Glitchy
Fun game when it doesn’t glitch out on you. It loves to reset your progress on the weekly event, which makes it super frustrating.
Decent game
Decent game but I’ve got to level 1901 and that’s it, are there going to be any more levels to the game?
Typical 3 match game
Am guessing the reason for constantly leaving one bad guy on the table is that you’ll buy something. Won’t ever happen with me. The most annoying feature for me is & the reason I’m deleting game is, in order to just use a power up item like a bomb without sliding it, you have to double tap it. Too annoying to continue with this game.
Glitches a lot
Because of all the glitches, you loose win-streaks and your accumulation in any side quests. Can get very frustrating.
Wonderful
I’m really enjoying this game. Nice little story. Update September 20 Why don’t the side games payoff like the heist when you win you get nothing please fix because there are to many glitches.
Game freeze
The game froze and timed out. Then it reported that I failed the level and removed the bonus items I earned

I’m liking the game so far. It’s pretty fun. However, I don’t think I’m ever going to be able to join a team and ask for more lives because it keeps telling me there’s no Internet connection. None of my other games are having any issues and so I think it’s just this particular game.
What the heck
So I was trying to get into the game I got it like 2 minutes ago and I put in my age now I can’t play for another day (24hrs) like what is this
Fun game but…..
Having a good time playing but “suggestions” for related games to download cover up the power up buttons on the bottom of the screen. Even after downloading the suggested game his nag button won’t go away. Bad design

The game started me from scratch!
I have been playing this game for years. I took a break for a while because the game was too laggy for me. It needed more updates for fluidity… I went to play again just now … & it took me back to level one. Literally back to Ground Zero.!!! All of my progress, all of my money, & everything that I’ve done in the last few years, is completely erased! I can’t even find my original account anymore, and I’m under the same game center account on my iPhone! I refuse to start over from the absolute beginning. This is ridiculous.! The app seems to be moving faster and better. It’s not laggy and buggy like it used to be… But due to whatever update they had, I am now back at level zero. Absolutely not.
What happened???
I have been enjoying playing this game for months now but last night it reset and took me back to the beginning, level 1. I was in the 200 level and now I have to start all over. Ugh, I may just delete it.
Another “Nanny” Game
Just another match game that presumes you have no idea how to play so they have to show you. STOP already. We know how to play the freaking game because they’re all the same. AND…If you’re going to give free “boosters” then why take them away when you force us to let you show how they’re used? That’s completely ridiculous. Sure, it could be a fun game, but there’s absolutely nothing different here. Same stuff, different day. Deleted…
Glitches
The most annoying glitch (there are several) is how it freezes up in the middle of a session, which forces a shutdown, and losing my win streak and erasing my super power-up.
Yes I do have internet connection!!!
Like the game but why does it constantly say I have no internet connection when I most definitely do!! Please fix this!!
Horrible
You can’t play the game. An ad for Royal Kingdom blocks the bottom part of the game. I enjoy these games to kill time, but Royal Kingdom has pretty much destroyed all of them.
The task is over
I’m a new player. Have only been playing for a few days. Here’s my situation. The team heist task has not let me open the first or second chest to receive my reward and now it’s finished and won’t go away. I’ve tried rebooting. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off. I’ve looked to see if there’s an update. Nothing it’s not going awayso not only am I not getting my rewards I don’t get to play a new task. Another thing is I can’t chat. I can only give and receive lives. Please fix my problem!! I am on team #NumberEB36F i’d give you my player number or ID but I can’t find it anywhere! I’m actually adding to this previous review. It is now. Sunday and no one has reached out to me and nothing has changed! Somethings gotta give or I’m not playing anymore. It’s boring!

Mayor Match features stopped working
I’d like to be able to contact support before writing a review … but they don’t have it in the app!!! I used to enjoy the weekend play because that’s when the Colorbomb Clash was available, but now, it no longer works. Just stuck on “ Free game” that goes nowhere. Also the higher the levels, the fewer moves. With all of the objects to destroy needing a minimum of 3 hits, and less than 25 moves, it’s barely winnable without spending money. Takes the joy completely away. it’s awful when ads make games seem like fun but the game is nothing like it … sad .. this was supposed to beat Royal Match, which also does the bait and switch on what games you can play, and both are dreadful. Hope they fix it.
Loving it so far. Looking forward more levels.

Unable to open rewards
In mayor match I’m unable to claim rewards in Team Heist. There are two chests that I’m unable to open. Please help. Thanks.
Continuing glitch
The Colorbomb side game has never activated since I’ve been playing and I’m on level 936. Other than that I enjoy this game. Pleas get that glitch fixed
Game restarting
The game has reset multiple times and I loose my power ups. This is a little annoying.
Fix bug
The Colorbomb Clash and Mayor’s Highway are not working. I tap on them but they don’t do anything. I love this game but it is very frustrating when it doesn’t work correctly!
Fun game, one issue
I have really enjoyed this game. The only issue I’ve had is that the “team heist” doesn’t do anything. There’s no way to get shovels and loot chests. I hope this gets resolved as I enjoy the games within the game.
Rips off wins and money
Cheats and steals, same as other games by this company. Game regularly kicks me out after a win. Sets me back to start over and over as I win. This is why I swore off playing any of these games. They steal your money outright when they deny prizes you won because you bought the powerups. Shameful and dishonest. I will report this to Apple and the FCC. Clearly this is common across all game companies.
Get banner
The mayor’s match toolbox at the bottom of the screen get covered by royal kingdom’s get banner and I download loaded royal kingdom it still covers the toolbox at bar

I hate how many screens you have to go through with instructions and/or animations

I love the game but I have glitches. It won’t let me join the mayors race or join to compete and I tried to report a bug and it won’t let me. Please fix this it’s a fun game.

Love the game but…
I really enjoy the game and play it all day. The glitches with some of the side games not working I can live with until it’s worked out. But the fact that when I have to take a break when I’m playing and it starts the level over losing my win streak is annoying. I wish it would just start back up. I’m not closing the game, just going to another app for a few minutes
Needs work.
First of all, the lettering is way too small. Secondly, you can’t change your name or avatar. I don’t like to be referred to as “Robin”. Lastly, the sound effects are very cheesy. A few more updates and it should be OK. In the meantime, two stars.

Don’t Install -Spyware
This Game is a Phishing Program, disguised as a game. It Uses Up to 42% or more of the Battery when Running; which is WAY Out of Line, for Any APP! It Sputters and Hesitates when Doing Simple Tasks. It’s a Huge Resource Hog! The Only Explanation is, that it is doing Way More than just Running a Game; It’s Very Likely Sending Your Data to Online Servers!
Team heist
Anytime this quick game comes up it never works I’ll click on it and it’ll say play and I don’t earn shovels or anything how can this be fixed where the mini games actually work

Too many glitches
Nice game but far too many glitches and freezes. Rewards disappear and lost progress make it very very annoying. No way to contact anybody either.
Fun but app issue
There’s an issue right now with the app for the color bomb clash. For some reason when I’m clicking start, it’s just not working. This is when you have unlimited lives so it would be helpful if it worked.

This game continually crashes make you lose all your progress. I’m completely locked out now because there’s a new level and there is no way for me to enter it. Don’t waste your money buying coins and powerups!
Need to do an update
Most of the functions are not working. Wagering Waters does not work or engage, nor Mayor’s Run, etc.

Great game but freezes and crashes often. You will eventually lose all completed levels and money spent for extra items and moves.

Every weekend I looked forward to playing color bomb clash to win against an opponent for a chance to win 600 extra coins. For the past two weekends it won’t let me click on the color bomb clash button. Why won’t it work?!!
