Ads are horrible
I wanted to like this game because it is fun, but every ad I’ve had to experience is some kind of smutty romance novel app. I didn’t know that many different apps like that existed until now. I’m seriously considering deleting the game because it’s so bad and I refuse to pay to go ad free. There is no way I’d ever consider letting my kids play this game because of the awful ads.
Hard/extreme levels
I've been playing a while and I do enjoy it but was wondering why the level before a hard/extreme level is in fact an unclassified hard/extreme level. It's frustrating when you complete it and then immediately have to do another
Enjoyable and challenging, but…
What I don’t like, and why I’m going to stop playing, is the Extreme levels are designed to either make you fail or you have to use multiple boosters - far more than you earn in rewards. Targeted items are buried deep in the pile and literally impossible to see - often even after using a booster. To finish, you must use boosters multiple times. Look, I’m all for a challenge, but we should be able to finish even the hardest level without a booster. This is designed to make you spend money.
False advertising
I downloaded this game after seeing it as an ad on another game. The ad said “No timer. No rush. Only pure fun” which is a lie as there clearly is a timer 😂

Timer!!!
Ugh. I like playing the game. It’s easy & I can play for hours but the STUPID TIMER!!! Is absolutely FRUSTRATING! This is the 2nd time I’ve asked yall to take off the damn timer. It’s frustrating as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tolles Spiel, aber….
Das Spiel macht wirklich Spaß, es ist nicht zu einfach aber ich nicht zu schwer. Allerdings nervt die Werbung. Nach jedem Level wird Werbung gemacht. Da verliert man manchmal die Lust m spielen. Vielleicht könnte man es einfach alle 2-3 Level Werbung schalten ( wenn es schon sein muss😢😢). Daher nur 4 Sterne

This app needs to ask if we really want to use points to get more time. Tired of losing points since it is too easy to accidentally touch that part of the screen. I have lost lots of points because of that.

Extreme levels way too difficult!
I’ve played several of this game type, and with Box jam, I thought sure that I had found my favorite one, by far. Up until I reached 89. The Hard levels are difficult enough! The Extreme levels no longer make the game enjoyable. Only 2-3 minutes to get through those? Seriously? I wish there were a way to play this *without* the timer. Also, Extreme levels should be spaced out a lot further in the game play, like every 30 or 50 levels, instead of every 10. Coins are way too stingy, and winning power ups are few and far between, There is no way to progress and feel satisfied. I paid to remove ads, and don’t think it is fair when you run out of lives that you need to wait several minutes to play again, with no option to watch a video to gain additional lives. This makes you want to leave and not come back. The additional time and freeze power ups are of no use when they are depleted almost immediately, with no reasonable option to obtain more. Please remove the timer—or at least double the time allowed, in order to play a bit more leisurely. Only my opinion. As I said, this is the best game of its type—but I won’t be playing much do to the frequency of the Extreme levels and being forever frustrated with the time, and with hardly any alternative to progress beyond them.
Fun game but ridiculous levels and ads!
After a while the extreme levels that require ads or power up purchases become the norm. The ads used to average about 30 seconds. However, the last couple of months there are many ads that are two minutes long. I wish I could just purchase IOS games instead of enduring all the in-app time wasters.

This is a great game. Very entertaining. However, y’all are very chincy (cheap) on the prizes you give for achievements in the games.
Hard to win
I love this game. I am on level 2055. It was kind of hard at times on previous levels, but the past few levels I’ve been playing are worse than ever. It takes all the fun out of it and I am close to deleting the game now. They want you to spend your money or your boosts. It’s so hard to pass levels without doing that and it’s not right.
Miscounts
This game is fun to play but it miscounts tapped items which becomes very frustrating. Spent money to reduce ads but this issue is enough to make one discontinue playing.

False Advertisement
The advert claims it is ad free. This is not true. It is only ad free if you pay. Deliberately misleading advertising = 0 respect for people, very disappointing.
Fun but could be better
I enjoy the game, it’s definitely one of the better of this type but there are a few niggles When you run out of time, you get the option to buy more at 900 coins, this box pops up in the middle of the screen and is so easy to hit accidentally, it takes a while to accumulate coins so this is really frustrating, please either move this box or give us a “are you sure you want to spend your coins” option. There are two games in each 10 levels that are called “hard” and “extreme” which can take a lot of attempts unless you spend real money to buy items to help, the games before each of these two games are also really difficult, so with only 5 lives, (unless you’ve won a timed unlimited lives token) these four levels take a lot of playing to get through. On the plus side there are lots of little extra side games that give prizes to help gameplay which is good
Bait and Switch
This is a really fun game when you can actually play. But you will want to pay to remove ads or go crazy from constant interruptions. Then, after you’ve paid they want you to pay some real money every day or the levels become impossible to beat without boosters, which you will quickly run out of. It’s funny because as soon as I spend some real money the levels seem to get more reasonable. Still challenging but fun. And if I don’t spend money I can’t finish a level without running out of time or boosters, or both. I’m deleting it.
Need more attainable extras
Although I appreciate the difficulty of the game, it takes FOREVER to collect extras(paintbrushes, ducks etc) and you can’t finish a room before they change it to another. The $900.00 it cost to keep going is extremely expensive and if you want to purchase coins or upgrades, it’s more expensive than any game I’ve ever played

Too Difficult
This game is ridiculously difficult. The time given for the complexity of it is stupid. I paid to remove ads and get some perks. My bad. I have another game like this I play a lot and am in the 1000's level wise and have yet to lose a game. This game I got into the 30's b4 starting to lost repeatedly. The amount to revive is too steep. Unless you like to be super frustrated don't download this obvious money grab. It's obvious they made it extremely difficult so you'll keep poring money in to get perks. Don't waste your time or money.
Sending lives/helping team mates?
I like trying to complete the weekly quests but there is often “help teammates” as one of the tasks and I cannot figure out how to send lives to team mates for the life of me! I am part of a team and can see the chat etc, but it would be very helpful to have some proper instructions on how to complete different tasks.
Be aware
After playing this game for a while I have noticed that sometimes when you collect items they don’t register for example I just had one item to collect I tapped on it and it didn’t register then all the others items of the same group were hidden.

The ads for this game show a winding circle of colored object for go to collect 3 at a time. That is not what this game is.
Love the game but…
I love this game but frustratingly when I am rushing to hit all the items before the timer runs out I’ve spent so many lots of 900 coins by accident as the button is right in the middle of the screen and it takes ages to build the coins back up again. If it was placed right at the top/away from the “clickable” area then this would alleviate the issue. A reimbursement in coin credits would be lovely … 😀 though unlikely lol. There are varying levels of difficulty, some frustratingly so, but I keep plugging away so must really like the game as I’m now on level 1,169 😀😀 I’ve just written the above then noticed there was an update available so have updated the game. Whereas previously I used to listen to the “blip” noise get higher in pitch so I knew when to stop collecting that item rather than glancing up to see how many left I needed, which I found extremely helpful, now regardless of which item (of the two available items) I’m collecting, the blip increases in pitch with any item collected so now it’s a bit confusing and I don’t know when I’m done 😔. I understand that it is “counting” the consecutive number of items collected, and will then throw out ducks or lightning bolts etc, when you have correctly tapped the correct items consecutively so many times, but I preferred it the original way. I might be further ahead if the coins hadn’t been used accidentally - hence the 4 stars. Would give it 5 other than that. Well done, a great game.
fun but extremely unfair
this game is not hard realistically but it does become hard when the game wants you to get small items that are always at the bottom. so in a game where you get rewarded for not clicking the wrong items, this makes it hard for no reason other than to use items to make it easier which could just do nothing
Games are supposed to be fun
When will game developers realise games are supposed to be fun, not stressful. It’s ok to have a timer but getting stuck on levels that are too difficult just makes us download new games and stop playing. Like the concept but will switch to another if it starts winding me up

I really like the large designs. The graphics are beautiful and so colorful. In this game, after trying a level several times unsuccessfully, I love that the board is thinned out to make it easier to pass the level. I’ve never seen this in any other game. I wish more would do this. Thanks for the fun game!

Not the same type of puzzle game I saw advertised. I saw an advertisement involving matching ducks on a conveyer, but this game involves picking items out of a pile. Why be misleading about the logic of the game?
Zeit wird falsch gutgeschrieben
Wenn die Zeit um ist, kann man mit schauen eines Videos angeblich 60 Sekunden nochmal zusätzlich bekommen. Tatsächlich bekommt man aber nur 30 Sekunden. Was manchmal nicht wirklich ausreichend ist.

Advert for game totally misleading
The game came in an advert in another game. The advert is totally misleading as the features shown don’t appear in the game. It also says it has no ads but it has lots. Played 50 levels waiting for the features shown to appear and they didn’t so deleted the app
Great Game
Really enjoyed this game till I hit level 159 and now stuck as the level has too many of the same colours and too many coins and cannot afford to keep putting in app purchases to play on without extra items.
