Suggestion
I’ve been playing this game for a while and love it. However, the game should have options to gain power ups over time, cause once you use all that’s given to you at the start there doesn’t seem to be a way to earn more. Also, there used to be ways to earn rewards through the “owl”, where did that feature go?
Stopped working
I have been playing this game for a while. I’m up to level 2571 and I am frozen. It says they completed the level and it won’t go past so I can work on the last level of the game. I would like to put out a support ticket, but I can’t find anywhere on the developers website where I could take care of that.
Stopped loading
Great game except that when I reached 270 I’m not able to load the game anymore. My phone is updated and there’s no new updates to the game. This seems to be a bug. Update: It took me reloading the game a few times, but it finally cleared up.
Used to love, but had a bug that was ignored
I used to love this game and almost got to the last room, but got stuck on the second to last room and all my attempts to report the issue were only met with canned responses and no one took the time to address my issue. Very frustrating and disappointing!
Abandoned game?
I really like the gameplay and the storyline, but there hasn’t been an update to add rooms past the recording studio so I’ve moved on to other games. It’s a shame because this is a very good match 3 game.

My game has not been updated in a while. When will it be updated so I can continue playing. I really do love this game so I would love to continue on.

This game used to have weekly events and they are all gone. Official Socials like fb hasn’t had an update in a year. Seems like a dead game.

The game is good but suddenly now the puzzles are not loading. I’m at level 386.
Was a great game
When this game first came out it was great! I was able to get close. I was at level 1156 before I couldn’t get any farther. However, when I started over, I can’t get past 300, they’ve made it too hard. I’m guessing that they weren’t making enough money, so chose to go that route. Unfortunate, as I would have been happy to buy the game outright.

How do you stop the game from popping up constantly in the middle of you playing other games it is irritating. I want it to stop.

I want to write about this game this game is very good but this game really stresses people out.
Nice game. A bit of a grind
I like this game but you have to play too many match three levels to advance the story. After about a thousand levels I grew tired of this and quit the game. If it were more of a one for one story clues to level solves I would have stuck with it
Was fun until the updates stopped
Made it all the way through the recording studio and then the new rooms stopped. There hasn’t been a new room in forever. It has been at least 6 months I would say, if not longer.

love this game , but I am on level 994 ,why do you make this level almost impossible to solve. Do you have any tips or tricks to solve this level . I don’t have the money to purchase any tips. I am giving this game a 3 because you make impossible to win when the level gets higher and higher.

the investigation room is great if you could add the chair in the back of the desk to be unlocked as well adds to the fun of the game! UPDATE: It’s not a dead game. It still updates somewhat. But just note that they have another game they’re working on, and sometimes it can take a while for a game to update. So please be patient, it’s always worth it in the end! :) Also, I love the characters, the levels, and the animations! It’s so beautiful 🤩 and it’s really good and fun! Thanks for reading this.
Fun till it wasn’t
Great game till I got to the end several months ago and it never has updated.
Fun game but…
I’ve been playing quite awhile, I’m in room 934. I rated it 4 stars because it starts out being really fun and addictive; but the further you go in the game the harder it is. I’ve come to the conclusion it cheats you so you buy more boosters (which I understand the business end). So many times when I think my boosters will clear the board, it ALWAYS leaves one. So I think I’m over this game. It was fun while it lasted.

This game was great at the beginning but after that room it takes forever to move forward. The game expects you to play more and more puzzles to even get to open one area. Became boring fast !!

Devs have all lvls hard, harder and worse from lvl 800 and on. They only do this to make you use money. Devs are just greedy and have gone out of their way to screw players who have spent time in their game. Don’t start - just a waste. Report it to Apple for a Scam

Must be missing something
Started playing a while ago and must be missing something. Instead of having me explore and trying to figure out the puzzles the game keeps telling me where to look, where to attach object or what to do with objects. There is no real figuring anything out. Basically leading me thru every step. I checked to see if I had hints turned on but see nothing that would allow that. Can’t see a challenge or point.

This game is fun, if you like match 3, until about level 100, then the creators of this game program the levels to loose unless money is spent. Every level is rigged to loose unless you use power ups (rockets, bombs, masks) and the rockets do not go to help the play. They explode on squares that don’t need it. Also pieces move opposite of how you moved them. Be prepared to be extremely frustrated playing this game as it can take weeks to finish one level. There is no reward for returning every day to play. And it would be nice if you could watch an ad to get an extra play.
Love it, but…
I really enjoy this game. However, they make most of the levels so hard that there is no way you can complete them without using coins to buy extra moves. How about a daily gift so that we can build up our cache of destroying supplies.
Great…at first
Good game, but the mini games are useless. I’m not sure why they’re even part of the game. However plenty of extras, like power up bonuses and challenges. But, one you got a certain point, the levels become almost impassable. After being stuck on a single level for almost two weeks, the game had to go. What’s the point in playing a game if you can’t get anywhere? I play lots of match 3 games because…well I have no life most days! And I’ve NEVER not been able to beat a level, even eventually. So enjoy the first several hundred levels, then delete it. That’s all you’ll be able to do anyways. It’s beautiful art, great to begin with though.
Loved this game until…
I have been playing this game for months and I’ve enjoyed it immensely. However, recently I’ve noticed that whenever I earn a “collectable” in the Gisela the Collector mini game (like the 30 minutes of the rainbow mask icon) it always shorts me a good 3/4 of the time I should get! At first I thought it was just a one-off but now it’s happened several times and it’s really irritating. I’ve spent a lot of time earning those prizes and it makes me want to quit playing if I can’t be rewarded accordingly. PLEASE! Whoever makes changes to the game and fixes the bugs, fix this one! Thank you!

Love this game
I love this game, I’m on level 494… I wonder if the devs know the daily rewards no longer work, it would be a 5 star game if not for that.
Glitches
There are some fun moments on this. Good graphics, good gameplay and not overly oriented on spend money. However it is glitchy. Just did a competition within game and won but didn’t receive the chest with coins and bonuses…nothing…updated it and still nothing. There is also the delightful moments of frozen game play. These happen alway when you are on a winning streak and there’s nothing you can do except accept that you have now lost and all your hard won bonuses have escaped to probably sunnier places. Then the use of bonuses. Do not trust they will go where you would expect. Oh no got that last obstacle and a rocket surely the rocket would ha ha nope. To summarise good fun but have no expectations of winning etc so may not be for relaxing when stressed as the glitches are annoying.

This game allows you to have fun without putting too much thought into it. It’s relaxing, but still mildly challenging. I just started, but I’m sure it will become more challenging as I get farther in the game.
Used to be a fun game
This was my favorite game, by far, and I’ve played a lot. Difficult and challenging but not impossible to play without spending a ton of money on power ups, boosters, etc. congratulations to the devs for updating the game and making it impossible to advance WITHOUT spending a lot of money. Welcome to the P2P version of one of the best games I’ve ever played….but will no longer be playing
Overall amazing but..
I absolutely love this game and I play almost all the time and I’m a massive fan of it but level 359 is giving me massive struggles, 2 times now I’ve finished it but because of the portal items it just keeps going and I had to close the game so it fixes and so I’m not stuck there for ages and now I can’t get past it:/
Fairly enjoyable to frustrating!
Going from a fairly enjoyable game this is now one of the most frustrating. First of all you get to the end of the available rooms and have to wait ages for the next room to be ready! Then the games become impossible to beat. Time for me to go, unfortunately!!
THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT GAME
I was greatly enjoying this app & would have given it 5 stars—until I hit the pay wall. As long as the boosters continued, I was doing great & making progress. As soon as the game demanded $$$ for these boosters, which I refused to shell out, I was doomed to repeat Level 27. I played 6 rounds of Level 27 before I got sick of the whole thing! This is one crappy game that demands $$$ in order to win the levels. I don’t feel like shelling out $$$ just to win a game. And it’s too bad, because this could have been a 5 star game. If anyone knows how to win levels without giving up $$, I would love some advice from you. If you could respond in this review zone, that would be great. Thus, I’ve rated this game 3 stars. I’ve given up on it!

Really want to work the game out for myself. Know how to do jewels don’t need a hand telling me what to move. Likewise with puzzle room. Let me work it out.

Great game, but very frustrating
I really love this game, but it has become very frustrating. I finished all the available rooms and now I am stuck in a loop of art theft. With the new update with the office, I can see that people have more options than me. I have no idea how to get other options, other than occasionally in the “daily challenge” (that you can skip and still get the prize, which isn’t much of a challenge!!)IMO they should have focused on adding more puzzle rooms, especially as it would seem some of us can’t even use the new feature. It would have been 5 stars if I could still play, but at the moment, I’m playing the same games (alternates between 4) over and over again. Please update to add a new puzzle room!

Ok game but takes so long to get clues, wish I could buy clues with my coins, or just make it a point and click game with the occasional match three game and charge for it. I’ll probably delete this as it just takes too long to do anything.
