I downloaded game through ad and didnt receive gift pack as stated

Not sure what version of Piggy Kingdom this is. I got to level 9500 in a Piggy Kingdom but the game wasn’t saved in my iCloud so when I got disgruntled with it after days of playing one level, I deleted it but then decided to try another day. This is the version that downloaded and it is different by quite a lot. I can no longer find my other team to see if I can rejoin.
Hmmm
While I LOVED this game in the beginning, it was obvious later on that the games were finagled with to get you to spend money. Now that I’m in the 5000 levels, i have to play the same level at least 10 times to get past it. Then they give you 3-4 easier one and after that another repeat of the seriously difficult one. They also repeat games. What was at one time a game I loved I have about had it with.

I downloaded the game with the expectation of an anniversary gift pack. That’s what the ad promised. If y’all aren’t really giving away a gift pack with the download, then you really shouldn’t lie about it.
This has been my favorite game since installed in March, BUT
UPDATED 8/1/26 I reinstalled the game, which reset my staus to "new player" That was fine. Everything is fine, but where did the cake go? I really don't care much for the race car. Just saying. To the developer... Thank you for your reply. You are a rare breed of those who care that we, the people, actually enjoy the games you develop, and we spend our free time enjoying. 😎 ******************************************* I removed it today out of frustration. I can't say for certain, if the game gets more difficult with higher levels, but it seems as if that is the case. I have not been sucessful this month winning many levels, have used up all the bonuses won. I have never purchased any "help" for any game, ever. I have rent, taxes, gas, etc as a higher priority. 😉 So is it me or the game? Eh?

Glitched out twice
I love this game. I play it all the time. I got to the 8000 levels and when I did the matching game. It glitched out and I had to uninstall it. Had to start from square one. Reinstalled it and got to level 86 and it did the same thing. Thinking of going back to royal kingdom.

Like everyone else I never receive the $99 download bonus contacted Customer support over three weeks ago and still no response so when they’re telling us that they’re sorry for the misunderstanding and/or the troubles that we’re having receiving the bonus and to contact customer support that too is a bunch of garbage they’re not gonna get back to you. I would have more respect for them. I just left a response saying blah blah blah bad look bad business.

Been stuck on grand derby for over 2 months, the cards have stopped being available and all my team mates are on World Cup! I’ve tried everything, offload the app, delete the app , reinstall it but no change, very disappointing as I’ve really been enjoying it up until now
Upper levels aren’t rewarding or fun
Early levels are fun, but once you get into the thousands, you’re repeating the same level 5-7 times to pass and you repeatedly lose the objectives/prizes because it’s impossible to get a win streak. Sucks because you’ve already invested time and money. 👎🏻

No $99.95 bonus for joining. What is it with these kingdom games every single one of them is a scam or a money grab. I have yet to run across any of these games that actually allow you to play the game they show on the ad. Very disappointing yet again.

I submitted a ticket to support back on July 5th and I still haven’t received a response. Now I’m experiencing a new issue with the game and they haven’t responded. There needs to be some sort of accountability. They don’t care if you’re having problems and do not respond to any inquiries.

Fun to play! Unlike other games like Royal Match, which seem to make some levels deliberately difficult to push players into buying coins. One suggestion: it would be great if unused boosters could be converted into extra coins at the end of each level.
New Changes = $$$$$$$$$
This is my favorite game. In fact, it’s the only one I play. Things are changing and they are geared to spending more money for coins. Some players are lucky and get to watch ads for extra coins and earning higher points. The rest don’t have that option. You collect cards to finish an album, and then there is a second album for higher prizes. Now they are testing how many albums a player will attempt to finish in the allotted time (more coins) and are pushing FOUR albums. Now the side games have options to buy more moves in order to finish them too (more coins). Our team is losing long-term players, as they are losing interest and don’t like the idea of spending more money. It is true that you can play without buying coins, but, when you run out of lives or coins, you have to wait for them to build up. The lives build up with time. The coins do not. You must play and win many times to build up enough coins to help you advance in the game (900 coins gives you five extra moves in one puzzle). Then you have to start building up coins again, two or three coins per puzzle completed. Do the math. Players are not going to continue playing if this doesn’t get resolved. It’s not fun anymore, it’s frustrating!
Impossible at the higher levels
Just like the other games such as Royal Kingdom, as you get further into the game it becomes impossible to clear without buying extra goes and ultimately needing to spend money! The number of high power items becomes less and also I end up using my rockets, punch etc on the smallest of starting grids so waste a load of them!!

The ad says you get a special $99 value package for downloading and playing. They lie! So tired of games that advertise something and it’s just a ploy to get you to download their stuff. I won’t play for the simple principle of that! DELETE!!

I almost always have to get through five to seven ads to finish a level which wouldn’t be so bad if the ads were short but they are not , the game itself is fun but having so many ads is very frustrating

I am on level 8601 and cannot get into the game . When I try it takes me to the outlet mall .i I don’t have enough shields to continue playing there so press the cross which then takes me back to kings legend. I enter there and takes me back to outlet mall. Please when is this bug getting sorted
