Buggy
I’m not sure what bug is going on with this game but every time you win a round it will automatically take you to a mini game. It’s very annoying and has been going on for over two weeks. Some levels will also glitch and not work properly or two shapes will somehow over ride each other and you can’t properly use match three. Overall I like the game but there’s more and more bugs that have caused me to play less and less and eventually I know I’ll stop playing all together
What happened to weekend 8 special?
I no longer get the special weekend game of 8 puzzles. That was my favorite part!

Very addictive and pathetic support
The support does not exist at all. It is automated that tells you over and over to reboot. No actual help at all. True there is a lot of ads, but I would rather have ads then having to pay a fortune to play a game. Levels are challenging but doable.
Going downhill
Used to love this game however when you get a chance to finish a round by watching an ad for extra moves, never works . Used to work great. Ugh

Fun game but fraught with bugs on a daily basis. Very frustrating.
Problem with getting extra lives
The game is only allowing me to watch 1 ad for extra lives. When I try to watch another ad it comes up with error to check my internet connection and there’s nothing wrong with my connection. Getting frustrated with not being able to get more lives to beat the level! Time to find a new game to play. I tried to contact support but that isn’t loading either?

Game froze. Customer service was no help. So, I won’t be playing anymore. No purchases. Really hate it because the game made you think. But hey, Customer Service doesn’t want to help …. It is what it is. One less customer.
