It was good…till it wasn’t
This is a good time wasting game. Been playing for a while now. When it started glitching/freezing mid game I even stuck with it for a while. But every time it does that the only thing that can be done is to hard close the game. And when you do that you lose all of your extras that you earn completing levels. Which is irritating as all get out. So…game is getting deleted.

Games freezes and you lose everything
So, when the game app freezes up — which it does FREQUENTLY(especially the further you get) — you lose all “status” and have to start over. It’s beyond frustrating. Gave 2 stars only because I do actually like the game when it’s working.
Fun but ad bug lately
Just contacted their add development help department. There is a new ad format that splits 2 short ads to run when you choose play ad to continue your game instead of using 900 coins. I have seen an issue 5 times already, where the 2-spot ad runs them, then goes back to the game and the continue button disappears. All you can do to continue is to use 900 coins anyway or close the game and forfeit your progress and all the boosts! Please fix it! Thanks. Other games get the same kind of 2-spot ad and they let you continue as expected. I have lost at least 3,600 coins this way.
Fun!
Freezes often, especially after a ad interruption. Yet it’s easy fun!
They're doing nothing to fix
Game locks during gameplay. Will not restart you must exit out and lose all progress. Needs a fix!
Game freezes
I am at level 1531 The higher you get levels the more your game freezes and it does it in the middle of you playing you have to restart your game from the beginning otherwise it’s a great game. I love it. When I read some of the other reviews, I guess this has been going on for a while. Cause I see other people complaining about it so if you’re gonna download this game and you read reviews see how far back the freezing goes if you’re not a person that gets frustrated easy and don’t mind freezing and restarting your game over in the middle of an level this game is for you
Crashes
All the time. And then you lose your perks. I had to quit because it was more frustrating than fun.
Great but
Glitches and crashes OFTEN, have to keep restarting, TOO MANY ADS, and to top it, ands that keep opening web page tabs, SO ANNOYING.
Shop drop game
I’ve played this game for a while now it says you were able to get money out of playing the game. I haven’t received anything yet, but it keeps locking up I’ve made it to 1000 and it’s still locking up even if I don’t win my money. It’s still a fun game.
Freezes requiring restart
I just downloaded this and was really excited about it but it constantly freezes/glitches and requires a restart to get it to stop. I saw a review saying the same thing on Tuesday so I thought maybe it was just a recent issue but other reviews dating back to April say the same thing. Maybe even earlier but I stopped reading by that point. Please fix!!!
Love it…..but
I can only play this on my phone. It will not load on my iPad which is infuriating. It gets to the end of loading then shuts down and they can’t seem to figure it out
Technical Issues
This could be a great stress relief, if it didn’t have so many glitches. The game continues to freeze and I keep losing my power ups
Not ready for prime time
It starts good like other similar games. But they need to work on their ad integration. The app freezes after ad play often enough for me to give up and delete.
Love game but fix glitches
I’ve been enjoying this game but all of sudden it’s starting to glitch and freeze up and I can’t pass my current never. Also these glitches cause me to lose my earned boosters. Please fix this issue so I can keep playing! Thank you.

Great game
This is my favorite hole game. My only issue is the control of the hole. Many times you direct it down and it goes up you push to the left. It will go up you push to the right it will go up. I really wish you could do an update to make the control smoother. If you fix it, I will change my review to five stars.

Very frustrating freezing
This has been one of my faves for a long while but recent glitches and recurring instances of the game freezing up are super frustrating. Hope it can get fixed because this is a bummer
Addictive and fun but it Glitches a lot !!
I really do enjoy playing this game but I've lost more than a few levels because of glitching. Along with most of these losses went the extra time and special items to help clean up items I had built up. It's frustrating and I hope they clean it up soon!
This game freezes
This game will freeze every 3 minutes, the game with freeze makes you force quit! If you used any of your items in the game before your game freezes and force quits, you lose those items. Overall not very entertaining.
Fun game but crashes a lot
This is a fun game, but it crashes after ads if you’ve been playing awhile. I’ve also had objects that have been pushed or fell past the edge of the map where I could not get to them - unfortunately they were required for the level. This meant killing the game and losing all the bonuses I had.

Frustrating App!
I love this game but it resets your score back to zero randomly in the league tournament. I will be in first place and on the last day It will drop you to last place. have contacted them multiple times and they say they are fixing it. It’s been months and I’m done.
Overall not bad except the insects
The game is fun, smooth, short for break in between. The only thing is the items, animals I can consider as toys, but insects…. It’s creepy, especially ants, it gives me goose bumps whenever it’s the target of the stage. Is there anyway to exclude some categories so I won’t need to eat the ants?
Love/Hate
Can yall fix the game? It keeps freezing up and I lose my perks because of it. I love the game but that’s absolutely ridiculous. I have to wait and it shakes and sometimes it freezes my whole phone to where it won’t even cut the screen off.

Bugs/Rewards
The application is fun to play, but I've experienced freezing and flickering in the game, causing the screen to stop and go black. When I reopened it, I lost all my rewards.
So Many Ads!
Great game, highly relaxing and very addictive however, is an ad after every single level necessary?! I understand that playing ads helps to keep the game going etc but surely, after every 3 levels would be sufficient? Most other games that has ads are every few levels before an ad so why not you guys? Love the game but wasting a lot of time on ads, which by the way, are advertising the same concept games by other app developers?!

Freezing
I love the game the different challenges that’s given but everytime I’m Dee into the game it constantly freezes up on me and then once I try to reopen it my progress is erased and I have to start the level over. I just wanna know if it’s my device or are there others experiencing the same thing. If so maybe shop and droppin needs to reboot or figure out wat the malfunction is.

Steaming mad
I have downloaded this game twice. Trying to give the game a chance to fix the tweaking out problem that seems to happen when you are doing really well in the game and forces you to give up all the extras you have earned in the previous levels by making you restart your current level!! I’m DONE with this game!!! It’s so disappointing being forced to “redo” a level because the game tweaks out!!!!
Battery and overheating
Really enjoying the game, but it seriously drains the battery and overheats my iPad in the bottom right hand corner. It’s the only game / app that does this

It would be a great game if it wasn’t so glitchy… Every time I play, 1-3 levels un, it freezes, starts blinking, then you lose all your perks. I’m continuing with game play for now to reach goals for another app. Then im deleting it!

Fun until it wasn’t
I wish I could give this game a couple more stars and I definitely would if it did not start freezing up and jitter so much right in the middle of the level and will not let you complete it. When you try to reset it sometimes you have to do a hard reset of your phone. I am not sure if it’s just a lot of bugs in the game or not but it’s not much fun to have to reset the game every time you try to play it unless the can fix it not worth wasting your time on it!!!
20 levels without ads, then…..
UPDATE (May’25) Tried to delete but it won’t delete from iCloud. SO annoying. ORIGINAL I was enjoying this as a nice relaxing game to unwind at the end of a busy day. The game itself is good for that. And the Devs were polite enough to ask, after 20 levels, whether I wanted to continue with ads or remove them. “How polite” I thought! Then… I was immediately taken to an advert that showed exactly the same thing 4 times and lasted over a minute and a half! Absolutely ridiculous. I know you need money from advertisers, but really? I’m deleting as I don’t want to spend more time watching irrelevant ads than playing the game.
