Hi developers, I had been enjoying this sense I was new at this game, the chapter had caught my interest, I had been playing for year to finish almost every chapter per month, and had cool features like event, new chapter upcoming every year!, this game had me excited and made my day, even tho I understand people frustrated about “energy” but I don’t complain sense I could get energy by getting bounty point energy of playing “murder by choice game” or watch add or ad, I don’t care if people hate u or not, this game seems like it had been working hard for everything, great job developer👍
Energy earned not transferable to MBC
Can’t transfer the energy earned to Murder by Choice but can transfer from Murder by Choice to Murder in the Alps. Contacted support and they did not resolved the problem.

I literally love this game so much. I’m scared to finish it. If y’all ever get a chance, can you please make another season? The energy is aggravating though cause sometimes I just really wanna play. And I’ll have no energy and your other games are awesome too. I’ve downloaded them all.
Energy Refill is Ridiculous
Why am I waiting 12+ for my energy bar to fill, just to play for 5-10mins? It's obvious a money trap. Ridiculous that it takes energy to do literally anything in this game. Storyline is interesting but I'm waiting 12+ for each scene. It get's tired and uninteresting storywise if we are bound to wait that long. Horrible game design. Do better.
Solid game
The game is very entertaining and keeps me wanting to play. I gave four stars bc I get so irritated running out of energy so quick then having to wait an unknown amount of time for it to fill up. Yes I understand they have the option to pay, but why would I pay every two seconds just to keep playing? The story does an amazing job of sucking you in and keeping you entertained. A game like this should be an energy based game. Just let me play as long as I want. You can still make money on the decorating my home section.

New levels
I love the game however seems like we have been waiting forever for new level, is there a level due soon?
No energy
This was fun at first but after using up energy it takes too long to regenerate. Seriously, 1 energy every 8 minutes and with a max of 200 it takes 30 hours! Also, each move uses up a lot of your energy and you can’t even complete some of the puzzles. Give the player ways to earn energy instead of fake money that’s useless in the game. I don’t have problem with paying for some things but, this games all they can get from you.
Best mobile game!! Although…
This game is the best mobile game I’ve ever played!! The stories are entertaining, the voice acting is great, the music makes you feel like you’re in a movie, I can go on and on! The game definitely has many pros, but the con outweighs. The energy system in the game is ridiculous. Every action, cutscene, and even mistakes costs so much energy, only give the player about 5-10 minutes of playtime of a 1-2 hours long chapter, and then wait 24 HOURS for the energy bar to refill???? You could watch ads to refill the energy, but even so, the energy gets used up so quickly. I truly do love this game, but the energy system makes it very unplayable..

The most recent 5 or 6 times playing this game I have not been able to receive the bonus ticket, and energy. I watch the video, and the game freezes. Afterward I restart the game without the bonuses. Please fix this. Thanks!
Could’ve Been
Very interactive. But every little thing takes up energy. Which is so annoying. You could been playing for literally 2 minutes on full energy and then it back down to zero and they’re pushing prices in your face to get you to buy more. Not to mention that some activities require 20+ energy. Like what ? I was my favorite game. But it has now became super annoying to play.
Too little energy!!
I love the storyline and graphics, but the 200 energy they give you literally only lasts for about 10 minutes, and then you have to wait a day for it to refill if you don’t want to pay for more energy. Personally, I find it very annoying because when I sit down to play a game, I expect for it to last for more than 10 minutes, especially with a game like this. I’d suggest increasing the amount of energy you can have or lower the amount of energy needed to complete actions.

Great Game, a Few Suggestions
After playing Murder by Choice, I am now playing Murder in the Alps. I am a fan of these games. I don’t mind the energy being slow to recharge. I just simply close the game and wait until the energy refills. What was nice about Murder by Choice was that instead of getting cash for achievements, you were rewarded with energy. I would prefer that over designing a room. Overall, great game though (if you’re patient with energy refills). 300 energy instead of 200 as the max would be better!

Are the developers still around? I have been waiting for months for the next chapter. Was fun while it lasted could play. Wouldn’t recommend

Only 10 minutes of play time
You get literally 10 minutes of playtime before you “run out of energy” and have to wait 24 hours or pay $$$. you can read the comments from years back asking to fix, even add an option to watch ads. I just deleted it

Even though the game has a really interesting story, nice plot and nice graphics, it takes forever for the energy to be filled and actually play the game without paying.

This game is super fun and challenging however your energy runs out so quickly that you really don’t get to do much unless you spend real money. And it takes forever for your energy to completely fill. So since I can’t spend real money I can only play every 12 hours and for maybe 10 minutes. I downloaded this game and had problems with it not wanting work with my internet connection contacted customer service and they were extremely unhelpful I gave them the same information multiple times then wouldn’t hear from them and the only time I would is if I would keep texting them and then I would get a reply it has been 24 hours of the same thing and nothing has been done to fix the problem

Game runs smoothly great game but the energy part about the game kills it. you run out of energy every 30 seconds and it take HOURS to build it up, and if you want more you gotta spend $$$$$ your hard earned money and in this economy that’s a big no no. really good game however you can’t even play for more than 5 minutes like great concept horrible timing. I mean every little move you make your energy which is like your life goes down significantly and you have to buy and I’m not doing that nor are other people. Bugs & Energy
This game could easily become my favourite iPad game! But every time I play, the screen will just freeze, forcing me to close the application completely and reopen it. I love the art style and story but the energy regen is just too long, even after waiting the full 24 hours for 200 energy, it lasts barely 5 minutes. I’m not in a position to constantly pay for energy, and the concept of energy as a whole for this game just feels like a cash grab. I’d much prefer paying outright for the game with no energy. I’ll be uninstalling until it’s figured out. Really disappointing.

I absolutely LOVE this game. Great graphics, storyline. I only gave it 3 stars because I’ve been waiting almost now 3 years for the NEXT chapter! I’ll get a notice that there’s a “New” part starting. EVERY time it’s just their silly “arcade” game. That’s it. After ALL these years! I think it’s time to “ fish or cut bait” as they say. Either CONTINUE the game or just say you aren’t going to finish it. It’s not fair to your loyal users. Doesn’t help the great image you once had!

I love this game, and I love how it gets more mysterious with each puzzle like endless thinking exercises to sharpen your brain. Nevertheless, the updates are quite frustrating and take forever. It saddens me to wait at least more than 7 months to have only one chapter. I understand how making games is hard but try considering updating it regularly, so we won’t get bored waiting like forever.

App doesn’t actually work past Home Screen. But they are also using a fake money making app for promo so can’t say I’m too surprised.
Great game but one thing recently
I really love this game. Probably one of my fav mobile games ever. Although throughout today of me playing it, it keeps saying that the server is not responding and to give it 15 minutes. I don’t exactly understand why this is happening and yes I’m on WiFi. But if you could try and fix this it would be greatly appreciated thank you. Also the chapters are just great!
Love the game, BUT………
Like many are saying, great game, lots of great puzzles, but the energy issue still hasn’t been addressed, not enough energy to do any of the things asked of you, yes you can watch a vid, but you only get 10 points of energy, and many things need up to 30! Only had it uploaded a few days, not sure how long I’ll bother with it…….shame There are so many other games calling my time that are free or more generous with the tools you need. I wrote the above ages ago, and have come back to it, but still feel the energy issue needs addressing…….having to use energy to watch poorly drawn slides is ridiculous 😢😢
Enjoyable and Relaxing Game
I truly enjoy this game. I've played all the way to Gray Nature on both my Mac and my iPad. There is a consistent frustration with the game locking up while trying to claim energy after watching a video. The ad will play, then the game completely freezes. I don't get credit for watching and I have the frustration of waiting until energy recharges for several hours before being able to play again. The stories are great and the puzzles are often challenging. The graphics and music are very well done. I'd rate higher if it didn't freeze so often.

This latest chapter has been “coming soon” for many months now. There doesn’t seem to be an “in game support” feature, so one is forced to come here for information. If the company is no longer supporting the game or its customers, I may as well delete it.

Love the game but not how quickly the energy levels go down and then take forever to go back up. I can’t afford to buy energy so have to wait to play all the time which is frustrating.

Crashes on my iPad, reviews take up time allotted on the game. Seen these games on the PC and ps 4 for very little money, extortionate cost rehashing old games
