Best Hole Game Ever
Fantastic gameplay!
Beware
This game will steal your money. You will get bombed when no bombs are around. You will have the last item in your hole before time runs out and it will still say you ran out of time. Around level 200 they levels are on a constant repeat nothing new. You purchase their Hole Pass and get only lives and they try and only give you 200 in coins when you know it’s way more than that. Their answer is the same “ Hi I’m Penny and we are sorry and know we have issues and glitches. Give us a week and it will be fixed and no more repeat levels. “ same AI lies every time. And no fixes.

This hole game is really fun! I love the 3D stacks of items. Your hole grows bigger at a nice rate. The items fall into the hole easily. No major glitches yet. Ads are tolerable so far. Reduced a star because you don’t earn rewards in enough quantity.
Good until HARD Levels
Game is great and addicting until you get pretty progressed in it (level 300+) then they make it impossible to complete without spending money

I have got to level 10853 so you can tell how much I enjoy the game! However I did an update last night and I’ve now got ads 😡 this game is supposed to be ad free, I’m hoping you’re going to correct the issue?

Customer service
Why can’t I get a hold of someone to call me back? There’s a glitch. I’ve reported it. No one gets back to me. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off. I’ve tried updating. The game is fun until it’s not. UPDATE: I tried using AI to fix the problem. Offloading and even reinstalling. Now I have 2 profiles and can only access one. I have lost I have lost progress and also upgrades that I bought. Thankfully, Apple did refund my purchases however I am still unable to fix the original problem a customer service still hasn’t got back to me even though I’ve reached out several times.
Get rid of ads
It’s a great game but now it’s like the higher level u get it’s coming with ads and I don’t like that at all

I love this game and played hundreds of levels, no ads. Now it’s got long extended ads between almost every level. What happened? Also, each time I reach the “vacuum” stage the game shuts down. I loose the level and next play starts at random stages, repeating several levels again. 😏
Rabbit hole!
This game can really help with not only killing time but relaxing. It’s so much fun and it just gets better as you go along. One thing I’ve noticed is that on iOS it’s completely different from Android, in a sense if there being an extra feature on the Android. Can you guys incorporate the piñata into the iOS system?

Great for a while
This game is great, early on, but later the levels difficulty increases to nearly impossible. Unless you spend copious amounts of money on power-ups you will end up doing the same level over and over until they finally make it easier. I recommend playing this fun game until it’s no longer fun, then delete.
Loaded with useless stuff
Loved this game, but is become full of side quests and other useless trivia designed to distract from the core value and encourage spending. I’m looking elsewhere.
Fed up
I loved this game and am well advanced in it. However it has become so hard to complete the challenges, that I used to complete in a couple of days, that I’m not going to spend any more time on it. The developers are not interested in suggestions.

Game is fun but you only play 1-2 minutes then have to watch ads that last longer than the gameplay. Deleted due to ads.

Loved this game until ads started popping up.
Great potential but the levels become impossible
This game was really fun for the first 2-ish hours of play. But they start repeating the exact same maps multiple times. Then later there are WAY too many levels that are impossible to complete without power ups and spending money. For example, I just played one with a timer of only 20 SECONDS with over 100 goal objects. I had to use 5 different power ups to complete it. There are also a bunch of levels with so many bombs sitting on objectives that you cannot move without hitting them. The game forces you to use up all your lives before it lets you try the level with a reasonable amount of bombs. I appreciate that the game doesn’t have ads. But after playing a couple days, they make it impossible to keep playing without spending a significant amount of money.
Fun in the beginning, but….
I looked at several titles of this sort, and took this one because of the lack of ads. I really enjoyed it for about 2000 levels before ads started popping up. Over the coarse of three days, I went from no ads to an ad after EVERY level. I just updated, hoping that would help, but it didn’t. It’s faster to shut the game down after each level and restart than to sit through the same ads played over and over agin, but it is super annoying.

Suddenly out of nowhere after every round completed an ad. And then another round, an ad. And again an ad. It has become filled with obtrusive ads and is now deleted. Great game but if I want to watch ads I’ll pay for cable television, not pay to get rid of them.

Love this game! But Ads are back
I have been playing this game for a little while now (level 2851) and I absolutely love it. I’m addicted to it. My favorite part about it there’s been no ads at all and that’s amazing!!! Edit: 7-2-26 I’m not sure what’s going on with this app now -since the beginning, it hasn’t had any ads & now all of a sudden -there are ads again after every level. I don’t know what is going on. I definitely will not play this if there continues to be ads, this was my favorite game, I play every day -I’m very bummed.

superstar発動しても爆弾は入っちゃうし磁石のように寄せられる動きもなしで発動の意味がなくなってる！何日も続いてて1回戻ったのかなと思ったけどまた発動の意味無く寄せられる事もなく。結構課金したけどなりたくなくなった！

UPDATE*** After seeing the developer response, I’m going from 2 stars to one, and I have already deleted what used to be a really cool app. I really thought this developer was different, but I was way off I’m currently on level 1163. I really enjoyed this game…until today. All of a sudden there’s ads after EVERY LEVEL 😡 What a horrible way to destroy a good game. Looks like I won’t get to 1164. Sad, really.
Coins
Love the game, but twice I have got maximum coins for the 5000 reward and it’s glitched and not given it to me!! Frustrating. Developers sent me a message saying they will check if the reward has been issued but… it still has not.
Nice, addicting game but…
My coin bank didn’t get deposited to my account at the end of the Hole Pass. I couldn’t find where to Report an Issue in setting and posted feedback in the game settings, with no response. Another teammate also didn’t get their coin bank either.

When is it ad free?
I must be playing a different game than everyone else is. I have to watch an ad after every level. There is an icon to go ad free in the bottom corner when on the home page. This is why I have trust issues with Apple.

Superstar is Worthless Now
I’ve been playing this for a few months and it was great - the right mix of challenging and kept me coming back. Something updated this week and superstar now only makes your hole bigger for a few seconds, and you move slightly faster, but the shield from bombs doesn’t activate with it anymore like it used to. It seems pointless to have at this point and feels like a cash grab to buy coins to continue. I tried to find support in the app to report it, but where it says to go to report issues doesn’t actually exist in the app. Hopefully this is changed back, it was fun when it worked the old way.
Glitch?
I liked the game until the last update! When I buy coin packages I like to be able to keep the superstar but not now. Now when I swallow a bomb or run out of time and I buy more time with 900 coins! When that level is over the super star starts back at 1! What? If it continues I’m just gonna delete the game cos the coins aren’t cheap and it just isn’t worth it anymore!

Quite a good game but does get very laggy, and the amount of time you have to complete the level isn’t enough and makes the game very stressful. Deleted.

I only played this because there weren’t a bunch of annoying ads. Now, they are constant even though I paid for NO ADS over a month ago. Turn them back off or I will delete and demand my money back.

After update game not working properly
I updated app yesterday, today my name team and stats and game not showing up. It stated no internet connection. My internet connection is great. I have reinstalled the app. Turned off my phone etc. still not working properly
Good game with couples of issues
Great casual game but can suddenly stop responding for a second or four, very frustrating if the clock is close to running down. And it would it be so hard to make the game rotatable? If playing with bottom of iPad on body impossible to play and charge.
Ads are longer than...
I loved this game, as it really helped me improve my memory and focus, in recovery from neurological damage. Initially, I had no Ads. I didn't mind, when they started showing up. It is a free game, after all. But... the Ads are about 2 to 2.5 minutes long. They play after each level. Each level is only 1 to 2 minutes long. Sometimes the Ad won't go away and I have to close the App completely. 🤨

Fun addictive game, been hooked on it for the last 2 weeks made good progress but then the app kept crashing. I thought I’d uninstall and reinstall but lost all of my progress now.

Glitchy
I like this game but from time to time it goes all jerky and glitchy. Also, on more than one occasion I have paused the game to reply to a message or something and when I have gone back the continue button just won’t work, it re-starts the level but loses my progress and my rewards on the plate of surprises. This is really annoying especially when I have paid money in-app to buy coins. I feel like I have wasted my money and am considering just deleting it.
