So we have the fitness challenge event again for like the 7th year in a row - same room - same items - I am at a high level so have to find a lot of items every time - getting old - need new content - update to storylines As mentioned earlier by someone else - MrXs suitcase needs to just go
Getting stale—I’m done
I have played for a long time now, but the game is getting stale and stagnant. Like an earlier reviewer noted, there have been no new rooms opened in some time. Everything is centered around the holiday events. Also, the recent changes to the Sea King and Astral Detective games make them too difficult to complete. 10 levels for the Astral Detective game is way too many. I’m hoping for some changes soon, because I am losing interest in the game. UPDATE: I am done for now. The game is super repetitive and nothing new has been added. Even the events are getting too difficult to complete. For example, as the event nears the end of its time, it becomes increasingly impossible to finish tasks. You have to play a room 5 times in the same mode, which can actually take a lot of time. I can play the room 15 times and not get the mode I need. Also, there seems to be no point to having coins, because you can’t really purchase anything with the coins except for items for trading, which I don’t need, because you get those by playing the rooms. Finally, nothing new has been added. Rooms are still dark, the arena and pier say coming soon, and there is an icon on the bottom bar that also says coming in a future update. Those changes have been promised for several years now. There are other issues related to the stagnant nature of the game, but I will stop listing them. I am moving on to something else.
Mystery manor
I love this game and all the different challenges. There is a good mix of easy to hard challenges. The only things that deters me from playing is all the ads. I understand that when you click on watch to add more time that an ad pops up but they pop up throughout then game also. It is just to many

Love it but
I really love this game I’ve been playing for years!!!!!!!!!!!however I feel like I’m gonna delete it soon if we can’t open any new rooms. This is insane to have all these holiday themes but no new rooms. Also to spend sooooooo much money on diamonds and to still not get the items is crazy . For me to be playing for wayyyy over five years and all my rooms one the first leaves is still not open is Crazy! And another thing why do we keep getting keys to open Mr. X suitcase!!! It’s the same suitcase there isn’t anything new about it. Sorry but I’m bout to delete this is so disappointing because it’s really a good game but to continue to search the same rooms for YEARSSSS is Crazy !
Too Rigged
Ridiculously short amount of time to find a very long list of items. Items are super tiny and sometimes the rooms are so “busy” that you can barely process what you’re seeing in time to find everything. I feel this is a ploy to make you watch endless ads to get just a couple extra seconds that still doesn’t give you enough time, and then the only option is to spend real $$. Not fun at all.
Ridiculously Long Ads
These Royal Kingdom and Royal Match ads are absolutely ridiculous. I have to watch a THREE minute advertisement for an additional 20 seconds of play?! What happened to the ads being 30 seconds long? And no, I don't plan on making purchases to have my play be ad-free. You just need to do better when allowing your advertisements. UPDATE: AND there are multiple ads that don't grant you any reward even after you have watched them for three minutes. You click continue over and over once the ad is complete and it only ever takes you back to the AppStore download screen.

App glitchyness
In game ads are ridiculously glitchy and way too long. The ads are so long that I switch to another device and play a different game while waiting for it to finish so they are completely ineffective at getting me to watch. And sometimes they completely stall causing me to have to log out of games which can mean losing time, progress and diamonds. Not cool at all. I am a long time player from the original Mystery Manor game.
Sounds and effects disappear
I love this game. The only problem I have is after the ads finish, the sound and effects go silent. I have to exit the game to retrieve it back
Match Three Events
I have dropped more money, and have enjoyed the game. Now, you’re giving less turns to complete the Match Three Events. I’m so disappointed. Another money making scheme. Enough.
Side quests unavailable
I updated my app but it still won’t let me play the fitness marathon. This happens off and on with other side quests as well

I love this game but there’s a match game ad that keeps stalling and I have to close my game, restart and I lose my progress.

‘Could’ be awesome
Energy only lasts about 10 Mins so can’t play a lot. Some of the items are far too hard to find. A shame as visually looks great, and sound and music really good , just not very playable! Annoying that I keep having to put the sound and music back on ( keeps turning off especially after having to watch an ad) and it shows adverts even if I decline to watch them for extra coins. I can’t be bothered with all these annoyances so uninstalling to look for something else
Too much going on
The game is kind of difficult and thats annoying when it runs based on energy. I didn’t play long enough to find out how easy energy is to acquire, but I did play for over an hour and earned infinite energy for 1 hour and 1 for 30 minutes. First off the game kept popping up new stuff/content, and I’ve played similar games that did the same thing it never stops. It is nice to have a lot of content but very annoying when its constantly shoved in your face every 2 tasks you finish. Second off when I get an ad it bugs the game out and I can’t hear sound after that. (iPhone 13 Pro Max) I have had this issue before when a game has too much going on. If there was a way I could simplify the graphics to where it wasn’t so hard on my phone then that’d be great. Thirdly, I don’t mind a challenge, but this game should either give more time or fix the way they hide things. They will name off weird things that I don’t even know what it is for one, and also some of the hidden items are not only very small but also only partially showing. You can see why that might be a problem if you don’t really know what you’re looking for. There is a zoom feature but theres an entire room to scope out. Other HO games I played sometimes the scenes would be difficult at first but once you got use to the scene and the items it became easier. Lastly, If I continued to play I am sure the money grabs would have gotten worse as they already started off in the beginning. I don’t mind giving money to developers for hard work well done, but I do mind when its done in a way that if you don’t spend money your chances of success drop to a minimum. Here you can still win after some tries, but you will waste energy on losing. In my opinion it would be better if these games didn’t need to animate every little thing and have a thousand pop ups for buying things, quests, etc. The ad pop ups were already annoying enough.

Frustrating - not fun
Why do you have to play levels three and four times before you find what you find the item you’re looking for? You drain your energy so fast. The game is fun at first, then it’s just annoying. It has so much potential, but this isn’t it. I spend money on the game and this is still my experience. Levels are so hard you waste energy trying to pass them just find you have to play it again. This is predatory. Seriously, it’s disgusting. I see a lot of one star reviews recently. Contrary to your auto-response, it does not seem like you listen to your customers. There are so many other games I can play and have a much better experience. Spare me the bs response. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.
Ad locks up game
Thank you for fixing the Royal Kingdom ads so they’re not unreasonably long. Now there is a new problem ad. It’s for the game Match Masters. There is no way to exit the ad. It loops from the ad to the App Store then back to the ad. It won’t close. I have to shut the game down and lose my progress. Otherwise I love Mystery Manor. There are so many different things to do so you don’t get bored.
Ads are too long and more
Royal kingdom ads are so obnoxiously long. Especially when it’s like “watch a 30sec ad” and then it’s like 2 and a half minutes of watching the same ad over again and then trying to hit the x only to be brought to ANOTHER part of the same ad. With the recent update I have not been able to get any rooms in word mode unless I play the same room over and over again. I just played and cycled through echos, parallel and logos mode then maybe I’ll get 1 2 3 mode then back to parallel mode again might get twins mode if I’m lucky. Also why do we have to have 2 barely different find the difference modes? One with 20 and another with 10 like come on I love this game but it’s becoming very frustrating to enjoy.

It lures you in, but then it becomes impossible to win games without spending a lot or watching long ads. I finally deleted it. I should have deleted it earlier. Save your money.

Golden Compass problem
I used to love this game but after a number of attempts at purchasing the Golden Compass for One Year Older, it never activates. I’ve had to contact Apple support for multiple refunds. The game’s chat and support are no help at all. Can this issue be resolved please.
LONG ads!
I understand there needs to be ads to make the game free, but the ads have gotten ridiculous! I used to enjoy this game but the length of the ads is extreme! Maybe sell a no ad option.

Keeps hanging.
I enjoy this game. But recently it keeps hanging - usually when I have almost completed a scene and I would have got out with one more move. This is getting increasingly frustrating and spoiling the game for me.
Stressful
I hate the time limits and small limits on moves. Esp when you fail then have to use more energy to try again. if you fail a few times working it out, then you don’t have energy to try again so the whole thing feels just like failure lol. Not relaxing at all. I otherwise enjoyed the game but could not deal with the short time/move limits I felt more stressed and pressured and I like to use games like this to de-stress, work out problems in my own time, and have fun. This wasn’t it.

Fun and challenging; however, it’s difficult to get rooms open and you keep playing quests to get keys, but they don’t appear so you just keep playing the same rooms.

TOO MANY ADS
The ads have gotten out of control. They used to be 15-30 seconds. Now they are 30 seconds plus another 15 then another 6. Why?? Also there shouldn’t be ads at the end of a playing round. They’re getting pretty greedy.

I really love this game so much. I’ve been playing well over a year !!! when I first started playing this game, they only had ads if I pressed the space to watch an ad to gain an time or to double my winnings. Which I used quite often. So I was already watching plenty of adds. But then an update went through quite some time back and now when I hit the x after I won the level it will gives me an add anyway!!!! I am so frustrated with it!! It seems to be more and more often. I delete games with adds but this one is one I loved before it blasted me with adds!!!! Bring back the old days!!!! A absolutely hate the adds shown! A lot of them are disgusting and I am playing a hidden objects game and not stupid shoot them up zombie games!!!!! They are terrible!!!!!! Gross!!! Disgust!!!!! Stupid!!!
If you love ads and spending money
This is the game for you. SO. MANY. ADS. Takes forever to get through a level, to try and earn any coins, or unlock anything. A watch this ad popup every time you do complete something. I finally gave up. It’s like spinning your wheels.
Events
I have been playing this game for years. When the events are the same room as last year the room level needs to be reset. I cannot even play the Amusement Park (Halloween Event) because I am on the last star level and this has the shortest time. Update same request please reset the event rooms. I cannot even participate in playing those rooms. I would have to use all of my boosters. If you are going to recycle the event room reset it to the lowest level. Game is super boring now.

Love this game, I don’t know why people are saying it’s slow or costs money because I’m on level 8 already and only been playing two days. It’s super fun and you can get more energy like unlimited for an hour when you complete certain tasks. Love love love well done creators 😄😄

I have lost all of my game and they won’t help me get it back. But amazingly they catch you cheating and quickly send you a message. They will limit your game and tell others your a cheat. No updates, no nothing. Was a Big fan of MM ,left heartbroken after spending money etc. level nearing 471 back to level 2.
Ads WAY too long
They have ruined this game! Ads are as long as 2 minutes and the charms are now worthless…especially the 10 minute ones, 6 minutes are used up by ads…they lie and say all games are doing this and I know for a fact that is a lie! The other games I play have ads for the same games they are advertising and they stay under 30 seconds, some only last 15 seconds…can’t play or participate in events without watching these long ads or spending your real money on tools…ruined this version just like they did the original Mystery Manor…will be looking for another game
Generally OK
Reasonable game but latest update is really buggy. Start the game and too often have to restart it as it just doesn't respond to touch. Also when completed exploring a room it just stops responding, so you have to lose progress and restart the game.
Match-3 is bringing down the rest of the game
Overall, the game is very fun, even if it is somewhat annoying to have to search a room multiple times to get the thing you need. My issue is with the match-3 aspect. If it weren’t for the match-3, I’d rate this game at 4.5 or even 5. As you get to higher levels in the match-3, you get more and more obstacles and it becomes close to impossible to pass a level. In your match-3, you only have 2 power-ups that aren’t very powerful. You have the rocket, which only takes out the pieces directly next to it. And you have the mine/bomb, which doesn’t cover a large area. In other games of this type, they have more power-ups that make it so that beating the level is hard, but not impossible. For instance, they usually have a power-up if you match in the shape of a T or an L or a square. And they have ones that can take out a whole row or column. With only 2 power-ups, many obstacles, and not enough moves per level, your match-3 has become almost impossible to beat. This is extremely frustrating when you can’t move further in the rest of the game without getting the objective item in the match-3. Especially if you finally manage to pass the extremely difficult level and then you don’t get the thing you need.
Nice concept, but requires a LOT of patience
I wanted to like this, especially because there isn’t any of the kind of things that tend to jumpscare me (think, among other things, items suddenly popping in and out as an indication of where they are). And I different variations that are used. But I can’t say I’m a fan of the time limits that are put into play after only a few searches. I get that a couple of the achievements depend on failed searches due to time over, but the limits feel pretty tight and it took me six or seven tries to finish one stage with the Logos room set in part because 1) items are hard to see and 2) no visual representation of what you’re looking for. This makes the game feel like a money grab in the respect that you have to stock up on gems, in order to stock up on items, in order to have any reasonable chance of making progress without feeling like you want to throw your device into the wall. I sensed I was close to this, and had to delete the app for now. If you consider yourself a hidden object expert, this game makes you prove it. But if you’re new to this style of game, you might want to look elsewhere first.
