Get rid of the “stories”
We got this game to play with the little balls, not to save the stupid chick. My game is just putting up more stories and not going on to the next game. Since i cannot play the game i like i have no course left but to delete it. And I loved the game as it was.

What is wrong???
I have been playing this game for a long time. But for some reason over the past month to six weeks you can’t see anybody score for where you’re at in the league. We have been on the same game I know for a month and usually you end games in two weeks. So what’s up? I’m tired of playing and the game never ending so that you can get rewards. The makers want you to purchase continuously they won’t let you double any rewards and the rewards are so little you can never get ahead. I’m about ready to delete this game.

I really used to love playing this game. I stopped playing for several months because I was waiting for a new story. I came back to find no new stories and they have taken away the opportunities to get free boosters. What the heck guys?!!!!!😡

It would be nice if you guys would show stats even when the “league tournament” was about to end. Also, could you make the little side contests to where they don’t open automatically or, at the very least, make a way for us to exit out of those when opening the game?

I love playing this game but there’s way way too many ads. I play for about 20 or 30 seconds then I have to watch a ad for 2 or 3 minutes. That’s not fun 😖…… Then the game will freeze 🥶 and I have to restart it. If this keeps happening I won’t be playing much longer. Ad, Ad, Ad……. Most of what this game is about!!!!! Takes 30+ minutes to play one game ad then freeze 🤬🤬

No time limit, no ad interruptions, engaging, and relaxing…I genuinely enjoy this game.
People who come from scrambly
Do not try this game. It’s literally filled with nothing but ads and pop ups. There’s ads after every level, pop ups when you go to the main menu, ads after restarting, pop ups after watching an ad etc. The levels are designed to be rigged, making you lose because of things getting in your way like those blue pipe thingies spawning little bubble guys you don’t want that ends up filling your slots. They throw a new mechanic like every 5 levels this early in the game that gets paired up with another mechanic in one level making it impossible to beat without restarting for better rng. Revives and power ups are useless. Even watching ads only help get rid of one little problem but you’re going to lose multiple times in one level because now you face another problem which you repeat watching another ad for revives and power ups.

Can’t move past level 1526
Can’t get past Level 1526. It is glitching and won’t match up. There’s always and extra ball of a color that doesn’t match. So frustrating! I love this game but it won’t advance. I have too score but without advancing, I can’t get my prize.
You can’t see the whole board!!! PLEASE FIX!
I love this game so much and I play it all the time! But recently, it’s like half the board is covered up by the top banner and you can’t see the bubbles up there, making it impossible to finish levels. PLEASE FIX THIS so I can keep playing!

It stopped working
I loved this game, was obsessed with it, i got to level 1177 and it stopped working. Please tell me someone is fixing this as i now have no idea what to do with my free time. Would be 5 but it stopped working. The last 3 bubbles were not the same colour and it would not allow me to move on.

Needs more updates
I used to love this game. I paid the initial fee to avoid having ads between every single level. You could watch ads to earn rewards and then immediately watch another ad to double those rewards. They stopped that. The more levels I complete, the less rewards I get!! The side games are a joke and haven’t been updated in months. It has become very boring and the ability to earn rewards has declined tremendously. It used to be fun but after 3,700 levels without the ability to earn rewards and lack of updates, it’s just not as fun.

Story Mode Suggestion
Fun game. Sometimes challenging. Sometimes just a time killer. Wish they would make it so you can re-watch the animated segments of story mode. They are well done, but can only be seen one time.
Had so much promise
I don’t mind watching ads for rewards, but this recent update has made it so you HAVE to watch the ads to play. The little tubes the bubbles come out are so random that you burn through any assists you need during the game. The simplicity of this game was what made it so good to play, but the connected bubbles, the cowboys, the blocked spaces you have to sweep, etc, have made this game so lame now.
Linked to a scam site?
The game is fun and challenging! It does have ads after every level, which can get annoying, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. But when I played the plane mini game, I got redirected to one of those scams telling me my phone would be infected if I didn’t download an antivirus app within a minute. And after that I kept getting sent to that site, while I was playing the game. Again, the game itself is fun, I just didn’t like getting redirected mid-game.

Money Grabber
There is no longer a way to earn free boosters in the game. Change it back please. While I don’t enjoy watching ads, I was willing to just to earn boosters. Now it is basically a pay to play, which I do not enjoy.
Fun but needs a colorblind setting
My son is confusing the blue and purple bubbles and getting frustrated. Otherwise a simple fun game.
Different than advertise.
This is simply a three match game where the pieces become available gradually, and you have only so many places to play them in. It was not like the ad I watched, which had me organizing rows of pieces. Just advertise the actual game, please. Deleting. There’s nothing wrong with the actual game. I’m just fed up with downloading something completely different than what was advertised.
Great game but…
I enjoy the game but you are too slow adding levels to the mini game “Plane Mode.” I finished all of the levels for the mini game more than 30 days ago and it’s still at level 150. My previous question regarding this issue was answered with, “…we add levels every month…” No, you don’t, it’s a new month and still no new levels. Bubble Jam gets boring without mini games to breakup the monotony. I was playing about an hour a day, now I play about 5 minutes a day. So, will you be adding levels to the mini game or not. If so, when?
Fun but with some issues
I’m addicted to this silly simple game.its fun but the ads are relentless and annoying. It also seems to freeze a lot causing me to have to restart app and lose my game.

Love this game!
I’m on level 3599. I play this game all the time!! For some reason, now it won’t let me finish a level. I can get all the bubbles on the play line but there aren’t any 3 combos to solve for. I’m left with one or two of different colors and there are no more in the playing field to choose. Very frustrating as this really is my ‘go to’ ‘downtime’ ‘anytime’ game.
Use to like the game a lot ..
I use to be hooked on this game. Always a way to finish a level even if you have no boosts, just watch an ad. But after getting frustrated with the game a while back I quit. Cane back today (after several months being gone) and now the ads don’t work at all. Forced ti use my revives. Not sure what would happen if I had none left. WiFi is working fine. Go to watch an ad and it just says ‘sorry something went wrong’ time to uninstall I guess.

Annoying game
Constantly freezes. As for the ads. either you can’t get rid of them after watching or when the ad is finished the screen goes blank and you have to restart the game and lose all your progress in the level.

Der Spielspaß geht bei so viel Werbung einfach verloren. Zumal man sich die meiste Werbung eine quälend lange Minute ansehen muss. Außerdem muss man schnell - weil auf Zeit - spielen und dann reagiert das Spiel aber nicht immer präzise. Da vergeht mir die Lust. Das können andere Anbieter besser.
Delayed
The program lags so you can’t play as fast as you want. The programmers need to work on this. I could be higher up in the game if this was fixed. I’m new to the game. If this gets resolved then I may give it a five star but not now.
Great Fun while it lasts
I love this game. Easy gameplay & great graphics. Only issue is there are only seven levels to the storyline and I can no longer receive STARs for any levels that I pass. Unfortunately, I think I have maxed out the games progression. Wish it had more! :)

The time you have to wait after failing a level to be able to hit ‘Retry’ is unacceptably long and makes the game borderline unplayable. Otherwise the game is fun.
