Customer service bust
Be cautious about playing this game and getting in too deep, during gameplay when you get to the end of matching what you need to gather the items just aren't there leaving you to have to use a booster to clear the board, this isn't a problem unless you have a long streak going that you're earning other accolades on. This has happened over and over, I constant reach out and have pictures to prove this , but it all fall upon deaf ears. I am at least 20 of the remove three boosters in the hole, I've contacted them countless times, all with a thank you for reaching out to us BS. Then nothing afterwards. I was a pretty loyal in game purchaser, but not anymore, not till they reach out and credit me what I've asked for. The very wary of this game designer. Their group will not care about your issues.

Used to be fun
This game used to be fun but it’s no longer due to freezing all the time. I’ve opened and closed this game so many times it’s ridiculous! I’ve contacted customer support and they’ve done nothing. For a long time the level chest and coin challenge weren’t working then one day they did. It’s all messed up now. I would delete the whole game and start over but I’m on level 3516 and don’t want to start over!

Love the game but it stalls every few levels and needs reloading - tried again but it’s frozen at least 8 times in 12 levels, really ruins the fun

Advertiser Allowed to Take You to Websites
Rather than watching ads and being able to click finish when the ad ends, Match Junk allows their advertisers to take you to their website. They probably get paid to do this but it lacks integrity.

Locks up every time the clean up ad comes on. Tired of it. Please fix it.
App glitching
I used to enjoy playing this game but for some reason now the game glitches all the time. I could be in the middle of a game and all of a sudden the game freezes then starts to glitch. It then tells me I’ve been defeated even though I still have plenty of time to finish the challenges. Literally glitching every other level I play. Going to take a break for a while and hope the issue gets resolved.

If you can’t click fast and you don’t like time limited games this isn’t the game for you. If you do then this is a great game for you!

Needs better rewards
Rewards are very little and you need to clear like 20 levels to get enough to buy any of the 4 items to help move forward. 5 to 10 coins a level isn’t a lot.
Ads now even after paying?!
It took the last space to make matches and changed it to an ad. I paid for this game as it was designed now they’ve gone and added ads to it. Ridiculous. I paid for the app for an ad free experience. Thanks a lot!

I am 87 years old and I am slower than your time allows. Sorry but please take off the timer or change to one hour.

Fun game with some annoyances
I’m addicted to this game. I think I paid for no ads (don’t see third-party ads), but between every round there’s a pop-up or two for add-ons. I’ve got 140k coins/stars; a “starter pack” is not necessary. It’s also frustrating to not be able to just hit the play button without having to wait for all the animation. I would love for the cannon to be added back as an option - I enjoyed it, but I can definitely see where others might not.
Upgrade bug?
Impossible to get rid of the upgrade screen that pops up and won’t go away. Downloaded twice and had to delete twice to clear the screen. Won’t try again.
Love game
I love this game too but it keeps starting me back on level i started at instead of the level i ended on. So I have started T level 600 or 640 every time I long on. No advance and lose progress on money

While I have just started this game and I know it will get harder, so far very enjoyable.
Rip off greedy change the game and time and now takes 200 and coin instead of 100
Unless you’re rather throw money to the wind, don’t bother playing this game because you have to spin coin in order to move to the next level. It didn’t used to be like that until the new owners took over recently. They bury you deep for levels down and add all these different icons and you can’t see so you always touching the same collar that’s not what you want for so you’re losing all the time and spending more money because there’s no other way to get past the level unless you do Also they added flashing and bombing and it’s just simply ridiculous. I’ve played this game for over four years and I will never come back. I contacted Support several times because they have not given me my coin that I have one and when you get down to the end of a game the very last icon isn’t there five times this week. I’m over it.

While this is a very entertaining game I have discovered that they have been billing me erroneously for 3-4 months. They did not start out this way. I was getting charged for purchasing I never made for coins to continue to play. Apple has been complicit in helping them. For this reason I deleted the game. I refuse to be charged for something I did not approve. Watch your bank account and or credit card.
I’m loving this game BUT
I’m on level 3367 now, which means I’ve been playing a long time. I'm still not receiving the unlimited rockets/fireworks booster when I win. I do hope there's an update to fix this. I'm getting the unlimited extra time booster when I win it, but not the other.

What's with the new glitch where you can't tap on anything in the game?? So I had to force close the game and it treated it like a "loss" so now I lost all my progress on the climbing rewards??? I'm done.
Great game…but…
Great game, really addictive but I get to any level in the game, come out of it and go back on it later only to find it has dropped my level back to the beginning. Pretty annoying when I haven’t run out of time on the last level I was playing.

I give the app a negative rating. They allowed an advertiser to scare me, indicating my phone was hacked. In this day and age of getting paid for every click, it is a ridiculous way to earn. I will be deleting the app promptly.

It’s getting ridiculous with the length of ads. Some of them are 90secs or longer and 6clicks away from your next play. There are no challenges as in other games. Sound does not work all the time.

For some reason it says I have no internet connection so I’m not getting the points that I win! It’s very frustrating so I even tried to start over but it still isn’t working properly! I have sent reports but no one responds!
New cannons ruin it
Loved this game until the new update added “cannons” that throw items on top of everything every 5 seconds or so, covering up any strategy I may have had and being completely distracting. I removed the app after trying it twice, but then later reinstalled it in the hopes of enjoying it again until it gets to a certain level, but I don’t know where the cannons kick in. I hope they rethink this change because it’s a really great game without it.

This used to be fun, but they keep changing the rewards and making them less and to use boosters (clearing bar, etc.) it costs much more. I’ve already paid for no ads, but I’m not going to get caught in the trap of buying more coins. Now that they’ve lessened the rewards I go through coins very fast and once they’re gone I’m done playing. I’ve played over 9,600 games, but the changes they’ve made ruined it.

Wrecked again. No Longer Improving—Was just right, then wrecked, then okay, now impossible.
Dreadful! I loved this game! The new eye-bleed colors and new non-toy ugly items are back. The easy levels are so lacking challenge they're boring busy work. The impossible levels require masses of game resources to get out of, and the earning rate for resources is rock bottom. I WILL NOT BE EXTORTED!! I will watch ads to support the devs. I might buy a little something fun. I will NOT pay money to get out of an impossible level. Never! That is the antithesis of fun, and the utter ruin of the game. Buh-bye once favorite game! It was great fun until it wasn't fun at all! ______________ New improvements: The eye-bleed colors have been toned down and the game is more like the old normal (see below). I like having to learn the correct strategy, but there have been a couple impossible levels this week, which required buying out of them with game resources. That's not fun, but a lot better than the cannon, which seems to be gone, thank goodness. The cannon wasn't impossible, but was just a drag. At least the impossible tasks are just too much junk in too little time. It's not as perfect as it was, but it's back to being mostly fun. — ————- Okay, since the update I've played some without the awful cannon coming in, but it's a different game from when it was my favorite. It's all about matching colors on big stacks of the same items in a lot of different colors, instead of different items, and the new colors are too bright. A lot of the new items are ugly, too. But the worst is that for many tasks you really have to clear everything, not just the required pieces. It's okay. It's better than some others. But it makes me sad, missing what it was. Until then, bye… ——————— Match 3 games are mostly a snooze after you've played a couple, but matching can be as fun for an adult as a toddler. Instead of silly blockers and boosts, this game just has a pile of junk to sort through. There are single find bonuses and boosts highlighted with sparkles, but you just tap them. They don't interrupt the game. In general, I don't like timed games, but I'm into hundreds of levels, and there is enough time. Barely, sometimes, but enough. I don't care about outside of gameplay stuff, but if you do, you can get stars for going fast, coins, streaks, etc. What I really love is that when there are new items to find, or a particularly deceiving pile of junk, it might take a few tries to complete a level. You can buy extra time with game coins, but mostly I just like the learning curve. Best hint: get rid of debris. Don't just stare. Levels also only take a few minutes, making this a fun way to wait, and never too long to deal with.
