Fix the freeze! The scores in the game are not adding up today!! All day stuck with no score, when I had finished more levels!!

This game is a money making scam. My power balls don’t activate on super hard levels. I spend a fortune for very little game play. I spent $20 this morning and the game became super hard even on easy levels and now I’ve lost my power ball and boosters and would need to spend more money to continue. I have another game that is similar to this, match factory, and spending money gives me lots of game play. I’m very annoyed.

Fun game but it’s all ads
It’s ridiculous that you have to have the ads throughout gameplay, but especially when you have races where you’re trying to beat other players and you have to watch the same freaking ads that you’ve already watched over and over. It’s too much unless you have all the time in the world to have it keep interrupting your game. I don’t. 👎🏼

Hey Everybody I love playing match 3 games. I’m currently playing 3. Want you to know if you become a good and skillful player, Toy Match 3D will interrupt with ads(of which their ad says no advertisements) and another thing when progressing to next level they pile the items up above and under timer and stats of target items. FOR REAL🤣 I’m still gonna play your game. You my opponent. C’mon y’all

I like this game but I wish there was a way to get rid of adds . Like have an option to pay to get rid of the ads.for that I will give 4 stars when the add option hopefully appears I will give 5 stars
Game freezing
Love this game but for the past few days once I finish a chapter the game won’t open the next one. I have to close the whole game down and then start it up again. Not great when I’m in a team competition. Please fix this glitch

Good game but…
This is a fun game and I enjoyed playing it. However there are too many bugs that seem to persist. I’ve communicated this to support and occasionally I will receive an answer asking me to be patient. These bugs cause me to use boosters more than I should have to. In turn I need to spend more money if I want to continue to play. The “super ball” doesn’t seem to work when you’re on a super hard game. Again, I contacted support and they requested a screenshot. Sent one but no response.

Hey - fix your glitches. I love this game but earning good coin is difficult enough, but when I win levels and tournaments, the coin and other prizes often don’t actually collect. I thought I was losing it but for the past month’ish I’ve been documenting it with screenshots and I’m definitely not getting all the winnings (coin, rockets, etc). Also, there is a huge lag after using coin to extend time, and when the game lets you start playing again.

fun until it’s not. levels are extremely difficult past 190 or so, nearly impossible around 250. there are over 5000 levels. that makes no sense, why make them so so hard? also, the game keeps glitching while i’m playing. it will select the wrong item from the other side of the screen multiple times before clicking the one you were clicking on, usually maxing out your items before it gives you the thing you want, so you have to retry the level, or give them money. the ads i watch are the only money they’ll get from me. i really enjoyed the game until i didnt. i only started playing like 3 days ago and already over level 200 ive played so much, but unfortunately now each level takes 20+ minutes to clear unless you lose all your lives, in which case you wait 30 minutes for each one back. overall sad the game goes downhill so quick. i really did want to like it and thought i was going crazy about the difficulty until reading the other reviews. don’t download it until they fix whatever this is, you’re giving them money by watching the (ridiculous) amount of ads and only fueling them to not care about creating a game that inevitably becomes impossible. just don’t download.

Getting worse
This game was the perfect quick bite when I started, but the difficulty jumps with no warning after level 215 to where I have to replay almost every level multiple times with no hope of clearing the first try, and there’s way too many ads, some of which are broken and I have to reboot my app and lose my awards. I’m not sure what happened. It’s like the devs don’t want you to be able to play the game

I love this match game. I just made it to level 10,000. I don’t mind the harder games. However, the ads make it not so much fun. I usually purchase the Toy Pass on a monthly basis, which I feel should have NO ads at all if purchased! But, about half way through the play days, it’s back to ads again. Why is there no way to play with no ads?

Furious about guns on my screen
I have played and loved this game for years. I just finished playing episode 1230. It's been in my rotation of favorite games for years. The last two levels that I played had hand guns as an item to match. I will not play a game with guns in it. How dare you? This is not appropriate in any way at all. I am VEHEMENTLY OPPOSED to guns in a playful game for children. Kids play this game. Guns are not a thing to play with. Shame on you. I'm deleting this game. I'm angry.

I don’t mind ads as long as there are rewards. Once I made a purchase there are ads after I play a round.. when I did have an option to do an ad with a reward it was for 20 seconds additional play time which is as insulting as giving a waitress a penny tip, which is insulting. No I don’t even get those. Takes too much money to get through some of the levels.

The game itself is great, but it’s annoying to have too many ad breaks. I sometimes spend more time waiting for ads to finish than I do playing the actual game. It also boots me out occasionally and I have to reload it to continue. There are similar games that don’t have that issue and don’t have any ads. Time to move on.

Fetch issues
I downloaded a new game for fetch to earn points but it just keeps saying Opps Issues and can play but no points. I did this review on 12/27/2025. On 1/22/26 I got a response they were sorry for the problem, they optimized the game and redownload. Well Fetch no longer offers points for this game. So after almost a month to get a response and can not even get points for fetch no since in playing this game. Especially as it took so long to even respond to me. To many other good games to play to deal with this type of customer service.

Please fix game
App freezes after I complete a board. It’s the only game I’m having a problem with the rest of my games work fine I’m asking again to fix the game please. Every time I finish a board the screen won’t let me select anything to play the next level unless I stop playing and wait like 10 or 15 minutes and reopen the app
