 so it is not because I am near the end of the game. Losing interest.
Great Game
Love this game and have been playing for years! Many great challenges and always fun. I can’t wait to play each day. My only negative is that there are pop ups which I do not mind but the pop ups show right after you finish a scene and then you are not able to see the items you won once you completed the scene. I would say, leave the items visible much longer after the pop up ad is completed so you are able to see what you won.
Totally inadequate time for Gem Match
Consistently the Gem Match runs out the time, which is too little to begin with, and by rearranging unfavorably the gem line up, the Match makes it extraordinarily difficult to complete the game within the time allowed. The Time Machines are very expensive, and Talismans to extend the time are extremely rare and not available for purchase. Major DEMERITS!
I'd really love this game but...
I know that money is for opening places. But why can't we buy food with it? Makes no sense to only accept crystals. Seems like a cash grab to me. The graphics are gorgeous though.

Too small
Are you trying to lose players? Recent pictures have objects so small as to be almost invisible. I shan’t open any new pics in future apart from the monthly one.
Enjoyable to play
The game has scenes that are artistic but sometimes too cluttered looking. The stories are generally interesting even the ones that aren’t special event related.
Won’t work
Game won’t work on my iPad after latest update. Tried everything. Can’t play the game anymore.

Excellent game however the developers keep forcing you to make a purchase. Not great idea. Too many quests. And thirdly the developers force you to wait 30-60 minutes to 'get energy' only after 3 images. Way too many levels. Excellent graphics. Interesting hidden object game. They should give out more crystals then coins. I will not be using this app much longer. Already bored with having to wait to get energy and too many levels, awards, repeats, waiting etc...
