I only have a couple of critiques and it would be with how quickly you run out of energy and the hints taking almost 4 hours to restore for just one. But I’ve been playing this game for years and I find it entertaining

Great game but….
I am loving this game but it’s getting very tedious now having to wait so long for energy. And if you do decide to buy it’s a stupid price really for something that runs out again so quickly. Please sort the energy revival time…having to wait a day is ruining this game for me which is a shame.
Waiting for energy sucks
Energy goes to fast and then you have to wait for it to reload. Not a fan as i want to just keep playing it.

It’s not free because you have to pay for time or wait half a day for it to be refilled. It also stopped working as the game progressed where the login screen didn’t log in

The game is very fun, only thing is that you use up your energy way too fast to truly enjoy the game.
Not enough energy to actually enjoy
I really liked this game and i do still play from time to time. I just hate that you use up your energy quick. It takes so much energy per each mystery you solve and it takes like 24 hours before you can even play again unless you spend a bunch of money which im not going to do.
Fun, but can’t play long
This game is honestly so much fun! No ads or anything… although you can’t play more then 10 min at a time without running out of energy… then it take hours to regain it…. I honestly would not put this game down if I didn’t have to go through that

This game has kept me engaged for months. I play for about 20 minutes everyday. It is so enjoyable. It is my favorite game to calm and distract my mind. I love it.

Can’t Play on Macbook
When I get to a hidden object mini game the mouse freezes and not able to move forward. Every game I have played has done this to me.

I love this game! I beat it over a year ago. I was wondering if you could please add a feature which would allow us to keep all our prizes, but start the story over so we could play it again. I know you’re working on Wedding Bells, but like I said, it’s been over a year and I’d like to play the original again without losing anything.
The energy is ridiculous
The game itself is fun. But you only get to play for about 15 minutes at a time with many hours in between. Every move costs a ton of energy that you have to buy or wait for, but it takes a ton of time to wait. Ridiculous

This is a super fun game, however on macbook, for a little while now the game will freeze in the searching game, which makes it unplayable.

It’s good but I lose energy so quickly
Whenever I play this game it’s so fun but I don’t like how I play it half a day then the text moment I can’t because I have no energy
Worse game
When I first started to play I was like okay this is a good game, but then after playing for like about 2 and a half months it starts giving trouble. Just now it deleted my whole entire progress on 1 of the stories that I spent 1 and a half weeks on and I’m frustrated. 😡 UPDATE: It stop deleting my progress but now I can’t play ads for me to play another story and it had been 2 to 3 months sense I had this problem and I had updated my device multiple times in hope that it would and it doesn’t and I’m frustrated.
Stole my energy and hints
Game froze stole all my energy and i had just started to play maybe 3 minutes before that happened used one hint and it stole it never gave me the hint i asked for amd it took the other hint i had left as well. Been playing this for a few months thought it was a fun game and now im thinking bout deleting it cause it isnt showing any of my progress either. So to me that was all wasted Time to get screwed by a glitch in this game.

This game is fun and amazing you do a lot of mind blowing puzzles to unlock big mysteries I would recommend to people who love crime and solving this!

You have to use energy that energyy runs out over and they did away with the thing thag lets you pay to by pass that cheaper so they can make as much money as possible

Love this game! It has so many different mysteries and characters that I love. The only problem is when you have to spend energy to do things. The game gives you a good amount of energy but if u want to solve it quickly or need to preform an action, the game makes u spend gems and once u run out of gems, the game will take money for gems. All together though, great game! Everything they promised is in the game! Great game!
What happened?
What happened to the games I loved? I’ve been a loyal player of your games because they are well thought-out and designed. We all understand that “free” games involve ads, etc. I don’t mind paying a few bucks or watching a few ads for energy to play. But recently it seems actual playtime is getting shorter with energy vanishing quicker. It’s less about the game and more like a slot machine where players need to keep feeding you money sometimes multiple times a day. I firmly believe developers deserve to be fairly compensated but stealthily shortening playtime to induce players to shill out more cash is disingenuous. At least be candid with your fans.
Addicting but can’t play for long
Story and set up of this game is brilliant, it really does test you at times. Found after playing for about an hour, and spending money on a refill. You rinse your energy pretty quickly. It’s a paywall game where a single story would probably cost a good £10 to complete in a sitting. Would recommend if you’re going to play for 20 minutes a day.

i am OBSESSED with this game, it's literally incredible and i could play all day long, except i can't because of the energy levels. sadly it runs out super quick and i have to wait hours before i can play it for more than one basic task. so other than that i absolutely love the game, i just wish i could play for longer than 15 minutes at a time/:

Absolutely love playing the game and the challenge of it however I seem to have to play it less as I seem to run out of energy so quickly and it takes more or less a day to fill back up can this be altered? Surely you want people playing the game for longer?

This app used to be so good. One off payment to play as many games as you like. Suddenly it’s wait 3 hours for one hint, watch FIFTEEN adverts to play one more story?? I want my money back, even if it was only like £8

Good game although at times it can be very tricky which then can become frustrating when you do not have hints and I believe the same as any other game you should not have to pay for things like that. All in all a good game through

If your looking for a relaxing solving problem games this is the one. The quality is great and the games are so good. There are many different games to solve if you love finding mystery games. I play these everyday and it’s so relaxing and fun
Give more idea of what to do
None of this makes sense. Zero objective is given. You just have to tap tap tap till something finally gives. Plus the energy usage and give are HORRIBLE. Absolutely trash. this game is nearly impossible.
Pros and Cons
I honestly LOVE this game, love how there's different types of stories, the storylines are interesting, the puzzles are unique and challenging, but you get 1 energy every 4 minutes and the max amount of energy you can get (without a bonus) is 300 which means you have to wait 20 HOURS for it to recharge fully. You also only get 3 hints and each hint takes 3 HOURS to recharge- but the hints will sometimes only tell you you need to go back so you can waste hints on it telling you you need to go back 3 times. There were a couple bugs where I didn't grab something from an area of a map and I couldn't go back or continue the story without the item but I literally CANNOT get the item.
Energy
I’d love the game if running out of energy wasn’t a thing. Super annoying when I have the time to play but not the energy to do anything. I understand it’s a way to make money but cmon

Loved, loved, loved this game until the most recent update and now when I open the game, it’s a pitch black screen and that’s all. Can’t play.
cool game
The overall gameplay is phenomenal. I love the graphics, the storylines, it’s not TOO interactive but it’s not fall asleep bc it’s not interactive enough. (If that makes sense.) My only issue with the game, is AS SOON as you get into the thick of a plot, you don’t have energy. I understand having to use energy to do the puzzles and stuff, cool, but 5 energy to do a puzzle and then pick up something IMMEDIATELY after is crazy. Now I did all this work just to watch the last mechanism sit in the roots still because I don’t have 5 energy to pick it up. Other than that, sweet game, 100%
Good…..but
Game is one of the better ones out there . Problem is the energy bar . So yer only about 30-60 min until it drops out and you have to purchase , even when watching the videos, doesn’t really make much difference. Remove the energy bar altogether and just have the hints to be purchased.

This game is so much fun and interactive I really enjoy them… however it should not cost any energy to do the mini games. It would also be enjoyable if you had separate energy for each game. Over really fun but they want you to spend too much real money for energy
