Jump right in and put three or more color jewels together. Easy and fun.
Crashing ads
This game is ripping off their players. It’s one thing to have an ad crash every now and then, but this game is crashing ads up to 8-10 times a day. This is very unfair to paying players. They are responsible for running these ads, but make excuses for the crashing. They refuse to pull these multiple X out ads and put it on the players to try to work around it and getting clipped for more money every time. They say they can’t control these ads. They make no effort to stop this. I’ve complained many times and they ignore your complete frustration and loss of money. They don’t care. Maybe because it’s a Korean game, I don’t know, but it seems that these games should be protected from this obvious rip off!
The best game I will be suggest because every day I played like for 1h I like when updates comes

Ad blocker
This game was fun. It’s one thing to show ads in between levels but this game pastes an ad over top the game making it impossible to play. Really not a good customer experience. It only has 1,000 levels. The ad fee is not worth it for a few weeks of enjoyment. If the owners of this app actually read the reviews please remove the advertisement block on the game. Otherwise I’ll delete it and never download another game owned by the company

I just don’t want to pay to play. So hopefully it will remain this way.
Can’t Win
Until you get to the upper levels it’s a great game, with good graphics, unlimited lives, and no ads. That’s a huge win. Unfortunately that’s the only win, because once you get to upper levels you simply cannot win a single level without buying either boosters or extra moves. Even the not hard levels can’t be beaten without buying something. You get unlimited chances, which is great, but after the 43rd try of the same level it loses its lustre.
Bug
The game has me stuck at the starlight Tower. So frustrating. This has been happening often

Great fun to play and if you can connect 3 or 4 of the same jewel, it becomes a great elimination jewel. I love it!
SERIOUSLY?!
I have been playing this for forever, got to level 1,000 and didn’t get anything. No upgrades, no coins, no boosters, I am super disappointed and upset. Please make sure to change and give me something for 1,100 AT LEAST.
Busywork
This game is unfortunately short on strategy and long on action, with lots unnecessary obstacles. The rotating and ever-changing icons are annoying and frustrating, especially waiting for the game to essentially play itself so you can make another play. It’s okay if you like lots of spinning, bright flashing lights while chasing your chasing your own tail.
Too many ads
I’ve played for a long time & now I feel like I mostly just watch ads. I don’t get a chance to watch an ad to earn an extra chance. That’s been for the last two days now.
Impossible
I really enjoyed the game but there are levels that are impossible to win without purchasing boosters. I realize that’s how money is made but some of us can’t afford to spend money on games.

This game contains advertisements which are fraudulent! Why would Apple endorse a game that allows fake businesses to post ads on their game? Beware folks…..there is a fake business that appeared to be a seller for Bed Bath and Beyond and turned out to be a huge scam! Beware of any ads selling anything and skip by it! Shame shame shame on this game and Apple for allowing a bogus company to post ads, because Jewels magic and Apple made profits from these fake ads!

This game is so cute. Nice colours. Neat sounds. Unique level challenges. Quite fair with rewards. Not overrun by ads. But when you get to Level 94, there is no way you can win this level and advance, as there is not enough chances given for how hard the difficulty is. Had to delete the game.
Game is a terrible rip-off
First 100 levels or so are free, just enough to get you addicted, then after that you need to start paying actual money to advance. Update: I paid money and was able to keep advancing. But only for so long. This is an endless cash cow for the developer, and they will shamelessly keep collecting more and more from you just to let you get past a few more levels. At the rate you run out of coins and power-ups and are then left to the mercy of the game and however many repeats you have to take for one single level, it actually becomes very frustrating and kinda defeats the purpose of playing a game to unwind. Developer’s responses on these reviewers are generic and unhelpful, often completely failing to address the issues mentioned.
Amazing Game
I’m in the ER with my husband right now and being aggravated this game with No Adds is relieving a lot of my anxiety and for that I love this game! NO ADDS!! Thank You!!!

Even though I enjoyed playing the levels and the challenge it gave me, the sheer number of ads made me delete it. It was taking from truly enjoying the game

You have exponentially raised the number of points one has to use to buy additional moves but have not done the commensurate thing when earning daily awards. That’s a kind of crappy thing to do. And now I see you’ve actually reduced the rewards one earns. Wow!!
Glitch or ad?
Loved this game until just now! There is an ad at the bottom of the game that prevents me from using my power ups! This has never happened before so not sure if it’s a glitch or a way of advertising. This needs to be fixed.

Another cheap game full of ads. It’s like an app designed to watch ads instead of playing. Just got it and now deleting it. I get it that you want to make money but do you have to have so many god damn ads.
New version buggy
Since the new version installed, it locks up constantly. Great game when it works. Ios 26.4. Edit. Something updated and the problem went away .
Designed to get your money
I gave this game a few days and then deleted it. At every round, it ‘offered’ boosters for a small amount of money, but you could go broke fast on this game, so I’d watch an ad instead and then find the booster useless. Lots of other games offer boosters, but they make a difference to the likelihood of winning a round. Not so with this game. I decided to quit while I’m ahead. On the plus side, if you just want sparkly graphics, this game is full of them.
The props have no directivity.
When using props, I hope it can hit the desired task target. But it will not only repeat the attack on the completed task target, but also waste it in meaningless places.

One is supposed to get a reward each day if you play on a daily basis. That worked fine until I reached the larger numbers. Now I must reset to Day 1 every two days despite the fact that I play daily. I give up!

10 Extra moves not given
10 extra moves are not awarded after watching the 3 ads. 5 extra moves are only rewarded. Level 435. I should not have to provide my email address to get support from the in game support option. Currently stuck on the above level. I can’t see how to solve it. The special items don’t act the same. They don’t get rid of items like they did in earlier levels. I also noticed that at the end not all 3 items matched explode. There was a consideration to use money in this game but decided against it. I do like this game but I think I have reached all the levels I personally can solve.

It’s fun but…
This game is fun and not very difficult (so far). Gameplay is fun and engaging. The only issue I have, and I can see it being a bigger issue the further I move along, are the power-ups. Why must I match a power created by matching specific gems to the same color. If I produce a rocket, I should be able to execute it whenever I’d like. Having to match it with the same color is just ridiculous. Easily giving 5 stars if this wasn’t the case.
Poor performance
This game would be delightful if the ads were not so long and difficult to get rid of. The daily bonus goes through an ad that takes 5-6 minutes and is blacked out mostly. All the ads are horrible and long. I’m not playing this version anymore because I’d this. Fix the problems.

I have been playing this for a few years, it was fun But recently it’s become annoyingly buggy with terrible ads that you cannot stop or take away , they just freeze onscreen I constantly have to close the app, sometimes lose bonus points for clearing levels, just super irritating If the developers don’t fix this annoyance I’m deleting it and all other Bitmango games …disappointing!!!
