Good game, but…
I had fun playing for about 2 months. Then the levels got way too hard to win and wanted me to keep purchasing. When you lose 5 or 6 games in a row because it’s not winnable, time to leave because it was no longer fun to play. I don’t mind buying sometimes, but it got ridiculous. Game deleted.
Is there a bug?
The new version seems to have a bug. After updating I tried to play and play freezes where it just shakes and you can’t move any pieces.

Please fix the game. Screen crashes after every round on the Egypt cache. Send a patch asap

My favorite game for going on 3 years
✅UPDATE✅ May 7, 2026 I have no other device as per your advice. However my phone is not old. I have very little installed in my phone- even deleted many things that I did have in case that was an issue. I have deleted the game & reinstalled it several times. I have done a factory reset on my phone (which was a pain in my butt). I love this game & really miss playing it. I don’t know what else to do. It’s really upsetting. I am not well for years now & this is my one little escape from that reality.
Great game but would appreciate a tweak if possible.
I have been playing this game for at least two years if not longer. I also spend a decent amount of money in the game. I enjoy the game- its prizes and am at a successful level on a team that is fairly high in the ranks. This current team is at a standstill for reorganization because the leader and only co-leaders have long ago abandoned the team. The developer response is that they have no way to help in this situation. This leaves the team to flounder with no way to remove inactive players and reorganize. The only option as a competitive player, it seems, is to leave the team or play on a team with an obvious handicap. Would love if the developer could come up with a way to help a team in this situation. Thank you.
Sad
Unhappy I was playing the lighthouse level when the game update actually took me back a level. Now I have to redo the castle league. And 13 days is much too long for an event. Very disappointed in the game
Great if you don’t have problems
I keep having problems with this game. Hopefully you don’t. Because if you do, they will never get back to you. I have deleted and reinstall this game so many times trying to fix problems. I have been trying to get in touch with these people and nobody will get back to me. I tried to get help on Facebook also. Don’t put money into it cause you’ll lose it all. And don’t believe people that said there are no ads because every time you want to earn a booster you have to watch an ad all you have to use up all your coins. And the boosters are not that cheap. You are maybe 30 coins a game if you’re lucky and sometimes you can win up to 100 but then you have to pay 900 to 1900 for a booster. They don’t want you to win because they make money when you watch ads.

Connection Problem
I’ve been playing this game for some time. Spent plenty of money. Played on team Michigan since the start. Then I’ve had connection issues. Did everything they said to do and nothing. Then decided to delete the app and reinstalled. Well it started me back at game one. Lost my team and all my stats. Can get no help from their support team. Advice do not spend a dime on this game. Very dissatisfied with their support team. Maybe they will figure it out but looks like they are not interested in helping with the problem. BEWARE. Started again. Deleted and reinstalled. Still just closing out. Can’t even connect back to support. So dissatisfied and disappointed with this app. Should get full refund on all I’ve spent playing this game. Again BEWARE.
Problem with getting rewards
I purchased golden ticket and completed the game and collected the 5000 coins. On main page shows the game as finished but when I click on the treasure box it says I’ll receive awards when finished. Why won’t it release? I finished the basketball court and am on round 178 of castle league and completed 4 rounds since completing the game. I love the game but this is the second time I haven’t been able to receive prizes earned

The game gets stuck showing how to pick the hammer to use. Too bad!
Glitched on Egypt Cache
Area 62 has an Egypt Cache where you pick from 4 cards for coins or you get a bomb. It’s glitched showing 4 bombs and no way to play another level unless you close game and reopen it… but the 4 bomb glitch is there again after every level now. Annoying, Devs please fix this.
Disappointed Not AD FREE
The game was advertised as ad free! No ads! So I downloaded it. I reached level 800 and now there are ads between the levels. That you advertised as ad free and now have ads is considered a bait and switch.
Backup your game progress!
Make sure you back your game up when you move to a new phone. If not all your progress will not be saved and no matter how much $ you spend on the game the developers are not willing to help. Worthless customer support.

I love this game but it keeps crashing and won't open up on my phone and it's updated. :(
Card collection ripoff
Like most games of this type the card collection aspect is a total ripoff. The probability of getting those last two gold cards is shameful. You’ll go weeks without getting them.

This could be a great game except it has many flaws, it says no Ads but if you live in a certain place you get tons of Ads. I have notified support and they say there are ads. So is there or isn’t there Ads. No Connection keeps coming up support has been notified many times nothing done. So sad they don’t think enough of the game to repair the issues.
Hit and miss
I enjoy the game but I don’t enjoy not being able to join in the games with my teammates because I’m told that I have no connectivity when I clearly do. Sort it out please.

The games lag…they don’t move,,,,they don’t let you start jungle survival,,,,and you have to buy coins each day because even if you have 3 things for start,,,you still have to use coins to win a board I took 4 screenshots and sent them,,,I lost the gold ball and jungle survival because it lagged and crashed,,,,I lost 12000 coins and they would not believe me

It’s crashing a lot
It’s good game and I’m enjoying it. But it’s crashing a lot specially after update and I don’t feel like to play more. Please fix it. It’s a request.
Constantly forces you to loose
The player is always kept passive. No matter how well you play, the game forces you to lose in a way that eventually makes you spend money. There are many similar games without this much manipluation. A game should be something you enjoy, a format that helps you relax and take your mind off things. It’s called a “game” for a reason. But not this one.

Takes your money and lives
I have constantly told the developers that once I get the bonus the game unexpectedly quits, taking with it my bonus and putting me back to the start 1/10. It is infuriating. I no longer spend any money on this game. It rips you off.
Lesson to the players
The game is mind challenging but fun to play. The freezing of icons was address many times over and over again, so I really hope this update correct the problems.

FLASHING
Is there a way to turn off the FLASHING “hints”? OMG! Game immediately starts obnoxiously constantly FLASHING hints. Essentially, the App is playing the game, not you. You’re not given the opportunity to review the board and select the best move. And Developer would like you to give them your money so that the App/Program can continue playing the game. Nope!

Won’t Open
I loved it but now on my iPad when if T finally opens the screen is just frozen. None of the icons respond. Can’t play if it doesn’t work. Restarted my iPad and still is frozen.

Best 3 way match game ever
I have to say I love this game. I earn enough coins that I don’t need to purchase a lot bc it rewards you. This is the best game out there.
Support non existent
Fun game, but my chat won’t work. I can read but can’t reply. Have contacted support several times and nothing. Teammates have contacted support for me, were told I need to. This is the only way I know of to get some attention. I’ll update a rating when (and if!) I get a reply and issue is resolved.
Glitches🫤
I have really enjoyed this game. However, lately it freezes, locks up, etc. I have had to restart my iPad to get out of the frozen screen. It’s not the iPad because it does it on all of them (I have 4). This is the only game that I have that issue. Didn’t used to, don’t know why it does now🤷🏼♀️

I love this game but crashes are very annoying. Crashed 2 times in 15 minutes. Happens every time I play the game Fix this problem.

Ok but connectivity a problem. The game itself is fun, however, the constant connectivity issues mean that the mini games for extra points and boosters are constantly unavailable. A day doesn’t go by where I can’t talk to my team or because the system thinks I have no connection. I have superfast broadband, every other item in my perfectly well with my Wi-Fi, so it’s not a Wi-Fi issue. Their troubleshooting page simply says try again later or reboot your device. You can’t always play later, most people have a life and will play when they have some spare time. If they decide to upgrade their servers to cope with the bandwidth of thousands of people I may return to the game, but as it stands, I have been without “connection” for two days now, so am I unable to help my team with trading cards, or help anyone with lives. It’s a shame because the game is good fun.

Game has issues!
Started off good now they take away ads to watch for free moves and to keep the jungle game alive. Also numerous glitches on the boards leaving phantom boosters that don’t do anything. Customer support is useless as they do not reply or fix anything!

I enjoy playing quite a bit, but the game often lags or freezes, sometimes to the point where I lose a points race if very close to another player.

Seems to always crash. When it does you loss ALL your achievements. And when you report it they do NOTHING to compensate you. Very frustrating!,
