Excessively long ads
There are super long ads after every single level and the game will not let me purchase the ad free version.
iPhone to iPad
I wanted to play on a larger screen and keep the same level I have on my iPhone. This doesn’t seem to be an option. I have to start at square one if I want to play on my iPad. Ugh!

Been locked up for a month now.
Fun game but….
I love this game! Really I do but I have reached higher levels and noticed it started freezing while playing, the very small items are on the side and hard to pick and the time seems to go a lot faster than it previously did. The other day I noticed that only two of the items I needed were on the screen. I’m all for hard levels and will play until I win but I don’t like games that cheat. I went to google to see if something changed and I see that many people are having the same issue. That being said I will continue to play it until it becomes impossible to win because it is fun and helps me unwind.
Awesome game!
I play every day. I’m on level 15,128 and on a team, which makes it more exciting than playing alone. We are very active, but I wish there were more active teams. The real problem is that there are just so many. I’ve spent my fair share of money, but not because I have to, but because I want to. There are a bunch of Sets shown, but I’m wondering why I haven’t seen half of them. My only issue is that there is no gameplay instructions.
Too expensive
I lie this game better than tile busters but this one is way more expensive if you want to purchase anything. I’ll probably just delete it.
Ad Free Only
Game is fun. Needs more rewards give at one time. Biggest is to have an ad free option without all the items so it’s cheaper like your other game Cube Busters.

I love this game but one it freezes a lot,and I was literally half way through a game and it come up congratulations you completed all levels,and now where I tap play it is purple with gold outlin currently on level 13 I had a look through my profile on sets a new is one coming soon not sure if that’s anything to with it,and also albums are completed which were done few months ago,but as for completing all levels is this the end of the game or is it a glitch as no information lol ☺️
Losing the win streak
I truly enjoy the game but don't like that if you pause the game and come back the win streak resets to zero even those I didn't lose a level
Need Ad Free Option
Love the game but hate the ads after every single game. The ads I see are all for Amazon Capsule wardrobes. It’s very tiresome. Give us the option to purchase an ad free option.
Disgusting pop up you allowed
I was playing your game and I received a pop up with a message saying my account has been restricted because I was hacked when going to an adult site. LIES! I have NEVER been to such a site. If this is something you allow your sponsors to pop up, SHAME ON YOU! Kids use your game. I’m disgusted. I have a screenshot. I want answers. I’m sure all parents would like answers. Of course you don’t allow for me to attach a screenshot. I bet you will remove this review as well. That’s ok, there’s other means to share this information.

Love this game! Very addictive to play, BUT, I’ve played over3,000 levels and the “prizes” should be getting better but they aren’t! Please fix this!! And why collect all the stars and you can’t do anything with them???!!! Fix that too please! And change up the objects!!! Great game though!!!
WAS my favorite game
I’ve been playing this game for a long time. Currently level 10580. I have spent money the entire time. But like every other great game eventually it feels as though greed takes over. The past month or so it has become impossible to pass levels. -yes I’ve contacted support- I’ve climbed to the top of the beanstalk many times. However, now I can’t even make it to the 6th chest. -yes I have heard the levels are not impossible without support, that they are tested. What a lame excuse- I am constantly stuck on levels using all my lives. I never had this problem before. I would love to keep playing and supporting this game, but not if it continues like this. I’m so close to deleting. Don’t ruin a good thing!
Annoying ads
I really like playing this game, however, someone needs to watch some of the ads. Either it takes forever to close them or a blank screen comes up and you can’t close it. Spend more time trying to close some ads, then playing the game.

No one should be forced to watch a commercial/ad after they won a level. I can understand it happens when you need help with that level but not when a level has been won. No one likes a bunch of commercials. I see it as a way for this app to force you to pay $ to stop these ads, but to me it is a way to get me to delete your game all together. Which is weighing heavily on my mind. It makes no sense to me why you show so many ads to deter a player away from your game
Good game but needs more rewards
Really like this game and would have given 5 stars but what stops me is there are not enough rewards. There is no daily reward like on other games I play and some of the ways to earn rewards end before you have a chance to earn them. Also sometimes you will be on a good winning streak with a magnet and then the next time you play, you are back at the bottom of the streak with no magnet!!!
Fun game but too many ads
This game is timed. After each game and in the midst of a game, there is an ad. I mean long ads too! While you have to view the long ad your time is running out! I kind of like this game but the many ads take away from enjoyment of playing.

Love this game,But some of the games are impossible to get through in the set amount of time which is a bit unfair,makes me think they are done so you have to buy the cheats.

Actually a fun game ! The ads over run the games. In a half hours time.. game time approximately 10 minutes to 20 minutes of ads. The worse part is when it's an ad for another game advertising no ads. ironic! And the x doesn't appear until they want to end it. Not worth getting until they fix this.
Excessive pop ups
When wanting to play the game - you first have to get through pop up after pop up after pop ups. Often there can be 10! To get through and actually play the game. Sometimes 6 or 8, but even up to 10.
Excellent and addictive game
First matching game I’ve found with reasonable times for each level and very easily seen objects. I play on my Ipad rather than on my phone - objects are much easier to see. The only money I have spent so far is for the Golden Pass which gives me more coins and objects to work with. My only complaint is I have tried to purchase the no ads option - but the app will not allow me to make the purchase. I have contacted customer service several times and sent screen shots but they have only responded telling me they received my concern. Otherwise - great game!!!
Very disappointed
I would rate this game much higher as I have been playing it for years now and use the app nearly every day but the customer support is awful. They have a support link on the app which I have messaged numerous times. They ask for your email and I have never received a response. Not only that but I have spent a lot of money on this game on coins to play and use special features such as a magic wand button that clears one object for you for free, a bounce button which clears the line of collected items, and a tornado button which mixes all of the objects on the board so you can see the hidden ones better. When showing how many of each of these you have left, if you have over 99, they just put 99+ so you can’t see how many you really have. I know this because I had been collecting the magic wand ones for the better part of the year and only using them very rarely. Just recently I bought a coin pack that contained 126 of them. So recently I started using them more often because I had over 99 saved before I bought the 126. A couple days ago I noticed that my tornadoes are down to 5 and my magic wands are down to 50. The tornadoes make sense because for a while I was pressing those pretty regularly without even thinking about it but the wands I had used really sparingly. Recently I used more than I ever had but I definitely didn’t use more than 50 or 60. So now I know that they put 90+ so they can cheat you out of as many of the extra features as they can although I’m sure they will say that it’s because there’s not enough space to put anything over 99. Either way I feel very cheated because I am a loyal player and have recruited people to play this game too
Coins
I love this game but to get any coins to buy items to help with game is hard when you only win 10 coins per game. Different games ie the harder ones should bring you more of a prize.
Do not recommend purchase
Do not buy packages! You get options to purchase extra Coins that you can use for things in the game that can help you win levels. One of the perks in some of the purchases is time for infinite play ie 2 hours of play without using lives. Unfortunately you have to use it right away. The timer starts at time of purchase or at time of winning it and doesn’t stop when you log off game. I don’t recommend purchasing packages with this unless you have time to use it at time of purchasing. I will not be purchasing more from game unless this is fixed.
Fun, but not on the up and up
I really like this game. The only issue is that on the last item I am required to get to end the game and win, there are only 2 of the 3 items available thur requiring me to use the wand to pull the final item out of thin air. This began happening after about the third day and when I began to get on the upper levels. I don’t think that’s playing fair. I must purchase in order to get the wands. The required items quantity is not equal. REPLY TO “HIS REMINDERS”: sorry but your response and excuse is seriously messed up. I’ve played the game and it is fun, but I play all the way through hitting the very last match and you do not have even numbered items. I must use assistance to complete. Sure your game is free, BUT YOUR ASSIST ITEMS ARE NOT. THUS A PERSON CAN NEVER FINISH A GAME W/o BUYING YOUR TOOLS. IM NOT HERE TO CAUSE PROBLEMS, truly I’m not. But own up, ok. Geez, I had to remove your game cuz I truly couldn’t afford it. Want to impress me? Give me a refund.

Unable to load
I am trying to open the app on my iPad. It shows loading and then the screen just shuts down. Yes my software is up to date. Yes I have a payment method. I am connected to the internet. I have available space. I’ve powered on and off, I deleted. And reinstalled the app multiple times.

Played this fast paced game up to the point where it is impossible,I have colour blindness on certain colours, so basically the game is impossible when you have 2 colours like creams and beige that look the same.
Great game but ….
I love playing this game, it’s very relaxing. But I’m finding the constant requests to change my advertising choices very annoying. I watch all of the adverts required to play this game, and there are a lot of adverts. If I’ve told you my advert choices once, I don’t want to tell you numerous times a day. If it doesn’t stop I’ll have to delete the game.
