This app is very expensive. I spent way too much money on it. When you win multiple puzzles in a row, you get bonuses. If you pause the game, it often counts you as quitting. That removes all the bonuses you have earned and cost you money to get back to where you were. Customer Service did not offer to compensate or fix many times so I will not be using this game anymore. there are so many more games out there that have good customer service and this app is super expensive to play. Impossible to win and in app purchases don’t give you much so they accumulate quickly. Also, there are so many fees that you pay way more than they say on the app.

Uses bots disguised as actual players, game helpers are extremely expensive, levels get unbearably difficult starting around level 1000. And it won’t let me leave this review, claims ALL names are being used. So they even cheat with that!

This game is fun and all but the Support chat has gotten weird. My chat is open still from THREE WEEKS AGO. It should’ve been closed. Now if I have a question I don’t get any response because that one person obviously isn’t there anymore. Fix this!

I love this game. It is one of the most balanced match 3 games out there with beautiful graphics that remind you of living in a magical toy land. Excellent customer service too!

Spelling
This is an okay game, but it is getting a bit frustrating. I think the part that frustrates me most is the misspelling of a particular word. In your card game, the word cactus is misspelled as catus. 🫤 Oops. I know sometimes things slip by us so I hope I’m not stepping on toes. It’s even in my nickname “Great Speller.” I taught language arts for many years so it’s second nature to me. I found another spelling error. The card that says cuision instead of cushion is in the Cozy Hearth set.

Before last update, I paid to have my game ad-free. After just a couple days of playing, the game became so incredibly hard. There absolutely is not time to beat the level I’m on. I have encountered hard levels before, but eventually after 4, 5, or 6 tries, I could get through it. Now it is impossible. They simply do NOT give enough time to collect all the required pieces. The only solution would be to buy points to get by it, and I spent enough just to get rid of the insulting ads. Too bad. As soon as I did that, I think they expected that I would just keep paying more to keep playing. WRONG!!! This game is history!

Nice graphics fun game but no place to give feedback. As you get higher up it is all hard and super hard levels which takes the fun out of playing.
Game Was Great…Until
I did love this game, until you made it too expensive, and impossible. Now you pay $1.99 for extra time to get through a level and you don’t even get 1 minute to get through the level. How are you supposed get through a level that has 80or 100 items left with only 40 seconds to complete the level? People stop playing, and spending money to play, when you make it almost impossible to finish the level at a reasonable cost.

The advertisement for this game states NO ADS!!! It’s lying!!! There are ad breaks about every 4-5 levels. You do not have to watch the whole thing but that is the reason I downloaded it. This is upsetting….

Fun… at first
It’s a fun game until you get to the higher levels, where it’s impossible to move forward without purchasing items to get through the game. So, it’s no longer fun to play.
Frustrating but fun
I purposely don’t write reviews on a game until I’ve played it for a while (level 806 now). I absolutely love this game with one exception. I’ve probably spent at least $60 (if not more) on passing certain levels. Some levels are extremely difficult to get through unless you pay for coins. On your first failed attempt it costs 1000 coins to add time and if you don’t pass it on the second try it’ll cost you 2000 coins to add additional time. The packs of coins you buy are gone in a matter of minutes. Some levels you only have maybe 2 minutes to clear what’s required to pass, and mind you, some items are extremely small, while on other levels you have a ridiculous amount of time to clear what’s required. All in all, the graphics are what keeps me going back to play. I don’t mind spending some money on a game , but I can’t go broke either.

Beautiful graphics
I love the graphics and everything about this game. The only thing is I’d like a timerless option so I can enjoy the graphics more and also do this game at work. I have a game like this from another company that has no timer but the graphics are poor and it isn’t as fun. I would also add a “skip level” prize to be won. If a level is just too hard to pass you can use it. I didn’t need to skip a level until 219 but I sure wished I had it 😂

Loved this game so much until it became IMPOSSIBLE to win and advance without throwing money for boosters, more time, etc. So disappointed!
No refund
I downloaded the game bc it looked fun. I played it maybe a couple days and was really enjoying it! Graphics are great, lots of rewards, challenging levels but I made a mistake by purchasing the Toy pass for $9.99 (10.69 with tax) and immediately it popped on the top of my screen -$10.69 from Apple Pay and yet an error message popped up on the game screen?! So I clicked on the right side of my screen to make sure the Toy pass was activated but it wasn’t. So I closed my game went to my Apple Pay and it showed the transaction had went through? So I closed the game again and went back in to the Toy pass on the right of the screen and it still showed that they were still locked? I waited a day and still not activated so I emailed Toy Match and they immediately replied and asked for a screenshot of the transaction so I emailed it immediately. That was a week and a half ago and no reply or refund! I emailed them back 3 days ago and asked about my refund and they still have yet to reply! I think it’s a travesty to take peoples money and then refuse to refund it back whenever you have proof that your game has glitched or whatever happened and then not even respond back about it!! So guys, if you chose to download this game, BE careful about purchasing anything bc the same thing could happen to you! I don’t mind making in game purchases if it’s a game I truly enjoy to alleviate stress levels so I see this as a loss on their part bc they will not get another penny from me. Thanks and GOD Bless!

Gets impossible to match in time limits
I was loving this game……until I got to the higher 500 levels. It became nearly impossible to get the matches in time in the “hard” levels before time ran out, even using all my extra boosters. It began to make me anxious playing this game. I’m deleting it! I don’t need the stress playing a game.

Adverts have ruined - uninstalled
This game was great and I didn’t mind some adverts but the update has brought in more and often the advert doesn’t run so you have to close the app and reopen.

I had three bonus boxes and I received nothing due to the video failed to load 3 times. What a joke!
Fun and easy to play!!!
Very colorful, looks like play for children but can be helpful to old people too, to gain their speed of thinking and flexibility. I thought this game will give reward like real money prizes but let’s see.. recommendable!!

I absolutely loved this game. It was 5 stars. I am on level 8687. I find the game is changing. You have more items to find with less time, forcing you to use/buy more coins. Since your not able to win as many screens now and place higher your not winning as many coins. Being forced to spend more and enjoy less. STOP THIS . Let us enjoy it again.
