This is by far the best game out there . It’s also been improved and so much fun . The only thing about it is if you need help you can’t get a reply from anyone . I tried countless times . If they would improve the Help Center it would be appreciated .
No update in over a month….
I want to start by saying that I love this game. I have played daily for more than a year. However, I have to reduce my original rating from five stars to two because the developers have not released an update for the game in more than a month now. Two “new regions” in a row have just been repeats of earlier regions. The release of the updated version of the Explorer’s Club has still not been rolled out to every player. Emailing the developers or sending feedback through the game garners no response whatsoever to questions about these issues. Maybe this review will help. I worry that eventually even new levels will stop being available to play. I understand that programming a game is a complex issue, but players deserve answers to questions.
Frustrating
Roll of the dice scores are always very low which makes the game slow and the disc icons are too sensitive and not powerful enough. Each section is too long and the dice is too rigidly calculated.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this game! I’ve spent MANY hours playing it! I’ve downloaded other games but always come back to this one!
Keeps freezing or crashing!!! Keeps losing streaks!
The game has been buggy. One time, I finished a level but it froze before it said that I won. I had to restart the app and lost my streak and gold compass! This game needs to be fixed now!

Where have the cards gone…
Where have the cards gone? The last group of cards finished, but new set to collect have not appeared… There’s no incentive to play the game…. At least with cards you can compete against your other teammates… It’s an excellent game BUT only 100 levels are loaded every two weeks…. Still not enough level’s loaded…..

A cool game that people would want to play a lot. My mom even likes it I even like it and I bet my cousin would even like it. I bet my whole family would like it. That’s how much we like it.

Enjoyable but…….
Love the game mostly. It’s impossible to collect all the card albums though. Been playing for a week and need two cards. No side games left to play. Haven’t had a reward item in days. Been playing so long that we wait for new levels. Some aspects are way too difficult like the cards. About ready to it quits but I have an amazing team.
Meh
It’s an addicting game but not really a fun game. I understand they want you to spend real money to play but they don’t give you enough moves or coin and you will end up spending hours on one level.
Freezes
Twice in one day my game has frozen and made me loose all my supers and I’m getting up set. I noticed if you have the supers for to long it freezes and start you over like you lost. Please fix this

When You play u will be entertained
Used to be fun. Now the realms are brutal and the game locks up and you lose your streak.
Love this time of game, but they have made realm levels so hard it’s stressful not relaxing. Game locks up and that counts as a loss costing you your streaks and wild card progress. I’m so annoyed I’m ready to quit. There is no tech support options at all in the game.

Average user interface but what drew me to this was the add and there is nothing like it in game play. I don’t like liars
Fun game - sleazy company
The game is a fun puzzle game but the company will not address in app purchase issues or respond to requests for support. Requesting refunds from Apple the only course of action left and hopefully Apple will step in to address this sleazy company.

Game won’t Load
I have played this game for many years and think it is great, but now it won’t load. I don’t want to re install because I will lose all levels completed. If you had open to open account and save with password I would have been able to get the levels as they would be saved.

100% no adds. Period. I actually went to play another game for a change of pace only to be hit by an ad and came right back, this game makes you forget they exist and it was a turn off to see them in a different game lol. The lost of .2 just comes from the rng of the game mechanics. It can get very annoying to get 0 bonuses multiple time per a map causing you to lose your streaks only to once you’ve lost it all for you to hit big time making the stage clear easy. Some of the move limits per stage might want to be rethought as a lot of obstacles require multiple matches(3-8) depending and with the bad rng make it difficult. Some levels are horrible when it comes to this. Other than that amazing game and No ADDS!!!
Stingy
The game isn’t bad overall but they are stingy with the coin rewards and some levels are ridiculously difficult. There is no way some of these levels are random. The worst part of the game is there is ZERO SUPPORRT. There is never any response when a problem is reported.

This is the third time I’ve been put back to level 1, after reaching 81 planets, even though it was supposed to be saved on apple, i feel its all wasted time

There should be more ways to earn dice.

Game is good, but it needs new content and gameplay is very laggy and when you submit requests to support, no one acknowledges you or helps with your issues

The game is not like the ad. I am on level 968 and I have not seen any puzzles like the one shown in the ad. Very misleading.

Great fun , but….
It’s one of those puzzle games that all seem made from the same template - but it’s fun just the same. I played for a few weeks, but I’m bored with the constant ads for other games, so I’ve removed the app and I’m going back to the other ones that are ad-free.

But just a warning: this game is quite addictive!
Dice & rewards
The game will be more interesting if you wasn’t giving one dice for every game we play the rewards are to easy to receive, it should be challenging not given away and as we progress in the levels like 1 dice until we pass the 100th 2 dice for the 200th board and so on, switch it up look at Royal Match this is the only puzzle game i play and is willing to pay top dollar play because it’s challenging and fun
